We have been taking our dog to Wiggly Tails for just about a month now, and he absolutely loves it! The staff is super attentitve to each dog and have been so kind to us whenever we drop off or pick him up. They put in the extra effort during our recent vacation and kept us highly informed about our dog's boarding stay by sending a report card each night. Our dog sprints inside whenever we drop him off for daycare. It's like the Disney World for dogs!

Our dogs love Wiggly Tails. They excitedly run to the door for drop off and come home happy and well cared for. The staff is friendly and comments about our dogs individually. They really care for our pets!

We have used Wiggly Tails since our dog was a puppy - so about 8 years or so.. They recently helped us introduce our new dog to our current dog which was very helpful. They kindly ensured they were put together and got time to meet on neutral territory. No matter how many dogs they have in their care, they pay attention to your dog and learn their temperament and personalities. We largely use their boarding services and have loved the ability to watch our dogs on their webcam from wherever we happen to be. Its SO comforting to see live in real tim that our boys are having fun and are happy. I cant recommend them enough!!

Our dog Luna loves Wiggley TailsShe gets so excited in the car and she knows we're close. Then she rushes me out of the car and rushes me into the facility and runs Into the back to go play with her friends its super cute.There's nothing better than the feeling of comfort, Knowing that you left your dog in a safe Friendly environment.The owner and staff are very friendly, caring and accommodating. They truly care for these dogs. When your dog stays overnight, they give you a friendly doggy report, each evening To let you know how the dogs doing in their care.My kids and I look forward to every evening To read these reports while we're on vacation because we miss her so much It makes us happy to know she's being looked after in a fun caring environment.

I had a great experience with Wiggly Tails. They have a very friendly and professional staff who treated my dog with care and respect. My dog had a lot of fun playing with other dogs and enjoying the facilities. I was very impressed by their customer service and communication. They answered all my questions promptly. I regularly use Wiggly Tails in Northbrook for both daycare and boarding. Unlike most dogs, mine doesn’t like to leave home — as he has a rich inner life and considers other dogs as riff-raff to be avoided at all costs! And yet, the staff at Wiggly Tails is SO kind and SO caring about his weird idiosyncrasies, that I know my dog is in exceptionally good hands — even if he doesn’t! He always returns healthy, happy and content. I could not find a better home-away-from-home for him (as guilty as he makes me feel for leaving him in the first place!)

My dog LOVES this place. There is no separation anxiety when I drop him off. I feel good knowing that he is getting canine interactie playtime which is key because like most Golden Retrievers he is very social - with people and other dogs. I also appreciate the daily "report cards" to assure me that he continues to be his friendly, cheerful, high-energy self.

Hi, my name is Kona. My humans like to go away a lot, so they bring me to Wiggly Tails. I love it here, and go “past the gate” very happily. It helps my humans not feel guilty for leaving me! They check in on me regularly, using the video cam feed on the website, and they get daily report cards to know I am doing well. Other humans bring my friends here every day for daycare, but I only come for boarding.Tell your humans to bring you here next time they want to leave you!!

It is difficult to leave your pet for extended periods due to vacations, but we are always confident that she is in great hands and treated with love and tenderness! We absolutely love Wiggly Tails. Our energetic (and often misbehaved) puppy goes weekly for daycare and always comes back happy and exhausted. They know every dog by name and genuinely take good care of their guests. Overnight boarding is excellent too with daily report cards and webcams available so we can keep tabs on our pup while we’re gone. We know our dog is in great hands when we leave her with the Wiggly Tails staff. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our dog always receives wonderful care. We have been using Wiggly Tails for over 10 years.We do both boarding and day care. Our dog gets so excited when we drive into the parking lot. That’s always a good indicator. I appreciate the daily updates we receive when boarding.One time, when we were gone for 2 weeks, our dog was sick and they took extra care to prepare a special diet until he recovered. They also called everyday until he recovered. They were willing to take him to the vet, but in the end was’t necessary.I totally trust their judgement and the care that they give my somewhat temperamental dog.

We could not be happier with Wiggly Tails! Our dog has a lot of energy and the ability to play with other dogs all day is perfect for him. We had him at another place and he would lose his voice from barking from a kennel all day. Now he is exhausted but so happy when he comes home. On top of that all staff are friendly and helpful whether it is a last minute boarding request or forgetting to bring food. We love Wiggly Tails!

Wiggly Tails does a great job. How do I know? When I go on vacation I check in on my baby via the cameras (both day and night because I book ahead and get him one of the suites) and he’s always been good. And also because when we return the next time, he charges up to the door and leaves me in the dust. Hound dog approved!

I leave my 2 dogs at Wiggly Tails about once a week for daycare and have boarded them there several times during family vacations. My dogs are always happy to go inside and even get excited when we mention "Wiggly Tails." They also have benefitted from socializing with other dogs, which shows when they meet other dogs on walks, and are more relaxed when they come home after a day of play. Finally, the staff really shows care for the dogs and is friendly and responsive to us as owners. I am grateful to have a place where I can be comfortable leaving my dogs for a day or a week and know they will be well taken-care-of!

We boarded both our dogs (ages 11 and 2) while we traveled this summer over a 17 day period. It was great seeing the dogs on webcam everyday knowing they were having fun playing with friends and being cared for at a great level. Both dogs were so happy when we picked them up.
