First of all: the idea of getting your car washed while you’re washing your dog!??? AMAZING.We didn’t utilize the car wash service today but we did come for the dog wash and it was perfect. $15 for 20 minutes of private, easy and efficient self wash. All the functionalities were there and worked great. The sprayer had shampoo, conditioner, flea spray, then rinse, and blow dry. The steps were all written out too if anyone needs them. Everything was super easy, loved it. I especially loved that the dryer hose was pretty quiet as compared to dryers I’ve used before (and even my own hair dryer which is super loud) so I really appreciated that because usually I have to put a towel on her ears but My dog was calm the whole time. Awesome set up! And it was really clean inside. Picture of puppy after wash.PS: bring your own towel, and a brush.

Before the pandemic, it was $10 for 20 minutes of booth/wash time, including drying. Water, soap, and conditioner was hot and plentiful. My dog loved it. 5/5 stars at that time.Sometime in 2022, however, they decided to get stingy AND raise prices. It’s now $15 for 20 mins, but water is much cooler, soap is barely there, and the conditioner has changed. My dog is skittish about being doused with cold water, so he shivers the whole time now. I’ve started washing him at home, where I can control the temp. Rating reduced to 3/5, and I won’t be back until they get the water temp and ingredients mix back up to spec.Raising the price is understandable, but raising the price by 50% AND being stingy with the experience? No thanks. I can control that at home for less.

This place is great. It was empty when we got here and machines were clean and easy to use. Perfect for our dirty pup after the dog park. Very fair $10 pricing and you get 20 minutes which we didn’t even need!

A great experience for me and my dog that I just adopted 2 days earlier from a local shelter. It was her first wash by me and the place was extremely accommodating for us with no experience for handling each other. The equipment was easy to use and everything worked really well. We both liked the change of smell! I highly recommend this place.

The place is best for my doggy to get a wash. We love it here. There are three machines which are always clean and it was not busy during our visit. The place cost 10 dollars for a wash for 20 min and you could add extra minutes for 5 bucks.

Great concept! No need for any employee . Fun, quick, convenient. Have tried to reach the owner to find out if this is a franchise but no communication. We thought it was a wonderful idea in these times when it is hard to get help

This place is heaven sent! $15 is nothing compared to the mess our dogs make at home after a visit to Prairie Wolf.We're able to wash both our dogs within the 20min time limit!

Love it. Really affordable, great hours, easy to use machines, and room to keep your dog separated while waiting, although it moves quickly and we've never had to wait for a machine. You get 20 mins for 10 bucks and when you're done, you get free time to sanitize your station. It doesn't really say that, so that's my pro tip. Great for after a muddy dog park visit vs doing it at home. You have to bring your own brushes, but I have a short hair dog so it's not always necessary.

This place is so convenient and much easier than washing your dog in your own bath. It even has a blow dryer for your dog. Not expensive at all. This will now be my go to for my pet. Also, it's been a week since I've took my pet there and she still smells amazing.

Love the place, except one time something bit me in the sleeves of the panchos they provide. Went away very quickly tho so yeah its saul good!!! I wash it was $5 not $10 u can get your car washed for three bucks nowadays and I dont even have to get out of the car I mean why is it so much to wash the dog and you figure the car would be much more expensive to wash as far as materials used, SO, i kno dog wash dont getv yr he volume of turnover but still, o k $750 then would b fairer i thin

Great place! My pup was super muddy after a trip to Prairie Wolf so we went here. They have new Covid hours that said it opened at 9am but we were there at 8:40am and the door opened. It’s $10 for the whole process and 100% amazing. Took a star off because one machine wouldn’t work for me and that was a bit frustrating but the other one did. I also wish they had brushes for sale or to use. They did have a cute vending machine with dog treats if you needed a bribe.

My sister suggested this place, we took our dog there and it was great. He doesn't love bathtime but thanks to the high walls, he was safely and comfortably contained. The shampoo and conditioner (which made him SUPER soft after) are built into the wash, and we found that the 20 min was plenty of time to wash and dry him.

Drove here from Des Plaines because the dog wash at Pet Supplies Plus on Dempster at Harlem was down, and there are no self-serve dog washes in DP. There are a lot of car washes, though.The tub was just big enough for my Anatolian Pyr, and $10 for 20 minutes was plenty of time to give her a full bath. The shampoo and conditioner seemed to work pretty well. The flea additive may have been out, as it seemed like just water was spraying in that setting. I like that there are two warm air dryer speeds to choose from.If this place was closer to me, I'd bathe my dog here regularly. I dunno, maybe I'll do just that when I exhaust my discount card at Pet Supplies Plus.

Very nice dog wash here. There are 2 machines, and a vending machine, that has dog treats in it. Price is $10, and that gave me MORE than enogh time to wash my dog, dry her, and still had time left. We will be bringing our lil girl here, every time we come back to the state.

Truly self-serve, don't expect staff to run out a towel to you after Fido has been lathered up and stripped of all their precious scents; there is no staff on the premises. Much like a self-serve car wash or vending machine, you enter a card payment (mobile payments accepted too) and select the stages of wash (pre-rinse, shampoo, rinse, condition, dry). You are expected to sanitize and rinse the tub and there is ample time for that in addition to the 20 mins for $10. $5 for an extra ten minutes. My dog is a medium sized short-haired beauty, so it took 12 minutes to wash, condition and dry her. Aprons are available but no towels. VERY convenient and they are open until 10pm; great after a run to Prairie Wolf Dog Park!TIP: For the quickest dry, hold the nozzle close to the fur and whip it back and forth quickly. You'll notice the water fly off your pup and they'll dry in less time!

Easy process & cheap. If your dog has a leather collar & is large enough to jump out of a tub by themselves you'll want to bring one that can get wet, as you'll need to keep the collar on for the bath.

When they suddenly raised their prices 50% they lost a regular customer. Thats 3 dogs that will be going elsewhere! Thats a serious rate hike with nothing additional added! Bye!!
