I didn’t opt to leave a one star only because this particular location is a favorite of mine and I visit no less than 3 times a week for my puppy and I’m a first time dog owner so, my experiences are normally great. Today, I did my regular run and I was met with the rudest employee that everyone has spoke about previously at the register. Almost every worker knows my puppy and I - I haven’t seen her in all my visits. I believe her name is Eden. She doesn’t greet me when I say hi nor ask me how I am. I like scanning my products to price match to make sure I’m getting the best deals. She was rude and impatient and then told me “those weren’t even price matches.” “You need to do it BEFORE you come to the register” at this point, I can tell her passive aggressiveness, my fiance was so fed up he couldn’t WAIT to get out of there and didn’t even want me to scan the last 3 products ajd quite frankly I didn’t want to either. He grabbed his receipt and ran out. I told her she had an extremely NASTY ATTITUDE. I told her I was gonna speak with a manager and she pretty much didn’t care. It was the most frustrating experience I’ve had yet where I’m spending my hard earned money and a location I feel comfortable at. Especially with ADRIAN, PAUL, STEPHEN - they are literally THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. I wouldn’t go to that location if it wasn’t for them. If you don’t like working with the general public, leave. Don’t be miserable to customers who give you no reason to be disrespectful to. I never leave these kind of reviews but, firmly believe she needs to be replaced based on my experience and others in the reviews.

I will forever be bringing my dog to Katelyn for grooming. She does a PHENOMENAL job with my boy Beans. I love how much she loves him! She’s so patient with him and he always comes out looking so so so good. We love and highly recommend Katelyn!

Ashley did a great job! My dog looked and smelled great. His nails were perfectly trimmed which is normally an impossible task.Update 03/25/2024Ashley was wonderful with my dog as always today. For some reason he cooperates with her. LOLHe's Easter ready but very tired from his spa day.

My experience started with a phone inquiry, and I was well taken care of with thorough answers to my questions and expert guidance when I was not certain about decisions. When I arrived at the store with my dog, we were welcomed and my dog was comfortable. Her grooming was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Shout out to Andrew (cashier)!!! I was in emergency need of Antihistamine and Andrew ran around everywhere for about 10 minutes… almost didn’t find it… but he literally refused to give up & even said “I have to try to find this for you let me me check one last place…” and…. Boom, he found it!! Didn’t give up till he helped me! Big shout to Andrew and his friendliness and willingness to actually help customers here. :)

I shop here regularly, to the point where everyone knows me and my usual purchases. The staff always goes above and beyond, are always friendly and outgoing, are helpful and knowledgable and I always enjoy each trip. Thank you so much!

Best Petco ever! They really keep the place clean. And they have some of the nicest people working there. If you want any kind of fish, Carly knows EVERYTHING and wants the fish to end up in a good home. They also have this amazing artist, who draws AWESOME CARTOONS on the tanks. It’s such a fun place to shop. All their animals look very happy. I would come to this Petco. They also have a vet center and a dog training area specially located in the store.

It's Petco but they didn't have a large variety of Fancy Feast wet. My cat is 12 and all she eat is FF, unfortunately it's what I have to give her otherwise she won't eat. The Associate was knowledgeable and friendly

I've never been inclined to write a review for Petco until last night. I had a very lovely interaction with Paul, who approached me in the dog food aisle. I was looking for senior dog food to transition my dogs to. Paul asked me a ton of questions and gave me suggestions based on my responses and his knowledge of the nutrients that aging pups need. You can tell Paul cares about animals and customers here.The rest of the staff is so kind too. I've taken my dogs here for grooming in the past and the staff is always so nice to my old man lol. But I had to shout Paul out specifically.

Ashley the pet stylist who groomed my fur baby did an excellent job. Brodie was scared at times and she handled the situation with a gentle hand . It made a difference because he was still my happy baby when we picked him up. She was wonderful and i will make another appointment with her.

when I came into your store, I asked where the products I was looking for would be a gentleman stepped up and said I’ll take you there and he did. He also told me about the products he uses for his pet and I took those he knew what he was talking about. I came home and gave my dog a bath with those products and the spray and it worked she itches no more I don’t know what his name is. He’s an elderly man and I would like to say thank you I’m sure he has a number on the receipt so pass that on for me. Great job great personality.

