Always a great visit at Hollywood Feed in Northbrook! Violet, Alex & Sinclair always greet me & my dog by name and with great big smiles. They are all so friendly & knowledgeable & above all, they are so sweet with my very shy guy dog. Alex, the manager at this location, is absolutely phenomenal! Her kindness, knowledge and dedication to her job are the reasons I only go to this location!She goes above and beyond to help all customers, I’ve seen her help other customers as well as myself and just today another customer said to her how kind she is!She truly is and the reason why she has repeated customers at this location.Thank you so much, Alex! Hollywood Feed is the best pet store out there! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I recently got a new dog and Violet and Hernan were super helpful in getting me set up with everything I needed! Hollywood Feeds is a very good store in which you can purchase healthy pet food for your pets. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in the products that they sell. It is always a pleasure shopping at the Northbrook Hollywood Feeds location.

Love this pet store! I’ve reviewed once previously but the service I’ve received is worth another update. Everyone is helpful and friendly at this store. Alexa or Alex I think she goes by is an amazing associate! She always has a pleasant demeanor is great with my dog and so helpful with my needs and can explain a lot about a product. Each time we’ve encounter her she has always treated us like family. It’s so refreshing to have kind people that make you feel so valued and appreciated. She is a gem!

I have 2 young cats. I wasn’t providing proper nutrition and needed guidance. I looked to Alex for professional advice: I learned things about proper food preparation in regards to temperature and moisture. In addition, Alex educated me on a proper cat diet. I recently had a scare and my cat Buddy had to go to the Blue P emergency hospital. Thus now I can see a difference in their overall look and sense of happiness! I love shopping at Hollywood feed!!!! Violet, Alex, Sinclair, Hernan, and Marcin really know their stuff!!! My kitties would be nowhere without them! I've had positive experiences at every Hollywood Feed, except this one. The Asian girl greeting me at the door was very nice. I didn't see her name tag, but the black woman at the counter was a snotty b!tch. After her lackluster service, she even short-changed me.
