I’m going to start this by saying that me giving any Walgreens a three star review after recent experiences is akin to me giving pretty much any other company five stars. Due to a mistake by Rush-Copley, my ER prescriptions were sent to this location over 30 minutes from my house, and one of them could not be transferred to the CVS on my block. It took multiple phone calls and several days to actually confirm that anything was even here because the first tech I talked to told me that nothing had been called in, and then they billed the wrong insurance… But I finally got everything figured out. I am legitimately surprised that any Walgreens could be even this efficient, and this one still made multiple mistakes. The pharmacist on duty was very friendly and surprisingly helpful considering the first tech I spoke to left a lot to be desired.

My experience is one of frustration and dismay. I feel like Charlie from Willy Wonka, the first movie with Gene Wilder. "YOU GET NOTHING! GOOD DAY SIR! One pharmacist will contradict the other. The lead pharmacist cannot be understood, and the pharmacy techs are not the brightest. I spent 36 years in healthcare, I ran a pharmacy in the Army, and the remainder of my time rendering healthcare to disadvantaged people on the west side. After the pandemic healthcare took a dive. To the Walgreen's Board of Directors I ask: what the hell kinda place you runnin' here? And as for the dark haired manager who fired the employee in front of customers..that is not how things are done in the USA. Find some tact and drop your attitude. It is the very customers you are alienating that pay your salary.

I wish I could write 0 stars as that would be more accurate. The people in the main part of the store are wonderful, it's the pharmacy that's terrible. They ignore you at the window instead of saying "I'll be with you in a moment." Or something polite, you will be sitting waiting. I waited twice for 30 minutes only to be told my prescription wasn't there. Crazy as I had received phone calls that it was. Just go to a different Walgreens for your pharmacy needs.

Been waiting in line for 47 minutes now, drive thru and inside just trying to pick up a prescription. They make everyone else wait why they worked with one customer over insurance

Every time I make an appointment at the pharmacy, I have to wait 45min to an hour even if they're not busy. The staff's attitude when you ask about the wait is dismissive and condescending. It's always an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience. Why even take appointments if you're going to be this disrespectful of your customers' time?

Manager female with black hair was seeing another much older female employee out the store front and this older employee looked to be getting fired in front of other coworkers and customers right at the front of the store. Honestly looked like she was getting berated. This was very distrubing and im very upset. I dont feel comfortable going to this location anymore. This is so unprofessional!!!!!!!

I feel bad giving this place a 1 star review because the front end employees and pharmacy techs are actually incredibly nice and helpful. My issue is that the pharmacists here have on several occasions tried to refuse to refill my prescriptions without any valid reason. I’m not talking about controlled substances or anything that could potentially be abused I’m talking about things like thyroid meds, rash creams, etc. The reason on almost every occasion has been the pharmacist overstepping and trying to question the doctors’ decisions. This practice is really unprofessional and potentially dangerous.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their phones ring and ring and ring and then I hold on hold on hold and then I get hung up on. Basically this pharmacy is absolutely worthless except for generic medicines. They need to hire more staff, but nobody probably would work there because the pharmacy sucks so bad, I would never ever recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place should be condemned. GRADE= F-

CHOSE ANOTHER LOCATION PLEASE!!!! This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been! All of the reviews give this location 1 star, and I agree. Today we had 2 appointments for 2 Covid 19 booster, we got there 10 minutes prior to our appointment. It was only one person at the register, answering the phone, drive through pick ups, and doing everything, she could not find my registration that I did on line, I did both, but she found only one, so I had to do mine again; it takes 3 minutes to do it; finally, 40 minutes later the pharmacist called me and gave me the shot, I asked about my appointment, why so slow, she answered “ we have a lot of things to do” also she added “complain to corporate”Latricia B apparently did not care about time, only one person in front of us for a vaccine, but we were there from 11:50 to 12:30 , 40 minutes, for a shot that takes 5 minutes. I am sure I will never get back to this location, ever. And I will complain to corporate, like Latricia B suggested.

The pharmacy keeps getting worse. I went in the other day and canceled a prescription they want to charge me $2000. And I the doctor prescribed and new medication covered by my insurance,they sent me a text message telling me that the new prescription is ready. I go to pick it up and they tell me it’s not ready that it will be ready in 45 minutes, they have had this order for a day in a half already, then they proceeded to tell me that the order I cancelled is ready for pick up. This pharmacy is horrible and I don’t know if the other pharmacy in the area are any better.

