I have a VERY well mannered and trained female lhasa. I dropped her off to be trimmed. My husband picked her up. Later that evening we found MANY deep cuts around our fur baby's neck. Kathy never said a word about cutting her as badly as she was cut. It's been 2 years today since my little baby has been to this awful groomer. My fur baby has never been cut up again since we stopped taking her to Edward scissor hands. This lady , no, person , shouldn't even have a license to groom animals.

I have been taking my 2 poodles to Au Natural for years. They (owners) always listen attentively, and never disappoint. I drop a dog or two off and come back in a few hours, and it works out great. They always go the extra mile, no matter what it is. My dogs are treated very very well, which is very important. Owners have many years of experience & they slay! I would highly recommend Au Natural.

This was our first time bringing our two dogs to a new location after our groomer closed her shop. Since one of our dogs is an anxious rescue we were apprehensive finding a new groomer, especially close to home. Cathy and her staff did an amazing job on our girls! April and Marley look adorable with their new cuts. Thank you for making the grooming less stressful on our girls.

Cathy and her staff does an amazing job! We have been with Cathy for approximately 13 years and all of our dogs have been groomed there. We have a variety of dogs with different hair types, behavioral needs (rescues can come with all kinds of pasts) they have always been handled beautifully! We couldn't be more satisfied with the service, appointment ease, and promptness in service. We are glad we found Cathy and her passionate staff!! We give her 5 paws!! She also always does what's best for the health and fur of the animals. We have brought in dogs that hated to be brushed and do to matting they needed a shave down.... It's hair it will come back!

I took my cat here to get groomed and they did a great job, especially for a cat! We got her shaved into a lion cut and she smelled great for a couple weeks! The shave lasted a month and half. They handled her very well and I would recommend this place for taking your kitties!

I love this place! They take care of everything! They clip their nails, brush their teeth and clean their ears when we take them and it's very reasonably priced! Our pups always smell so good and it lasts for at least a week and a half! The staff is so nice and it's usually the same woman there. 10 out of 10!

My wife and I have a 5.5 month old miniature Schnoodle puppy that needed to get groomed as she was getting long. It was only her second time being groomed so my wife and I needed to look around after taking her to PetSmart and not being particularly happy either. We liked the reviews on Au Naturel online, but we had a TERRIBLE experience. They were very accommodating for the appointment time, but we took her in there to get a trim, and to shape up her current appearance, and our puppy is given back to us basically with a buzz cut all over! She didn't even look like the same dog! We we're horrified! We went in with the expectation for her same appearance, just shorter! However, Upon closer inspection of our puppy, she was cut terribly all over! The hair had this patchy appearance because the length was not uniform all over! So certain areas were much shorter than others! She was also not trying very well in her private area or her legs, where the lengths of hair also varied! It was all around a terrible cut! We are very unhappy! Not only does our puppys grooming look awful, but it's the end of December and freezing. Our puppy is 8.5, pounds and now is constantly freezing because she has very little fur! Bad experience all around! Would not recommend, will not be going back.

Excellent jobWe took our 8 months old miniature Schnauzer "Matilda" to get groomed. She looks gorgeous, and came back home not stressed at all. Definitely we will come back.

After getting my cat groomed there my cat wasn’t the same and took to the veterinarian and said my cat was traumatized. Today my cat passed away because of the stress. Don’t take your cat there.
