Even though this location is much smaller than all the new Mariano's locations I still prefer it. The produce section is always solid and there are employees around to help if needed. The butcher section is not bad, prices are high, but in a pinch much better than some of the local butchers that sell the same grade of meat for double the price. The deli section is okay for the couple employees that I have dealt with they are not the friendliest.This location is always clean and for the most part the employees are nice. They do have some people that need a lesson on customer service, but that's everywhere in today's society I guess.

I was in the area and decided to stop for lunch at this location. Walking around the store i started to get followed by an employee named John. He was clearly on some kind of drugs. He followed me through the store and kept looking like he was trying to rob me. I left the store without purchasing anything. John continued to follow me to the parking lot and menacingly watched me get into my car.. I will never come back to this store in my life. I would leave 0 out of 5 stars if I could. Please stop hiring drug addicted people who make you feel unsafe in the store.

A lot smaller than many other locations. Went here with the only purpose of getting their slices of pizza. Turned out they were not making it today even though it stated until 2pm (went here around 1pm) quite disappointing. Also they don’t have salad bar unlike many other locations

Imagine you're starving and you decide to walk to the local Mariano's to get some lunch. You go inside and everything everything's fine you pick up your Mac and cheese you go wait in line your cashier doesn't bother to greet you, thank you, say goodbye to you anything. It's cool though everybody hates their job. You leave the store you walk back to your job you go to the break room for the sole purpose of heating up this mac and cheese only to take the lid off and discover that there is corn flakes on top of it. Seriously what is wrong with you guys. It was gross by the way I'm not even sure if I could wholly blame the corn flakes

Deli part of the store have barely any food + there is no more salad bar anymore.Self checkout on the east side never works, what’s point of having it when I need walk to other side of the store scan my food.

The store is very nice, clean and organized. They have practically everything that I need. The customer service they provide goes over the top with a double smile. Everyone shopping and the people working there are somehow happy to be there and you can feel it!

Me and my boyfriend just came from out of this location not even 5 mins ago. We walked in and got what we needed, we proceed to go to the checkout line and there’s only one register so we patiently wait until it’s our turn, we do the usual but what I noticed is as soon as we got up to our turn the cashiers whole demeanor changes, as in she’s staring at me, rolling her eyes, mind you she was having a full blown conversation with the man before us (white), so I ignore it not thinking too much of it, but the cashier then proceed to throw one of my items again I ignore it but I just stare at her this time, fast forward it’s time to pay now she’s doesn’t even say the total but looks at both of us and says “pay whoever one of you” I look at my boyfriend appalled because we weren’t giving any attitude whatsoever, overall we won’t be going back because she was rude from the start, we came in there like everyone else just to shop not be profiled ( I am black my bf is Mexican) it’s unprofessional and just unnecessary at allDescription: older white lady like mid 50s-60, brown short hair pixie cut, had on a blue jacket, either a pink or purple mask, and purple or blue glasses and pretty tall probably 5’11 ishTo whoever that was I hope you have a blessed life, cause clearly our presence bothered u that much that we couldn’t even have a peaceful grocery shop.Edit: just read the receipt and the lady’s name is Diane Leah

This location has one of the nastiest meanest employees out of any Mariano’s. Especially when an employee followed me to argue with me as I was heating my food up because I set aside an unattended bag at self checkout. She looked at me with shock like what are you doing. She was yelling at me in front of all other customers. I asked her repeatedly to leave me alone but she wouldn’t. Until her manager stepped in. I walked away and she kept yelling at me come over here!! Come over here!

So TIRED of the way they “tape” the bags of pre-sliced deli meat and cheeses.They place the sticky label on in a way that doesn’t allow for opening the plastic bag without tearing it.They are impossible to open for adults much less kids.I have complained twice and each time I am told that the manager wants it this way to keep things tidy and the label “readable” but what about the customers that want their meat and cheese to stay fresh in an untorn plastic bag?So frustrating.Marianos, you do everything else pretty well, why won’t you change this?

I live a little closer to a much larger Mariano's but this is my favorite of that chain. Several other Mariano's have rude or at best indifferent employees, but this is a solid and generally well run store. It's produce department runs rings around those of some of the larger stores. Love the smaller size, but I guess that means they they don't have the room for the variety of products that is out there these days Still, if I encounter an indifferent or annoyed employee at another Mariano's I will come running back to this location

I just have to say that Jennifer in the flower department at this location is beyond amazing. After many failed attempts to place a flower order at the Glenview location she made my day! We looked over flowers and vases and I had the order done in Minutes! Thank you Jennifer for your amazing service! It is so wonderful to find customer service like you gave!

