The 3 persons were having a little attitude maybe because we were hispanics and they were argüing that my dog was to old for the hair cut and that she was houling without stoping but my dog doesn't do that they were simply lazy trying to not do their job

First time visit with 2 dogs and found staff to be very friendly and informative. Went over rewards program with me and asked my preference as to length of cut desired. We inherited the dogs from a family member who passed away and they were long overdue for a haircut - I couldn't have been happier when I saw how good both dogs looked. Scheduled appointments for their next visit before I left the store so that we can keep them looking this good!!

My dog is too anxious for him to make it enjoyable but the staff did everything they could to ease him.They thoroughly explained what services were provided and offered helpful suggestions for keeping him groomed.Space is clean and groomers are friendly and knowledgeable.

Brought my dog in for the first time since covid. She had lots of matts. When I made rhe appointment I let them know I had to go to work and needed to drop her off early. And pick her up late. They told me no problem.I got there and the first staff member was upset I was early. I explained and she got someone else who also had an attitude.I was late to work. People were not happy.Then when I picked her up she had several nicks. Her face was cut and she had a deep cut under her ear. My problem is not that she got hurt it is that nobody told me. Needless to say after using them for three years we will not be going back.

Meg was awesome! She was so patient and wonderful with my two babies! I have a rescue dog and she knew exactly how to address her and make her feel comfortable. I went to this Petco because wow the reviews I read about Meg and she did not disappoint.

The ladies at the grooming salon were very friendly and professional. There was some confurion regarding my dogs exact rabies shot date. They contacted the vet's office and got everything figured out. When I picked up my dog, she was clean, nails were nicely trimmed and she was happy.

My dog does not stay still so it’s not petcos fault that his ears can’t be trimmed. His coat looked great snd he smelled good. His teeth were cleaned and nails trimmed and buffed. I appreciate the effort and hope there may be a way to calm him down or maybe we can stay by him to help him not move. We tried melatonin the last 2 visits but did not phase him.

I LOVE Michelle! She handles my lil guy so well and gives me a recap of how he did (he doesn't like his feet or face touched) and she expresses any concerns she has with his upkeep (nails curling, ears too dirty, etc.) with me at each visit.

I should have been warned ahead of time that this would have cost me $93,00 Ridiculous.. Our normal grooming is $53 at our regular place. AND, there are scrapes under her hears where she was shaved too closely, and she is itching constantly now -- which she never has before this.
