We were shopping near and we decided to stop by, unfortunately it was a Sunday and the store was very busy. We looked around and nobody offered to help and I didn't feel like waiting for someone so we didn't buy , maybe next time we will try during the week. The store was organized and they have their famous designs and Newer too. I like some of their new designs and I'll take it in consideration.

Bad management. Manager is always rude to it's employees and he seems a little racist. Definitely won't be coming here again don't recommend shopping here!

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and have not had a great experience as I typically do on Michigan. The first time they closed half an hour early and would not let me purchase even though I already knew what I wanted and checked availability prior to arrival to ensure my item was there. Second time I went I went early enough to ensure this wasn’t the issue and was ok but wanted more once in store but didn’t have much in stock. Most recently went and again they closed early

A friend of mine placed a phone order from this location. She gifted me a belt that shipped from the Estore GAI in Wayne, NJ. I was so excited to receive this belt. It was the women's GG Marmont thin belt in black with silver hardware priced at $390. Upon inspection to my disbelief the craftsmanship was appalling! The stitching was sloppy as ever! I had never seen an item shipped with Gucci tag hanging from the belt as if it came from Target. The GG was covered with blue plastic. The hotstamp wasn't deeply embedded nor visibly legible. It was 2 cards included, one with Chinese writing. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought this was a low budget replica. I have seen replicas better with better quality. The leather quality was mediocre at best. The prices on these luxury items continue to increase. While the quality continues to decrease. It's not the stores fault, but I couldn't do a review on the warehouse. Gucci should be ashamed to ship items that should have never passed inspection. This belt should be discounted at the outet. It will be shipped back and hopefully destroyed! I could never let my friend waste her money on a Gucci belt of this quality. I appreciate her for such an luxurious gift, but it's totally lacking in quality. Gucci needs to step their game up in the quality control department.

I was intimidated to buy for the first time from a Gucci store after reading about some of the customer service issues at the Michigan Ave location. So I took a chance at Oak Brook. Within 2 seconds of walking in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. Valerie helped me. I was there for a specific bag and wallet to surprise my mom. Valerie made me feel special the entire time. From the warm embrace of being a first time customer, to asking if I wanted anything to drink while she packed my gift, to reassuring me my mom will love it— she really made the experience personable and warm. They were out of tote boxes, but she spent a good extra 10 minutes trying to figure out the next best way to get the bag to present well for the gift. She ended up finding a different box the bag fit in. Really went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, my gifts were packaged nicely, and that it is was a luxurious experience from start to finish. Will definitely be seeing her next time. Extremely impressed. Clearly a seasoned associate. Would recommend her.

We visited Gucci at Oak Brook as we were at the mall to visit another store and we were highly impressed with Jennifer! Jennifer welcomed us warmly, and took the time to ask us if there was anything in particular we were shopping for. Jennifer presented ideas on "complex" styles which fit perfectly, and made our shopping experience pleasurable. Jennifer's attention to detail, and professionalism are on another level (she sent me a text two days later to thank us again for our business). We we look forward to visiting again in a few weeks when we return to Oak Brook. Thank you, Jennifer!!!

I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and it was a smart choice as there was hardly anyone there. So if you're one to complain about the store being crowded. Don't shop on the weekends!The store is very clean and have a wide range of selections. I will say though I was not approached to be helped. I had to get the attention of a sales rep. (Not sure if that's store policy so clients don't feel pressures)I was lucky enough to have dealt with Jennifer. She was very pleasant and helped me with everything I was looking for. This was my fist time shopping in person at this location and will definitely come back for any future trips.

This was the first Gucci store we’ve been to where nobody assisted you except for one person. THANK YOU ANNA! If we ever come back here, we would only want Anna to assist us.My fiancé and I were looking for a birthday gift for a very close friend whose practically family. He loves Gucci, the issue is we didn’t know if he already had the item. We were looking at scarves and wanted to know how much one of them was. I saw a female employee helping another customer so when she was finished I called her over. Once I called her over, her facial expression/personality changed quickly as if she was judging me up and down like I couldn’t afford anything. After she told me the price, she just walked away.Then my fiancé and I headed over to the wallets, and after a few minutes ANNA came over and helped out. She was the sweetest thing! She treated us with respect. She told us all the features to the wallet we bought. We even asked her if they had a card we can write a birthday greeting and she came back with a blank card and envelope. She went above and beyond!While we were waiting for Anna to return with our purchase, we were standing idly by and so many employees passed us by. I wondered to myself if any of them would stop and ask if we needed help with anything. None of them did. Then the same female employee who was rude to me earlier started helping another customer to my left side. She was all cheerful and complimenting the customers and bringing the bags from the shelves to them. The funniest part was, she was doing all this, going the extra mile and the customers never bought anything. We saw her get really mad and talking under her breathe. That was her karma because she could have made a commission with us if she acted the same way with us.

Dejuan deserves a 5 stars very good salesman as soon as I walked in I was helped right away in no time. Very good service my first time here in this Gucci store I felt very welcomed he also helped me decide on my gift!! I will always come here for my Gucci needs and ask for Dejuan!!!

Pro: theres a cop as security in front which is great due to the fairly recent robberies which have been occurring. I also went straight in Sunday afternoon- there was no wait (I wouldn't have waited in a line anyway) .Con: I was a 10 min customer, I knew what I wanted. They weren't super busy inside, but appeared to be short staffed. I waited over 25 min to get the shoe I wanted and checkout. I almost left.* not as big as the Chicago flagship, so dont expect the same selection.

One week before Christmas and they wouldn’t let me in the store, said they had too many clients shopping and were closing soon. The security at the door was seething with attitude and when I said I’d post a negative review he told me to go ahead and acted like he didn't care. Who turns away customers who are willing to spend this much money on vanity products? Wow, they were seething with hubris and attitude. I won’t ever go there again.

Products and selection are there but the sales reps don’t treat you as well as any of the other designer stores here at Oak Brook Center. The Rosemont location is much more inviting and friendly with the same variety of products.

I had a great experience at Oakbrook’s Gucci Store. Unlike LV where you are given an SA to walk around with, someone introduces themself and you can browse unaccompanied until you need them. I loved working with Gabby and will always request to see her when I return. You should ask for Gabby too!
