I have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of attention my pet receives. Because my pet is a Chinese crested and already is noticeably different from other dogs, I am very particular about how he looks. He loves going to Wags On Willow and I love it when he comes out looking gorgeous. The groomers at Wags On Willow are always aiming to please.

Staci is amazing with our Goldendoodle Winston. We will follow her wherever she goes. She has been our only groomer that can keep Winston at the right level of muppetiness 😀Wags is clean and the staff is always friendly. I recommend them for their grooming services.

Today at 11 am we had an appointment for a haircut for our 2 dogs Maltese and Maltipoo. They were returned to us only at 3pm. It’s hard to understand how it’s possible to keep a haircut of such poor quality for so long. We are very unhappy with such an ugly haircut, although we paid a very high price. After a haircut, our dogs look as if someone learned how to make a dog haircut.We will never cut our well-groomed dogs here again and recommend that everyone who loves and respects their pets use the services of another dog grooming salon.You can see in photos how our dog looks after visiting Wags on Willow. Terrible hair cut.

We love Wags on Willow, and our pup's groomer Niolani in particular. It's worth the drive from downtown Chicago up to Northfield - the quality of the service is amazing. You get what you pay for, if what you want is the best for your pet!

This place is the best!! Joanna really takes care of my little puppy. She's an eskie with a love for getting messy and tangled but every time she comes back looking her best. Joanna understands that different types of coats require different work and she's done a great job for the past year.

I was bringing my shih tzu elsewhere nearby, but I realized for days after getting groomed she was terrified and didn't want to leave the house in the car (normally that's her favorite thing.) I told wags on willow about her experience and they've been nothing but wonderful. Good grooming, kind people, I would highly recommend. You need to call ahead pretty early as they book fast. It's expensive, but if they're kind and gentle to my dog, I would pick this place over another any day of the week.

Great pet food store with friendly caring staff. They also have a rewards program that's really nice and they carry the higher end brands so if you have picky dogs (or cats) it might be the best place to go.

It was our bernedoodles (Cola) first time getting a groom and I was recommended this place by a friend. It took about 2- 2.5 hrs. When I picked her up she was a happy pup and looked even better than when I brought her in (even with shorter summer cut) oh and her face was trimmed beautifully. She smelt so great- even days later! Great customer service from the start of scheduling appt until pickup. I highly recommended this place!

I LOVE Wags on Willow! They have such beautiful dog accessories like beds, pillow covers, bowls, tin containers, frames, and more!!! They also have a ton of treats and dog food. MY NEW GO TO PLACE FOR TITO!!! Thank you Mary for such excellent service.YOU ROCK!!! :)

We have a golden retriever who got the worst trimming ever this week. Prices are high but grooming is not consistent. We have used their services numerous times and NEVER get a consistent result despite the “ notes” they take on the dog. We will be going elsewhere in the future.I gave 2 stars because the facilities are apparently clean. Not enough of a reason to use them again.

I truly wish I could have loved this place. I took my labradoodle Khloé in on Saturday to get a full groom for the first time with Alli. We picked her up and she had her paw pad cut pretty badly and was bleeding quite a lot. I called to see if I could get some clarity around what happened and was told that there was no way she could have been cut while grooming (if she was cut during grooming I would completely understand because accidents do happen). Maybe the cut went by unnoticed which would be okay too however I didn't like the next comments even more when I asked what else could have happened. Alli mentioned that Khloé was nervous in the crate and she could have cut herself in there. Khloé is crate trained and also what in the world could be in the crate that she cuts herself on even if she is nervous? I had to get Khloe's vet involved because her paw pad bled for 4 days and she was in pain. It is now Thursday and just today her paw pad stopped bleeding. Nonetheless, not one call from Wags on Willow to ask how Khloé is doing. Pretty disappointing. Also, she came out of grooming with dirtier ears and teeth than she went in with. The actual hair cut was very pretty though. You'll notice I don't like to leave bad reviews (this is my first) but situations like these should be handled with a lot more attention in my opinion. Khloé means the absolute world to me and I try my hardest to ensure I provide her with the best care and that does include care with the groomers as well and this situation was very unfortunate.