Great grocery store, good variety and fresh produce. Maya at self-check section was awesome helping me who never done self-check before, very patient and professional. Wish the guy at meat counter today could be less grumpy… but all in all, excellent and well managed place. Thumbs up!

It's dinner time and there are no rotisserie chickens? I don't think they make them. Tags for sale prices can be 1-2 feet away from the actual product. Pay close attention or you'll be paying g full price when you think you are getting sales price. Kinda dirty, disorganized, and messy compared to other Marianos I've been too.

I do Instacart once in a while and I’ve had to come to this location twice . First time they were rude but I thought nothing of it . Came here a second time and the employees glared at me and were AGAIN extremely rude because they knew I was an Instacart shopper. I could hear them making jokes and laughing. These employees at this location need a lesson on how to treat their customers So if your an Instacart shopper AVOID THIS LOCATION. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I am a very good customer so I was very surprised when after I reported that the butcher had overcharged me by $17 and I had had to go back to the butcher and than back to my car to get my receipt, the customer service girl refunded the money with an attitude that implied it was all my fault. I suggested she might have said "sorry that happened" instead of just walking away. So, she did say it but in a tone that clearly indicated she didn't mean it.

Cathryn the Cashier had an opportunity to exemplify great customer service because she's representing Mariano's. But instead she looked at me as if I was an alien and did not open her mouth the whole transaction. Even when I said "hello how's your day going". Hopefully, Cathryn can start her new year off by learning how to respect every customer despite their race, religion, gender and economic status because that is what being a good human is all about.

I feel bad saying this, but today's visit was not the best. I like this store because they have a wide variety of products, the prices tend to be reasonable and the store itself is not too big; however, there aren't as many employees to provide service to its customers, so the lines are longer and there are less open cashier lanes. Overall, I feel like the service has slipped over the last several months.

This has become our staple. I prefer it to the larger locations which don't seem to have more stuff, just more sit down food. If you need to fill your cart with produce and others every day items, it's all here. Parking is easy and the staff is friendly and helpful. The $6 meals, main dish and two sides, in the deli is a killer value.

We go here because of its proximity, but their prices are a bit high, and their selection is just ok. Great hot bar, and their soups are fantastic. Probably the best thing about M's. Beer selection could be better (they got rid of PBR!). Service is always OK as well, not great. Slightly above average overall.

Old domincks. Place is garbage. Has single room bathroom for entire store. 3 guys in line. I went in smelled like piss on the floor. Don't want to know how clean it is in the meat dept. Wanted something grilled they cant even do that. Drove 8 mins up the road to other other one. This place smells. Employees look dusty. You are handling food go take a shower.

Really like this location. It is by far the best little treasure to shop at. Exceptional customer service. The Manager is so nice and very helpful. He offers to get the items I am searching for and actually does that. Thanks to Bob and his staff who have some of the best customer service skills I have ever encountered.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. Every time I go in to this store, I am guaranteed that I will be overcharged on at least one if not more items. Unless I carefully monitor the checkout screen and subsequently have the hapless checker adjust correctly, I walk out spending more than should be correctly charged. Once again, I just left the store after being overcharged for avocados and rotisserie chicken, even though those items are highlighted in weekly current ad. After once again pointing out the error to the store manager, Katherine, she thought that reducing the chicken by one dollar was a fitful response. I told her that if that was her response to my total inconvenience,I would contact Corporate tomorrow. She then back tracked and said she was about to offer me a gift card, but I challenged her genuiness and noted that the offer was only after I brought up Corporate. I left and will contact Corporate tomorrow. Stay away from this poorly managed operation!!!

I love Marianos groceries stores, today the cashier was very nice. Not all the time they are and the bagging guys need to be more gentile smiley face work better, so I keep going anyways I have got soups for free and they are delicious!!!

Smaller than other Mariano’s, but the staff are much more friendly and knowledgeable than any of the other nearby grocery stores. If you want your deli meat sliced perfectly, ask for Scott.

Reasonably priced for a pleasantly designed upscale grocery store. The young man at the deli counter with special needs is a delight to be served by. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
