I spoke to Jill on Friday. Since I am wheelchair bound, it is difficult for me to get to the store. I sent Jill the measurements of my canvas and a photo as well. Jill selected some fibers, which gave me a choice in shades, colors, etc. My “mail order was completed within the hour. Jill said she would send my fibers to me. To my pleasant surprise I received my package the next day. Thanks for the wonderful service. Robin Channon

I enjoyed how well lit the store was, similar to my working light when needle crafting. This allowed me to pick out supplies while being certain the colors were right for me. Very happy to have visited.

Amazing selection with super friendly staff. Canvases were a bit on the expensive side, but it's definitely worth it to buy from such a knowledgeable staff. Really great store, will definitely be back.

This is the best needlepoint shop by far in the Chicagoland area! The canvas selection, professional, supportive and efficient staff, outstanding design and finishing services, and convenient location just off the highway put it in a class of its own. I love to needlepoint and stop in to any shop I see. Canvasback is special!
