Good luck finding a time when the pharmacy is open. Maybe go down to 2 stores in town and one of them could stay staffed. No warning what so ever when people need their medications. I wouldn’t have ever switched from my CVS if they didn’t stop taking my insurance, forcing me to go here.

The store part of this walgreens is run so nicely! But the pharmacy sucks. Be sure to call 1-2 weeks before your prescription runs out to deal with any hiccups they will do. I have a feeling they have a lot of employee turn over in the pharmacy and that's why a lot of mistakes are made.

So walgreens also decided to make its own rules when you get your scripts, even though the Dr. ordered different 🤔 🙄 I have been faithful to walgreens my entire life, but now it's time to rethink that. Also not everyone can work around the hours you now have .

The pharmacy staff is the worst! There seems to be a total lack of enthusiasm to give fast dependable service to the customer. It is almost as if they could care less if you buy your prescriptions from them or go elsewhere. My wife needed a medication for severe itching as soon as we could get it. We had made them aware of this. The best we can tell is they received it early in the morning. They let us know it needed to be sorted before we could pick it up. For some strange weird reason they could not sort it until 3:00pm. That makes no sense at all to me!!! I went to pick it up at 2:59pm They had not even started to get it ready. I let them know I was as very un happy. They made me wait another twenty minutes! They including the manager were very rude to me. I no longer get my medication from them.

There was an irate Karen (brunette woman printing grad pictures at the photo machine) giving a poor blonde associate a hard time at the photo counter because of a coupon issue. The young employee on 6/19 around 8:00pm handled that a$$hole Karen with grace despite Karens best efforts to intimidate her. She deserves a raise. And karen - we all saw you being a entitled a$$.

Went for both COVID shots. I wouldn’t post a review about such a thing but both guys who gave doses were amazing. Such patient and caring guys! I don’t like getting shots and was light headed first dose. Connor told me to wait a few minutes and patiently took care of me before I moved quickly out of chair. Second dose Michelin also incredible. Both guys carried on regular, genuine conversation to get my mind off shot itself. Keep up great care and genuine positivity y’all!

They are very impersonal now. It use to be nice to go there... Now it sucks!! I had to wait for over a week for a medication I needed everyday, they kept telling me it would be in the next day, the day.... Then on Friday after the doctor closed they told me if I wanted it filled somewhere else I would have to the doctor call a rx to another pharmacy!! I said oh well, it's not like I need it or anything, I'm probably abusing, right? The pharmacist actually laughed at this!!

This is the only pharmacy location I or my family will ever go to: the staff always go above and beyond to make my life easier and to save me money. They are so friendly and genuinely helpful, compassionate people. Nowhere else compares! I will drive hours out of my way to bring my prescriptions here and have interacted with nearly every pharmacy staff member here. From the pharmacy manager down, each person is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Through the years, they've helped me navigate through issues with insurance, prescribers and manufacturers themselves and they really are an exceptional group that I can't recommend highly enough!!!

The pharmacist and the techs were super rude and refused to take my blood pressure when I was in there the day before. And at a different walgreens the day before that and had it done. I should add that it's imperative I take my blood pressure before taking medication and I'm waiting to be sent my own blood pressure monitor.

Friendly and helpful employees. Quick and convenient location. My only beef is they frequently do not have what I need for a “quick run out” and I usually end up needing to go somewhere else.

Service has being always great but today was beyond. Forget pharmacy close today and I was upset and in the register Hektor told me -you can leave my store sad,how we can make you day better- Wao,it crak me up,I buy anothers things that I haven't in mind.Seing young people like that is telling me management is great and in good directions.

Horrible horrible experience getting a vaccine. They do not honor appointments for vaccines. If you have an appointment and a walk in person comes in they take them over appointments. I waited one hour and 30 minutes and did not receive my vaccine as I needed to leave for work.
