I took my dog for grooming with David and he did a horrible job! I asked him not to cut my dog's hair that much and he went ahead and cut his hair however he wanted. I also asked for him to leave a little bit of bread again he did whatever he wanted and cut it off. To top it off he cut my dog's nails very short and didn't file them down! He actually cut one of his nails so short that my dog was bleeding. I left him a good tip but I wish I hadn't because he did such a poor job! I will not be taking my dog there anymore.

My dogs went for grooming, 3 dogs total. I asked for them to get schnauzer cut, and they cut their hair completely off. Not even tried to make them look slightly as a schnauzer.My third dog is a Maltese also was taken for a bath and hair cut. They told me they used a hair dryer on him and he had problems do to the noise the dryer was making. They stopped and didn't do anything else on my dog. They should have other options to be able to care for older dogs.Never bringing my dogs there for anything.

I love this Petco. I used to take my dogs to a different groomer and my dogs will be sad when I will pick them up and they’ll be quiet and sad for a while, so I decided to take them to Petco, Victoria is my dogs groomer. She has been my groomer for about seven years and she is so amazing with my dogs when I pick them up, they’re so happy all the time. And if she’s not there that the day that I need to have them groom, the other staff are also amazing just like her.

I was told that Peaches would be ready at 4:30, she wasn't ready until almost 6pm. They didn't buff her nails well.

My baby is very very hairy. The Vet gave him a trim that everyone loved. We can now see his personality in his face especially the eyes. I plan to try and use the same Vet again. Thank you guys for what you do for our babies.

Great job grooming my dog. The payment/pickup process is more than a little awkward however. Upon pickup I had to go to the groomer area and wait in line to obtain an invoice which I needed to bring to the front of the store where I waited in line again to pay at the registers, then back to the groomer with the receipt to wait in line a 3rd time to actually pick up my dog. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that this is due to some kind of temporary covid protocols, though 1.5 years in, if expect this to be more smooth. I highly recommend changing this process ASAP. - The grooming service was decent, however I did pay a lot more for the anti-shed which doesn't seem to have done anything.

I am very satisfied with the service we receive each time we visit petco grooming at N. Riverside. All the staff is friendly and helpful and David does a wonderful job with my dogs. Not only do they look great but also they are always so calm and happy after grooming with David I know he takes great care of them, they are very hyper so for them to be happy and calm says a lot about the care they receive.

The staff took very good care of Rocky while he was there for his grooming appointment. He had a few previous injuries that I made the staff aware of and they were very careful while bathing him and brushing his hair. I will definitely be taking him back for future grooming.

My dogs love their groomer David. Our youngest dog doesn't really like people because she's nervous. She absolutely loves David though. Same goes for our other dog.

Dawn was great! I can tell she made my dog so comfortable because he came back happy and clean. He’s an anxious dog in new situations, so it really shows how much love she must show the animals there.

Zeus smelled better but still had excessive hair all over and because he such a big dog they told me they were not able to file his nails just cut them. They barley looked cut. I was asked to pay 1st and tip which I did and felt it was for this reason.