Employees are very helpful and friendly, fish selection is usually sparce. As are fish supplies. Lots of decoration minimal tank care items. Dogs and cats and other fuzzballs well cover as are the scaly friends.

The woman with the green dyed hair and earing pierced in her nose refused to sell the fish of my choice with the statement "this fish is not for sale." When I asked for a manager, a younger guy came to investigate which fish exactly was not for sale. She told him the same thing "This fish is not for sale" and added "Someone just dumped them in here"-What?? The guy then told me that she is the animal manager and basically he isn't able to help. For the past 6 months I witnessed two big fights between this sales woman and customers, but I assumed that these were simply unhappy customers-I was wrong. I'm not returning to this store until this negative vibe woman is replaced with someone who likes his/her job.

I use Petco and Vetco for all of my dogs and cats needs. Vital Care is a must have, it basically pays for itself and more. Groomer wise I tried two of them before I got Marco and I'm sticking with him, he is very good with my bullie and is always giving me tips and how to better care for him at home. The only bad thing about this store is that there is usually always shipment everywhere on the sales floor and makes it uncomfortable to shop around.

I am currently taking my Puppy for AKC puppy star ⭐ training and Meredith is an excellent trainer. She is professional, kind & knows how to upsale, suggesting toys, treats and other pet needs. She deserves to be acknowledged.

Worst service ever. The cashier was extremely rude; the lady with the green hair. I bought 4 of the same items, I put one in my cart, she rudely said...I need to scanned that, I apologized and told her that since it was the same item I though that she just scans one item 4 time (it was embarrassing: like I want to steal the item) Also, products were on sale, she charged me regular price because I am not registered with them. What about saying Ms customer let me register you so you can have the discount prizes (you will gain a customer...hello!!retail 101... laziness to the max). I just left everything on the counter and walked out..obviously they don't want my business (It seems that they are very selective with their clientele[not everybody is welcome];that's how they made me feel). Thank you I will drive to Petsmart where I feel valued as a customer.

Today I had such a great experience at this Petco! The best i’ve actually ever had at petco. Byron was not only kind and attentive, but extremely knowledgeable in the reptile field! He went above and beyond to help me get the best deals and items I wanted. He is truly the epitome of best customer service! He even led me a helping hand in bringing the items that I purchased for my leopard gecko to the trunk of the vehicle! Thank you so much Byron!

My daughter took her dog to the vetco inside petco and the vet really didn’t look at my dog. They said she was old and has cancer. That she had a week to die and that we should take her and put her too sleep. And that they couldn’t give her any pain medication.Made our family very sad and distraught. The next day we took her for a 2 option and this vet said she couldn’t give us. Exact date and time for our dog to pass away. That she had cancer and gave our dog a full exam. Gave her some antibiotics and pain medication so that our dog would be comfortable. She also told us to prepare ourselves that she could have a week or months before the cancer causes her to pass away.

definitely the best petco out of all the ones i've been to in the area!- more spacious than the other ones i've been to- staff here are always helpful and friendly- highly recommend the obedience training offered here - meredith is wonderful- highly recommend grooming services - every grooming experience here has been a pleasant one

I have asked for a year now for Petco to have the driver's that deliver to stop putting 160 lbs of litter on my front porch.I asked to have the boxes left on the side of my front porch closer to my back side gate.Nope...on the front porch Sick of it so today I will no longer deal with Petco Good riddens.

Good evening. My wife and I are very dissatisfied with the service of the girl with green dyed hair in your store, she refused to sell us one parrot, saying we should take two, she was replaced by a young man who helped us with the choice of parrot, but the girl still took the parrot from my daughter and released it back to the others, my daughter started crying, the people who were near us were unpleasantly surprised, they started asking other employees why she was doing this. You can check all of the above on CCTV cameras!

The Vetco total card clinic was amazing and the doctor/ staff were fabulous… so grateful to have this as an option for my fur baby!! They were super transparent on price and explained why she needed everything.
