Saturday afternoon at a Costco was tame. East coast Costco be a mad house, but this place was pretty empty and no crazyness. Did see a mama goose and baby geese. So that was cute

Receiving/deliveries.. big trucks u must enter from the back side of the building from w22nd... u cannot make the left turn to go around the buiding. Look at the satellite images..the docks are enclosed... i arrive at 545am for a 630 apt... they told me to sit in my truck and wait till 630 and someone would come get me when to go to dock. I backed in at 645.. another truck left .. no one came.to get me.. The docks backing in are very tight when next to another truck. Empty by 730

It's a Costco, what can I say.Inexpensive gas.Quality products at bulk price.Great food court. Famous $1.50 large hot dog.Wide aisles and some testing stations. Self check out or regular checkout.Self check out very quick if you run in for 1 or 2 special items.Best repeat item... Chicken pot pie when available.

Great Costco overall. They always have good deals whether its for food or for clothes. Also the employees here are much better then the other Costco’s I’ve been too in terms of giving out samples and other customer service stuff.5/5 great Costco

Unsure if it was an off day or what but went in to Costco for a quick trip to grab some foods to make for dinner and the checkout people "assisting" at the self checkout had a whole attitude that was uncalled for and unnecessary. Not to mention they were too buay cobversing amongst other team members and not paying attention when one needed help at the register. Making my shopping experience very bitter very quickly (very unlike me). Wish they had better customer service... It's bad enough the parking lot is chaos, no need for extra negativity at the end of the shopping trip also...

There is never parking at this Costco. No matter when you go. You'll always have to go around the lot at least once and be stuck behind cars trying to get in line for gas or arriving at the store.The item selection is pretty good though.

Frequently visit Oak Brook Costco on Saturday evening it was particularly upsetting the rude employee directing the self check out lines. She was instructing me how to scan items in a yelling tone and hostile. I have experienced in the past unfriendly service by the employees at self check out but this time it was disturbing. My son apologized that we experienced the situation and said it was uncomfortable and so rude of her.

Review is for food court. Most disappointing chicken bake I have ever eaten. Skinny and burnt. Hard to chew. Inside was super hot and burned mouth. Would recommend checking how your food looks before just taking it and going to make sure it is cooked appropriately.

Hey Everyone! Just thought you all should know that Costco Hearing Aid Departments are Loosing the tech guys that help with battery’s and cleaning, minor adjustments, answer phones etc. are being removed from that department and sent to work elsewhere in the stores. Soon you’ll have to wait around or make an appointment to see an audiologist to get help with a quick adjustment …. Can’t wait to see what else the new management model changes. It’s going to be interesting to see what else they can squeeze to make the bottom line look better. Goodbye cheap hotdog and broasted Chicken.(They have a new CEO. I believe he’s from Albertsons)

My elderly parents have been going to this store for years. Yesterday my dad almost collapsed in the store. My mom was very upset and could barely manage to help him. The outpour of concerned workers that came to help was amazing! They packed up everything and helped her with paying. They made sure they got to the car safely. They even loaded up their car. Thank you for caring about your customers and mostly my parents.

It's a Costco, which many of us have come to expect high quality stuff in large quantities. Great deals in hard liquor and meats. The furniture is also an amazing deal. Don't forget to grab a chicken bake from the food court.

This is the third time we experienced a Costco employee yelled at a person with disabilities. It’s heart broken to see how the family feel like hell by the rudeness. Do they train their employees? at least have a little empathy!

No samples or healthy food options without meat.Week later update- see picture -and self serve stations, upgrading stars.Revised June,2020 for 10-20 min waiting for a whole pizza & gas price $2.24 when everywhere else is $2.15 !!!!Moreover,we purchased an online daybed that was awfully difficult to put together and came without mattress or recommendations for one ! UPDATE:great customer service at return defective product. Thank you!!Update March 2021 gas price is $2.79 Iike everywhere else!Great customer service by Murky !

I don’t normally post reviews but I was absolutely disgusted by the rotisserie chicken I got from Costco. The smell was terrible and the inside looks like it’s rotten. I had to throw the entire thing away.

Greatest shopping experience on earth. The only downside is parking is tough, but their overpopulation comes from great service and amenities that they offer! Would be nice to see a location open in Burr Ridge!

What can I say? It’s Costco! It’s kinda like the analogy of McDonalds. You know what to expect going into any Costco. Well executed, clean and very helpful staff. Can’t forget the $1.50 hotdogs and soda.

Bought 2 tires as replacement for the winter paid scheduled an appointment for the next day. I show up for my scheduled appointment and 15min into the job the manager decided to let me know that they could not install the tires because I only purchased 2 and its store policy to purchase 4. This would have been great information to have before I wasted my time driving there and back 2 days in a row, I also blame Bolingbrook Costco because I was sent there by them since the tires were not in stock. Needless to say Belle Tire got the sale, your loss Costco! Don't waste your time dealing with these people go to an actual tire shop for tires not a place that is trying to rip you off.

Check your wasted and irresponsible management, someone needs to check the expiration dates on products in that store! This watermelon is only one of the products that when I cut it liquid was coming out, nothing more disgusting so far from everything I've seenBtw it was cut 2 hours after I bought it and the picture was taken right in my garage can because I know that there will be experts in agriculture that will tell me I kept the watermelon in the fridge!

Just the usual costco. Get some Indian grocery. This area is heavily populated with Indians. You need to add healthier products. Some vegetarian items in frozen section.I see that you have kerrygold butter with Salt. Butter is a bit more risky for people with cardio vascular diseases and on top of that added salt??Can I be part of your healthy products buying team? Please get something healthier 🙄🙄

Super busy and crowded of course. Even though I happened to be the first one parked, tons of people were already at the doors before they could even open up for the day. Lots of extremely long lines developed within an hour of opening. Unfortunately I couldn't use my gift card in the self-checkout lane.

The busiest Costco location around. The parking lot is crazy no matter the day but the selection is great, checkout is fast and the food court is tasty

Absolutely dismayed that costco's optometrist is AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR and they don't ask about your insurance before they do the eye exam! Forcing you to pay a crazy amount for eye exam! If you are going to costco make sure they take your insurance (which they probably don't except for a weird obscure insurance that no one knows!) And don't bother looking costco up in your insurance's website as a provider because your insurance has them as a provider but when you are here they tell you otherwise. Apparenly they are only a provider ONLY FOR GLASSES AND FRAMES AND NOT THE EXAM. Thanks, but after this I will not buy my glasses from them. There are better deals and nicer glasses online and elsewhere.
