I wanted to buy eyedrops which were under lock and key . No doubt because of constant theft issues . They were so short staffed like many places are . I was waiting for probably 10 minutes when I asked the pharmacist, Richard , if he had a key. He was on his way to lunch and still went and got a key and opened the case for me to help out his fellow employees. While I was waiting I also observed Richard interacting with customers at the pharmacy . Couldn't have been nicer . This dude should be recognized

Carrie, one of the managers, really needs an attitude adjustment. Super high on that faux power today managing those Fedex packages demanding credentials like it's Mother Russia. Saving the world, one box at a time doing God's work. Well done.

This walgreens is terrible. The Pharmacy really needs to get it together. I understand the computer glitching occasionally. Yesterday I received a call that my prescription was ready, talked to a real life person. Asked about my other prescription that needed to be filled as well they said they were there. came to pick it up and they're saying it's not even there. Why was I called and told it was ready and even asked about my second prescription and then lied too I guess. The customer service here is a complete joke. I wish it wasn't such a hassle to change pharmacies.

Had a wonderful experience when I went to print out memorial cards for a service the next day. In an urgent situation, at 1am, Carrie was very helpful with getting my order printed and in my hands within 20 minutes. I cannot express how grateful I am for her willingness to stay and make sure I had my order. They turned out wonderfully. Highly recommended Carrie at this Walgreens.

I stopped going here about 2 years ago because the weight in the pharmacy is just ridiculous and I finally came back and again the wait is ridiculous over 4 hours with my prescription when I was told 90 minutes and even that's ridiculous, I don't care I will travel outside of my way or pay more money this place is no longer worth it 9 out of the 10 times that I come here it is for pharmacy purpose , the store is great The staff is great, The pharmacy no good

I stopped in today hoping to purchase a thermometer. I knew it was likely to not be available but I thought I would check anyway. I was treated very kindly by the pharmacist. I'm sorry I didn't ask his name. I work in a local food production plant and want to exercise caution about virus exposer and checking for symptoms. I was very impressed with his kindness to me in even in this very busy time. Thanks for the GREAT service!Keep up the great work.

Currently standing inside this walgreens and cannot believe how long I’ve been waiting to pick up my photo order. Me and a few dozen other customers have been standing here for close to 30 minutes. We have pressed the help button multiple times and still not a person in sight. Not only that, but someone is also asking for assistance in the baby department. There’s a crying infant, needing formula. This is absurd and outrageous. I will not be back here. Disgusting

What a depressing setting...nowhere NEAR the country and management thinks it's okay to play 100% country music? Eecchhh! Honestly i'll avoid this store at all costs until they change that horrendous soundtrack. Maybe let the employees choose the music?? They're the ones who are listening to it all day.

I just left this place... Deborah (could be misspelled) made me feel like I was going to steal things. Ok, I get it because it's early. I was checked out and I noticed she didn't give me the instant rebate.....she was too busy trying to get me out. When I got home I realized that the walgreens detective didn't give me the rebate that was on the package. I went back to the damn store. When I got there she said I should have told her about the coupon that was on the package before..... Really.... I think you should know your job and the products you sell and not blame the error on the customer. She said it's not a big deal.... Yeah, it's not a big deal because it's not on YOUR Time. Thanks

It is a good Walgreens. The workers are very kind and helpful and get the job done. The floors mostly tend to be very dirty though with it being mostly slippery whenever I go there so ease up on running or walking fast so no accidents happen. Regarding the products, it is the usual Walgreens attire.

They promised me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. Two and a half hours later they told me ‘we’re working on it and just need 20 more minutes’. I swore up a storm at them and it was ready 5 minutes later. Obviously they’re just being lazy if they can do it in 5 minutes, but promise 20 mins and take several hours. At my job if I promise something and don’t follow through I get fired. It would be nice if Walgreens had a similar policy.

This Walgreens is filled with inadequate employees. The pharmacy is the worse! Their system has been down for 2 days and instead of informing me of this they advised that the prescription was not received. After 10 hours of calling nursers to resend the prescriptions and calling Walgreens pharmacy only to be redirected to call centers a pharmacist a call center informed me that their system was down. They have wasted my time and misinformed me. I would not recommend this Walgreens or any Walgreens for that matter!

Can’t find anything in the store. I wanted probiotics for my kid, upon waiting for 15 mins the pharmacist sent me to infant area. I had to find the stuff on their website and show it to an associate. She said not always if it shows it’s there it’s actually there! Really? What does your inventory management system do?Fast checkout though.But it took me 30 minutes for my 10 minute trip.

I tried to return items that I paid with cash but the 2 ppl working couldn't figure how to do the return & then told me to come back in the morning, as if I wasn't already put out enough, then I tried to exchange a Halloween bag of snyder's pretzels for the bag of mini rice crispy treats but she couldn't even put that in correct and wanted to charge me more money when they r the same price. Maybe they should hire ppl that know what they r doing. So I go back this morning to do the return the cashier does it but as I'm in the car dial looking for some birthday cards I hear her talking to another associate about how I just did this return really what is the big deal nothing was used you got all your products back and I paid for them and cash it wasn't your money it isn't your money how about you not talk about the customers when they're still in the store very inappropriate very unprofessional I think corporate needs to do something

Today I had an emergency dentist appointment that had me fill a prescription for antibiotics. I get to the store and there closed.no explanation, just signs stating so. I had to drive to another Walgreens and was told i had to come back in 2hours. Not pleased about this at all. And im in pain. Ugh!!

Nobody is picking up the phone today 11-28-22. Have waited on phone for hours. Everything that stupid recording always says 2 callers ahead of you. Poor customer service. I will write to their corporate office.

I go here for much more than just prescriptions (although I've never once had any problems with their pharmacy). I got my Walgreens card, so it's not super expensive to buy other stuff here as well. I get my hair and skin care products here, and some cookies if i have a sweet tooth.

03/14/2020 I’m in the store to buy stuff I need for my daughter and there is no water at all in the store which I know this day is extremely hard to find but anyway I’m not here looking for that then I saw the store manager talking to a customer and she went to the back room and got a case of water so if they got any i would like to get one too but they told me that they were out of stock so they are giving the water only to people they know and that’s not fair!🤬🤬🤬

I’m so sick and tired of this Walgreens. They call you so many times for you to pick up your prescriptions and when you go in there’s nothing ready! There’s always issues with insurances. aliyah helped me out and It was the worst customer service.

Only apply rules to certain individuals. Make 65 year old ladies walk there and back 3 times to get a medicine they say they need ID for now even though no laws have changed and the pharmacist knew and said he had served in past (admitting to breaking law). Worst then Walmart and i didnt know that was possible

Pharmacy techs were not competent to call insurance to verify my insurance. I came twice for the same prescription my doctor sending over as in the past. They told me to wait a week for my updated insurance card to come in order to get the drug. They must have language limitation over phone communication.