I’d give this Walgreen’s (pharmacy) 0 stars if I could. Over the years the pharmacy has gotten worse and worse, between their lack of customer service and routine errors in fulfilling Rx’s, I’m not sure which is worse. Today is my 3rd return trip in attempt to REFILL a simple script that I’ve been getting for years. An older gentlemen behind me in line heard my issue and said “Good luck, it happened to me here last week too.” It’s time for me to go to (ANY) other Walgreens or competitor for refills.

As of early December 2021 I've waited for an update. Prior to sending this location my script I asked if they would be able to fill it. I was told certainly within the week. As of yesterday 2/7 I had this transferred to another pharmacy. Happily the entire quantity was filled same day. It's not the waiting, it's the total lack of communication. Sadly, this has happened at this location multiple times.

The pharmacy doesn’t have any compassion for patients. They told me they would send me a text when my prescription was ready but there was a delay. Totally understandable, but I never received a call or text. I went to bed that night without my medicine because they closed at 5pm when they were suppose to be open until 9pm. I would have called all of my customers to let them know of the sudden closure. Today... still waiting on my prescription. The pharmacist has to “review” it, but it’s been 2 hours and now they are on a lunch break. I’m worried they will close again with no notice. I don’t want to be a pest and I certainly do not like calling over and over, but there’s no communication.

This pharmacy is terrible!!! It doesn't matter what you go there for, there isalways an issue. They are always backed up, or out of the medicine. They don't even tell you that it needs to be ordered until you go to pick it up. I have wasted hours of my life waiting in line, their drive up and on the phone with this pharmacy. Go to another pharmacy if at all possible!!!

Highly disappointed.I dropped off my prescription for amoxicillin at 10am.Handed cashier my copy of insurance card.Was not enter noted correctly into their system which caused a delay.Extremely inconsistent

The worst pharmacy service ! I have been waiting for my daughter's prescription to be ready so far for 5 hours ! I called 2 times and they said they are working on it! In another occasion I received a call my medication is ready , drove to pick it up and they said it is not ready! So frustrating dealing with them when you have a sick child and trying to get the medicine faster, maybe that helps the sick baby !

The low rating is for corporate whose policy is to send out texts that a prescription is ready based upon an estimated time and not because it is actually ready. Staff was working like crazy but the wait in drive through incredibly long and then told at window when finally my turn that it wasn’t ready.

To the senior citizen who was the cashier:Thank you for your efforts and for being so kind under those circumstances.To the manager on duty:Loudly verbalizing, “I don’t know what to tell ya” when an employee is having a problem and requesting your assistance. That is NOT the way you handle an issue. Furthermore, loudly informing me that my card is “no good”, and placing blame on me is also NOT the way you handle situations. Something is clearly wrong with how your system handles gift card sales. I took my $300 elsewhere to purchase my employee incentive gift cards.I highly recommend finding another profession if you have such disdain for management & customer service.

Been to this store some problems but always get my stuff. I have read some legit complaints but specifically Amanda A that had to be the most entitled review I have read. Has a customer I understand I am not the only person with problem prescription. I expect the pharmacy to let me know there is a problem and I will contact the doctor myself since I actually take accountability and responsibility for my own health and do not rely on others to hold my hand and do it for me as I am an adult

I just called in to check on a prescription my Dr ordered which is greatly needed. They have a whole 45 to prepare it, but told me they couldn't do it until 11am tomorrow. So, I have to suffer and be in pain because of your lack of concern? Wow 😳. Totally unacceptable.

Overall this Walgreens is poorly ran. I hate that it's the closest one to my home. Their pharmacy is always behind with long lines. The cashiers are rude and couldn't careless about customers. Overall, just don't enjoy coming here.

My experience with using this Walgreens photo center was quite disappointing. My fiancee and I have used disposable cameras to record significant moments in our relationship. We brought our camera into Walgreens to develop them. We received a text from a stranger explaining that they had been given our photos instead of their own. They saw our number on the bag and thought to inform us of the mix up. Thankfully they were kind enough to return them to Walgreens. When I explained this to the store lead, they simply brushed off the concern that we had about our pictures being given away to someone else. It was very upsetting to know that they did not value that we trusted them with our memories. We will definitely be using another store to develop our photos from now on.

The worst pharmacy ever. It not only takes forever to get your prescription, they rarely answer the phone. The people I’ve had to deal with behind the counter don’t care about customer service. I’ll never walk into that store again.

Stopped by on 12/22/21. The pharmacist, holding the receiver 3" away from her ear and mouth started saying something. When I responded, she said she cannot hear me, lol. When I told her that I am unable to hear her also, she quickly wrapped up the conversation. Don't know her name, but she was african-american.

Great experiences, nice and helpful staff, always accommodating and willing to help if you need it. Every prescription need is handled in a timely efficient manner. Overall a great location!
