At the moment I think 2 stars might be too much. This location is convenient to work and home, but I would much rather go to another store. They are always understaffed and the manager or managers never come help out when there is long lines I have seen them on multiple occasions walk the other way when a call goes out. They did have a few good employees but even they left to others stores very disappointing.

This pharmacy is chronically understaffed for the amount of volume it gets - don't send your stuff here. It'll get filled but if you have any questions you're SOL - hold times are at least 45+ minutes long.

Edward, the Asian pharmacy tech was the most rude person I have ever met. He made sure 3 Caucasian people went ahead of me, claiming I was in the wrong line (vaccination line). After waiting forever, a great person "Daniel" took me in the vaccination line and gave me my medicine. The Asian guy looked at me with a big smile, proud that he made me waste 15 minutes of my time. Such a rude, horrible person!!!!

The pharmacy kid a nightmare. The pharmacy tech was so rude. She failed her customer oriented course! Like the pharmacist but not the blond tech. Complained to manager who was very nice. Barb who works outside the pharmacy is great. Perhaps she should train the pharmacy staff.

been buying energy drinks for many years from this location now never had a problem. The manager working there right now started working there about a year ago. She has been singling me out every time I walk into the store. I have been buying energy drinks without a snitch up until now. Also have had rude encounters with her in other situations

I was looking to schedule a Covaid test. I went online on my phone. The website asked for my zip code, and there were two city choices. I chose the city I was in but was offered test site options 4 states away. Useless. When I went to Walgreens, the pharmacist said they couldn't make appointments or test without an appointment even though there was nobody waiting for services. She said I could call a toll-free number to make the appointment. I called the toll-free number, and the recording said I had to make the appointment online. I downloaded the app and had the same experience as I had trying to book online. I unistalled the app and booked with CVS in 5 minutes. I should have gone there first.

Had a 9am appointment to get a flu shot at the take care clinic. I needed to get to work and this was the only time I had to do it. The person at the clinic was nearly 5 minutes late opening the clinic. Even though I was told to arrive 15 minutes early. Tells me I have to call a number to check in. Ok I call the number, the automated message says “If you are receiving this message you must call back in a few minutes” 15 minutes and 6 calls later it’s now 9:20.20 minutes past my appointment time and 10 minutes before I absolutely have to leave for work. The person that was there comes out and just stares at me. I tell her “It just keeps telling me to call back” She says to me. “Unfortunately that happens sometimes. You have to keep calling back. Because I can’t take you until that’s done” At this point I’d had it. I told her I didn’t have time for this and I walked out. I completely wasted my time, and I still don’t have a flu shot. Because people can’t show up to work on time!

Showed up on time for my flu shot appointment. Someone who was a walk-in was allowed to go before me. Waited more than 30 minutes. Makes absolutely no sense. Why would anyone make an appointment them is Walgreens does honor flu shot appointments?

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy! Every time I try to fill a prescription, there is an issue! You tell them you don’t want the generic and they fill the generic, or they order you a medication and they fill it for another patient while you are trying to fix something with your provider. I was told it was ordered and would be ready once everything was resolved, I call and they tell me they gave it to someone else. It is never a smooth process to fill my medication! Now I drive out of my way to a different Walgreens because their staff can’t seem to get it together, even though this one is down the street from my house. So sad that they can’t properly serve their own community. Might as well just close the pharmacy and make it a convenient store - waste of Walgreens money to employ staff that can’t provide basic customer service!

Advertised Covid booster availability but refused to honor it. Scheduling was difficult AND appointment was lost. When tried to fix on their phone system it was impossible to get to a person and no one had ANY idea how to book appointment.

If you order photos, call ahead. No one is monitoring the photo department or checking until you show up and ask. Then it "will take a while" once they realize something didn't print or isn't ready. Very disappointing.

If you're using the clinic, beware. They use an awful billing service that could send your account into collection. Regardless of the fact that you paid off your due on date of service.That's what happened to me! Thanks Walgreens!

Why are closing one bathroom to share for customer and the men’s restroom now as employee only restroom, this location needs to update to smaller restrooms if you want Whole Foods or Starbucks type of restroom it’s wasting space, which means spend money on construction for a remodeling or put it back to public restroom for men and one woman and employees share with public.
