I have been going to poochie Love dog spa for 12 years now. I have two dogs and they both look absolutely wonderful after their bath and grooming. This groomer is absolutely amazing. If you want a great experience for yourself and your fur baby, this is the place to go. So much respect is given to your pet. If I could I would give it 10 stars.

We tried Poochie Love for the first time this weekend. Carli groomed my shorkie Jiffy and the cut was beyond cute and well done! I switched from our last (chain) groomer primarily because they always left jagged/harsh edges on his face framing, which I know can be tricky with shih tzu texture. Carli nailed it the first time! The facility is so clean and welcoming and the owner is fantastic. I look forward to being a loyal customer and supporting a quality local business (:

My dog is a huge baby with anxiety issues, and she was immediately at ease…well, as “at ease” as she can be in a new space with new people, and even gave the groomer kisses—unheard of!All that to say, it was a great experience and you can trust them to take care of your babies and clean ‘em up!

Great pet salon and service for my Australian shepherd. The stylist was more than happy to handle my very fluffy pooch with no problems. The staff are so professional and the salon is so well kept. Bath, trim, and nail clipping were reasonably priced for my seventy pound Aussie. Cute bandana andDoggie cologne included!

My father has been using their services for years and has had nothing but good things to say. I took my 9 month old puppy up there for a bath and a nail trim. When I came back to pick him up I could tell he was very well taken care of. He smelled good, he was happy and smiling, no issues with the grooming, and the prices weren't bad at all for the amazing service they provided. It was pretty cute when I walked through the door because they were carrying him around like a baby the whole time. (That's his favorite) He even got a little scarf and cookie at the end of his visit. I will continue to come here for the life of my puppy if possible. My baby Dexter LOVED it there. Thanks guys!!!

Jamie is phenomenal at pampering my Siberian Husky. She may even love him more than I do... but she hasn't been woken up by his farts. He always looks fresh and clean when he comes out... and always gets excited to see Jamie.

I love Poochie Love and so does Moose. My puppy doesn't socialize well but took to Jamie in an instead. I feel safe leaving my furbaby with her and her team. Moose is my third furbaby that Jamie has worked with.

I’ve been bringing my 2 dogs for last 5 years with Mary and nvr had a problem. Mary moved away and I had an appt for them and had to reschedule same day of I spoke to the owner and she was NOT NICE. She kept complaining about how the groomers are paid commission not hourly and me not taking the dogs is them loosing money it’s really not my fault she doesn’t pay them hourly and if it’s not enough that’s also not my fault you are aware the job and pay you are committing too although I understand Jamie the owner was not understanding she even said you’ve nvr canceled last minute like this I said correct I just came back from town I have 4 kids I have my hands full. She did not understand kept going back about the pay she doesn’t give her employees trying to make me feel bad about that and also insisted on me taking my dogs somewhere else since I had to reschedule for once. I also mention Mary nvr giving me a hard time she let me know Mary isn’t the owner she is and I guess that’s how she runs her business without understanding a customer that’s been going there for over 5 yrs without an issue so js know if you book an appt you can’t cancel for whatever reason or else so I will take them somewhere else where I’m sure the employees also get paid for their time not just expecting from customers and also giving them a hard time at that. I brought my Aussiedoodle Wrigley here and they did such an amazing job. The owner is so sweet. When I came to pick him up she gave me a detailed explanation of how he did and the services she did to get my doodle looking like a show dog. I loved this experience! After 3 other groomers we finally found our one!

The workers here are so sweet. Our dog is terrified of getting his nails trimmed. Our groomer was incredibly kind and made sure to keep him comfortable the whole time. She was saying things to my dog such as “you’re such a brave boy, what a handsome boy, and good boy”. It brought tears to this fur mamas eyes. I would strongly recommend this place.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with excellent service. Worth booking in advance and worth the price. The only place we’ve found in 4 years of dog ownership that truly understands how we’d like our dog groomed. We have a mini golden doodle around 30 lbs and we like him groomed more like a retriever and less like a poodle. He retains his puppy look to this day. Jenny is our go-to groomer and she books up fast.

Small business with that great family feel! Tabitha did exactly what I asked for on my poodle terrier and was careful when it came or clipping my dogs nails (she noticed the pinks in his nails are very long! Impressed!) and also watched out for his rear double dew claws which two groomers have nicked. Great overall communication when it comes to length of service time. Very happy with this company and plan on using them again!

Where do I begin. The service is phenomenal. My family and I have been going since the spa has opened and have been taken aback every time. They do amazing work and truly care about the animals. I’ve brought both my deaf dog and three cats for nail trims and every time has been wonderful. I highly recommend.

I love love love this place. I used to take my dog to Mr. Scott's and he was so terrified that when we pulled up to the building he would shake and cry so I took him to Poochie love and he is at the point when I hand off the leash he trots on back to the grooming room as if he is happy to see them. The people there love him and always post pictures of his grooming session showing he is happy and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anybody. It makes me really happy to take him somewhere that is so passionate and caring about the animals they groom that grooming has become a positive experience for my dog.

Great with cats also!!! I brought two four month old kittens in for their first nail clipping. Jamie was so gentle and got the job done so quickly they were not frightened at all. She also does our senior cat. I drive 25 minutes to get to her, but I prefer her to even my vet. Bring all your furry friends to Poochie Love. Cats get equal lovin’.

This was my first time to this groomer with my dogs. I went here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, they did not live up to their Google reputation. I specifically instructed them not to cut one of my dog's hair except for sanitary trimming. My one dog's coat is not to be cut and hasn't been cut for over seven years...the full length of his life. When I picked up my dog, his muzzle and chin had been completely shaved or cut to its shortest possible length rendering my dog to look completely different. In addition, the groomer cut every whisker off both of my dog's faces. To say I'm not happy would be the understatement of the year if it wasn't 2020. I do not recommend.

Poochie Love is the best! I have been taking my babies there for years. They always come home looking great and more importantly acting normal- not traumatized or scared. When we walk in to Poochie Love they are excited to see Jamie. Everyone there is very nice. I am always greet with a smile.

Jamie, Owner has been grooming not only my Dogs but my family and friends as well for over 15 plus years which range from my Yorkie “Zoey”, Chocolate Lab “Bo”, Rottweilers Lexy and Tsar and Yorkiepoo “Minka”. She’s an amazing and very talented groomer, as well as her team. They are so loving and caring with pets, mine are always so excited to see Jamie, which says a lot. I trust her with my pets 110%, I know they’re always safe and in good hands, because of that I drive over an hour to get to her there’s no distance I wouldn’t, bottom line I wouldn’t go anywhere else. my dog went there. first time, had a wonderful groomer! can’t remember her name but she was great. second time, found my husky had a scab on his leg, thought maybe he did something to himself. requested a different groomer. 3rd time, he was terrified of the groomer.. he could not wait to leave and over the next few days he hid in his cage unless going outside. 2/3 experiences were not good for him

Found this place a year and a half ago. I've since moved 40 miles away but will not take my dog anywhere else. The nicest staff. They treat both my dog and I like family. Customer for life. If you're looking for a good groomer, this place is better than good, they're the best!!

My dog has a benign growth that I mentioned before grooming. The growth was shaved causing it to be irritated. The problem I have is with the owners response. She denied it. Finally, I just asked the what to do to help it heal. I found that response strange. I wasn't asking for anything just brought it to her attention. She was very defensive.I never went back.

Kyle loves going here because Jenny is so gentle, and makes him feel comfortable enough to relax so she can make him cute. I ALWAYS get compliments on how Kyle looks weeks after his appoinment. I am so happy to share that Poochie Love made this cuteness possible!!
