I love this store! I’ve been a Kriser’s fan for a long time but after relocating to this area have found this to be my favorite store so far. The team and management are great, the groomer is knowledgeable and patient with my anxious boxer whenever I need a nail clipping, and just overall great service. Sure it may be a little pricey but I think the service and quality of the items sold are well worth it. You get what you pay for, after all, and my fur baby is more than worth it.

Gaby the cat groomer over trimmed my persian cat's hair and also cut his whiskers! the poor cat has been extremely depressed since then! any cat owner knows that how much it hurts the cat to shave hair more than necessary! Kriser's should not be grooming cats and should be ashamed of hurting my cat like that! they didn't even refund the amount and put the blame on 'miscommunication!'

What a great store. I have boxers with gas and sharing an office with them while working from home is hard on my nose and I think it may even be causing the paint to want to peel.Kieta suggested a gradual change of dog food and a great probiotic that will help them be less....aromatic.Wonderful service and fantastic product selection.

Jessica is the very best groomer! Although I have groomers in my area, I travel 30 minutes to ensure my boy Kaz, a Siberian Husky, gets the very best service. I am never disappointed with the outcome.

I had a great first experience at this location. Mian made setting up my grooming appointment fast and easy. She's also very knowledgeable about products and gives good recommendations. The groomer, Jessie, and Mian made my usually nervous pup feel comfortable, and was able to get her in and out with ease. Came out nice & shiny! Definitely recommend!!!

Mian was a breath of fresh air. I'm so glad that I got her help because I was completely lost and had no idea that I was getting much lower quality food for my dog until I got her help. I only came to the store for some toys. Then we got into a conversation about food and she changed my mind from going somewhere else to get dog food. My dog rarely eats much of the food. I get him. The food she recommended is gone immediately once I put it in his bowl.

Second time I got my dog groomed here and they did not follow instructions at all. My dog was completely shaved and his facial hair was not contoured correctly my Coton looks like a tiny little poodle with a very very short coat. I paid $101.00 usd to make my dog look like a clown for the second time. His ears and legs were not even clipped evenly one leg is bigger than the other. Also I paid for paws and nails, they forgot to trim the under side of his paws and his genital area still has fuzz on it.... I thought I would give them another chance but overpriced and not happy with the lack of skill the groomer has. Im better off saving money and doing it at home. To make it worse they told me the dog was matted when I spend 1 hour daily to brush him. The before picture was taken a day prior to him being groomed. Defintely not matted or knotted.. Never again, very unhappy, I wont be getting my dog groomed at their establishment.

I have mini golden doodle have been to multiple groomers. Every time they have shaved my dog because if they can’t comb her with a fine tooth they have to shave her. My mini has the poodle hair. It’s hard to keep up. I brought My dog and Abigale has been my girl. In the past 2 years never once has she shaved my dog. Even when my dog has been at her worst. By far Abigail is the best groomer ever!!!

My son takes his dachshund, Winnie, to the Northbrook location for grooming. While I was visiting from out of town, I took and picked her up for her spa day. This is the second time I've done so. They always do an excellent job, and everyone that works here is extremely friendly and accommodating.On this particular occasion, Winnie needed some new items - winter booties, a winter coat, and a new harness to replace the one she had outgrown. Because of her elongated body shape, she can be difficult to fit. Mian was extremely helpful in finding and fitting her with the perfect outerwear. I even got Winnie a matching leash to go with her Burberry inspired harness. It would've been an overwhelming experience without her assistance, but Mian made it quick and easy.

I love this store! The team, especially the manager Kieta, has so much product knowledge! The store is clean and neat. I haven’t used the grooming but I have seen many dogs coming out of there looking great!!! Awesome store!

Had an awesome grooming experience here! Pup was groomed in record time (less than 2 hours!) and looked/felt amazing. Staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful with food selection, especially for picky pups like mine.

I visited Kriser's Natural Pet the other day with my dog Napoleon. The staff there was amazing!!! I was particularly impressed with employee Kieta. Really not happy with this place. The groomer was rude and did not treat us with any sort of respect. She had an attitude and proceeded to drag my dog into the door. I’m not sure if that’s how they try to get them through the door but my dog looked very nervous and scared. I’ve only been here twice and I can say with full confidence I will not be back here again. Will definitely give my dog lots of treats and kisses today after this experience.

Chris gave us absolutely top-notch customer service from the moment we stepped through the door. His genuine assistance, respect for animals, extensive product knowledge and overall demeanor made shopping for a new pet seamless. He was fully engaged, answered ‘every stupid question,’ and did so with humility and a big smile. Unfortunately, his colleague did not engage in the same manner and even shamed him for working extensively with various customers while we waited for our turn. Not necessary. Awful service. Not even considering taking my dog for grooming there ever. Spent over $100, sales lady had an attitude and was uneducated about the products. Next time I’m saving my money and going to the cheaper pet store across the street, and ordering dog food online.

The most amazing & knowledgeable staff! Krisers is our go to spot for all the latest & greatest products for my pup. He is a super shy rescue & our Krisers is one of the few places he is happy & comfortable & safe. He loves to jump up & say Hi to his friends there.Their groomers do a wonderful job with my big shy guy bernedoodle. I’m so lucky to have such a great place in my neighboorhood!

We called in to book an appointment for our per haircut. They took him for 1pm appointment. Before we left we were advised that it will took him 3/4hours since we are having a full groom service. Since it was a sunday, We have made other plans in the evening. After 2 hours they called me to inform me that my pet is not a blow dry friendly so they would have to put him to an airdry thing. Wc is fine. As per their advise we went back after 5 hours. When we arrived we were advised that our pet is not yet done bcoz a pet prior to mine took time and they will charged me $50 just for a bath. PLS I NEED TO HAVE A VALID REASON FOR THIS SINCE WE WERE IN A HURRY AND THEY KNOW THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT. It was a togal ripoff. We felt scam and we are so disppointed with krisser. We didnt expect such treatment fromThem..

I love Kriser’s! They have great treat selections and will sometimes have great stuff on clearance as well (dog bowls, training leashes, toys). The staff is always willing to help too.
