Best grooming place in North shore area. We are very lucky to have them in our life for more than 9 years. When we first got our little Yorkshire terrier we tried many places and sadly we were very disappointed . After the first visit at Loving Care and meeting Carlos, Rene and their staff we new that we don’t need to look any further. They are very friendly and always accommodate all are needs.Our beautiful boy always gets lots of compliments about his haircut.We always recommend Loving Care to all our friends and neighbors.

We absolutely LOVE Loving care!! We’ve been taking our golden doodle Wilson there for 6 years and also bought our Yorkie from them as well. They do a fantastic job with grooming our 100 pound GD. He has a massive amount of hair and he looks beautiful every time I pick him up. Wilson and Diggs are always very excited to go to Loving Care so I know they take good care of my pups.

Carlos and his team have been amazing partners for us in training and retaining good habits with our golden retriever, Blue! When Blue was a puppy, Carlos trained him and trained us on how to socialize Blue and establish good habits. Blue is incredibly well behaved as a result. We regularly send Blue for grooming and boarding and he comes home happy and tired! They are amazing!

Loving Care by Carlos & Rene has been an absolute gift in my life! There aren’t enough positive words I can use to describe them. I have been searching for years to find a groomer for my Afghan, in or near the city (of Chicago). One day...they popped up in my quest for a groomer specifically for Afghans, which is near impossible to find. (Carlos happens to own a beautiful Afghan himself.) Carlos & Rene are wonderful people, who run a great business with a beautiful groom shop. (They will also board.) I feel comfortable with my dog in their care. They do an absolutely beautiful job grooming my Afghan’s coat. Additionally, I have seen the finished product on many breeds/dogs...big to small. They’re all clipped & groomed adorably.I am extremely particular about my dogs grooming & to whom I entrust the care of my sweet boy, Caviar. Do not hesitate to contact Carlos & Rene. You will not be disappointed...they’re awesome!! As a bonus, they are conveniently located off I-94 and right next to Starbucks! What more can a girl ask for?!? :)

We have bringing Blossom my Bernadoodle here since she was a puppy 2 years ago. She always comes back happy and looking beautiful. They take care to listen to your grooming instructions, and she always smells amazing! The drop off daycare is an incredible resource as a pet parent. Blossom loves to hang out for the day and play. Everyone who works there is lovely. We have also had several boarding trips with them, again, Blossom came back happy and healthy. They have a lovely facility where dogs are safe, but can socialise. Highly recommend!!!!!

We feel so lucky to have found Loving Care for Chandler’s grooming appointments. They’re sure to ask for instructions at dropoff every time, call us promptly when he’s ready, and always do such a great job. Moreover, Chandler is always pulling to get into the building when we arrive so we know he’s well taken care of while he’s there. They are always good at getting us in for an appointment if we call and schedule ahead of time, and often we schedule several grooming appointments in advance. Highly recommend!

Our two labradoodles have been boarding at Loving Care for several years. We travel often, and the entire team is extremely accommodating and flexible. Our dogs literally jump out of the car and run inside for hugs and treats - exactly what you want to see when you leave your dogs in someone's care. They absolutely love spending time at Loving Care! Loving care is convenient and does a great job with grooming our Golden Retriever. They take the time to listen to what we’d like to have done whether it is a puppy cut or just stay bath and trim. She is not afraid to go on the shop either which is a big plus.

Brought my super active labradoodle here for the first time after being referred by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only are the owners incredibly gentle and kind with him, the place was clean, cute & cozy and they show incredible professionalism in their work. My Charlie has never had such an impressive cut and blow dry! He came home looking like the stunner he is. We have finally found a permanent groomer for Charlie and we are so pleased!

Finally, we found a grooming place where they are highly trained and competent, but most important you feel they really care of your best friend. We took our Old English Sheepdog with plenty tangled hair. Carlos & Rene's team did a great job! It was our first time there, and we felt very welcomed.

This is one of the BEST organizations I have interacted with. My family has 2 dogs we send here regularly, and my 3-month old puppy just went for his first visit. He had the best time! They send you photos and videos of your dog and take care of them like they are their own. As a dog lover and wag! Walker, I can confidently say they are some of the best in the business. I can't recommend Loving Care highly enough. They do an excellent job grooming our Havanese, Ella, whose double coat and long hair present a challenge. We have been taking our goldendoodle Barkley to loving care for 4 years now. Barkley is always happy to walk in, they always ask how I want him groomed, and call promptly when he is ready for pick up. He looks perfect everytime! They have also been very accommodating if I have run late for pick up a time or two. Great place to bring your dog for groom or for in home training.

The services at Loving Care are unmatched. My dog always comes home looking (and smelling) beautiful. They’re also fairly quick (just 2-2.5 hours) so I’m not worried about my dog being there all day. I’ve been using them for just about a year and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
