First time being in and it's an interesting place to say the least. They do have a lot of containers but there are a lot of other neat things in the store. They have a lot of different things for bathrooms and kitchens which are actually useful. They do carry a lot of containers too.

This is a decent store with friendly staff. We purchased a elfi custom closet organizer. It is very nice and well built. My only complaint is I feel like they made my shelving to short compared to my closet. The inconvenience of taking the shelves back was the worst part of the whole situation.

The store is large and neatly organized, go figure! The store is almost eerily quiet. Several items are not in stock, which creates project delays. They have many things that are incredibly helpful and others you didn't know you needed until you saw it - lol! They carry great brands, such as OXO, SimpleHuman, and Umbra, as well as Elfa and other lines; all of which are great. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

Waited in a super long line at the check-out. It was not until after several customers finished their transaction and I finally made it to the register that the cashier Joanne decided to request another register be opened. Seriously, why didn't this happen during the half hour I was waiting? This employee has frustrated me before when she screwed up a return in the past and I was not pleased to see her at the register again. Word of advice: please scan all of the items BEFORE dithering around with looking for a bag. This is exactly why the wait was so long. Both of my acrylic items were shoved into the same bag, resulting in scratches from the sharp corners and not even placing tissue paper between them. Love how they have an easy to access bathroom and escalator that makes it easy to access the rest of the mall.

Every conceivable form of organizational container you felt was lacking in your life really does exist. I didn't know that there were soooo many ways to organize a garage , desk, closet...There are prefinished closets displayed with ambient LED light fixtures in incredibly well thought out designs. Staff is friendly. The store is spotless and the infinite variations of OCD perfection are displayed throughout. The downside? The items are pricy but if you need organization without a professional organizer the pricing might work out . Fun store .

If you need to organize anything, this is the place to do it. This location in general is in a pretty high traffic area, as it’s in the Oak Brook Shopping Center. It can be a little difficult to find but it’s closest to Nieman Marcus. Prices are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. Staff is helpful. I got a few shoe storage containers, they’re great, and were on sale for Black Friday. I’d recommend them for sure, may even use them for closet organizing in the future.

Was looking for pant hangers with swing-away arms. My local store had them for 30% off. Ordered online for curbside pickup. My order was ready shortly Ftwr store opening. Pulled up, let them know I was outside, and a very polite clerk was outside with my purchase in a few minutes.

Came here for a bin that I couldn't find the right size of at other bin box stores... I was surprised at how competitive the price was.I always love poking around in here and looking at all the travel and organizational accessories, but I'll remember to come here first next time for some of the bigger ticket items

Worst customer service ever, I asked two associates that were standing talking, where are the packing cubes? They barely answered me, and then, as I walked away, I heard them laughing. The lady at the register was an elderly lady, and seemed frustrated and didn’t want to be bothered, because I told her I had a coupon. She was not helpful at all!

Long time container store customer here. Been a loyal customer since my days in Texas then California and I’ve always loved their assortment. Needed help with an order. Staff was rude and condescending to myself and one another. Especially an employee named Mike. Still a loyal customer, just not of this location.

Love this place. The staff is amazing too. Front supervisor noticed my container was actually broken/missing a piece while we were at checkout. We thought we checked it over well, but we wouldn't have caught this missing piece until much later. She left and got us a new container. Very impressed with the customer service here.

I just walked through yesterday to get to the outside mall. I feel so bad when I walk past the folks that work there. To all you folks, I promise you that the next time I need a container of any type, from as small as a pill box to as large as a shipping freight container, I will come in and buy it from you guys. I think a lot of folks use the store as a pass through because there's also a nice escalator in there. It looks like a beautiful store, but I can't fit anymore Tupperware in my cupboards right now. I'm so sorry.

The staff at the Oak Brook location seems to not understand their own technology, nor what is considered good customer service. Each time we shop in store there is an issue which takes multiple associates and way too much time to figure out. Amazon sell most of the same and similar products. This will be the last time I shop in that store.

Good products at reasonable prices if you catch a sale. Old location in Oak Brook was much better...the store seemed bigger and parking was easier. The only real complaint I have is checking out. Man those registers! It is always a wait and once I even just put my stuff on the floor and walked out. Other than checking out I enjoy the store.

This store is HUGE. I visited for the first time and i was completely overwhelmed with excitement! They have so many storage ideas and methods for organizing any kind of space. I got a pegboard from them and some accessories. It was very high quality. Unfortunately it ended up not quite going with my theme that I was going fo in my workshop but I would absolutely reccomend their things to everyone

They definitely carry stuff you can not find in other stores. I went here with my wife an was expecting just a bunch of containers related merchandise but to my surprise they carry more than that like garage organizing, kitchen gadgets, bathroom gadgets etc..

Love the container store. I visit the oak Brook location when ever I am back in Chicago. I love being organized and have redone every closet in my home with the Elfa system. I know I can find everything I need to make my busy life easier.

Holy storage Batman! The container store has EVERYTHING you could need to organize any area. The staff was very prompt and kind. I had an online pick up. I chose to go pick it up inside, there was an overwhelming amount of traffic in the parking lot and I felt as if I would be in the way sitting in front of the store. Staff offered to help me carry my box outside but it was light. I didn't have to wait long for them to bring my order to the front. Very pleased with the service.

Shopping here always makes me feel like a house wife with a successful online blog or etsy shop in the best way possible. Sometimes I go just to walk around and be in a very tidy and calm environment. The staff is very kind and their vibe reminds of a sweet elementary school teacher.

We bought 58 large garage storage bins and picked them up at the store. The entire process was very easy and they were very nice and helpful. They had us bring our cars to the loading lane, then brought out our order. They then helped us unbox them and we loaded them up. When we saw 2 bins were damaged, he went into the store and brought out replacements immediately. Great service and the bins look great.

I call this one of my danger places as there are so many items that I find and have to reign myself in. I needed a new flour cannister. The staff helpful in finding the best one. Favorite purchase was an electronic candle lighter. A little tricky to figure out, but I love it and so much safer than matches.

This store, while a little pricey, has everything you could need to keep organized. And the items are sturdy and last, so you get what you pay for. The folks working here are extremely pleasant and helpful and always have a smile.
