It's been a while since I've been to a Walgreens location.I was just shopping for some headphones. The store layout was nice. The isles were clutter free.I was able to find the headphones that I wanted. There were plenty in stock.The cashier was nice and friendly. She assisted me with updating my rewards account. The checkout process was quick and efficient.

Was told they didn’t have my prescription in their system and to call my dr. Called my dr who told me what exact time they received it go back in and the same two people said yeah we have it it’s not ready yet. Asked why they had me call my dr if they had it the whole time and they wouldn’t answer. Will not return! it was over 30min of wasted time talking to them and my dr instead of a quick up on top on another 30min waiting instore for my medication.

Gas stations that don’t serve gas on the weekends are like Pharmacy’s that don’t have pharmacy hours. Just useless connivence stores that don’t fit anybodies schedule save their own.After moving I spent the last month making sure all my meds were routed here I found this out the hard way. Useless.

Is there ever a pharmacist on duty?? The answer is no! Don't even need to guess, it's an easy question. Hope you don't need that medicine! Just close it already so patients can start going to a reliable pharmacy. 👎👎👎

Gary from the pharmacy helped me get certain things straightened out with a pending covid test we seemed to have delayed results on, and the way he provided clarification and assisted me was concise, professional, and friendly. Definitely made a stressful situation and waiting game a lot easier and I appreciate him and this Walgreens pharmacy team for that.

Store location is in Normal, IL at the intersection of Raab rd and Main Street. Completely incompetent people working at that Walgreens. They made me stand in line three times, each half hour wait, and then lost my insurance cards. There is this girl Jenna, whom I told to start the flu shot process I’ll just need to get my wife and kids in the car and she was like “can’t do it until everyone’s here”. There’s a bunch of people standing in line that day. After getting my wife and kids in she saw me but still made me stand in the god damn line again. In the end they didn’t need anything from my wife so I don’t get why they need to be in before she can get started. In the end they lost my insurance card. Made me go back and stand in line again for nothing. They said they don’t know whether the manager mailed it. Guess these people don’t communicate. Won’t return to any Walgreens ever. Save yourself time and trouble and avoid those jerks.

Brad is amazing, he helped us get squishmallows thank you Brad you are the best you deserve a raise. Some lady near photos was really mean to Brad for no reason. He has amazing customer service and it makes me want to come back to this Walgreens.

Organized store, stocked efficiently with merchandise and offers a photo lab and pharmacy with a drive-through for convenience. Walgreens offers discounted items in the clearance aisle so check that out for bigger discounts. If you don't have a Walgreens card, ask for one- they are free and you become eligible for bargains such as "buy 1 get 1 half off."Walgreens is open early and closes late so it's convenient to stop in to pick up needed items throughout the morning/evening.

I have been coming to this walgreens for many years and I have never had a problem...I actually have had very great service provided to me regardless of how the pharmacist or tech has been treated by a customer prior to me. It seems as though they really screen their employees for any anger because all of them have been so kind every time. I recently got a call from my husband who has a heart condition and was traveling about 5000 miles away from home by himself and had an awful asthma attack. In a panic, he drove to the nearest walgreens and the pharmacist there saved his life by giving him an inhaler just by looking up his account and without the need for my husband to say a word. I am overly impressed with the communication through walgreens all over the United States and thank God for the pharmacist who thought quickly instead of taking unnecessary steps or being rude. I am amazed at the way Walgreens and their staff handle situations every day and probably don’t get much credit...when a doctor is not at the tips of our fingertips in times of need I am thankful that I can trust walgreens. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic customer service in the pharmacy department. I am always blown away that Bakari remembers who I am when I come through drive-thru or walk into the store. It makes me feel special that he knows my name, I am sure he does for other customers, as well.

Pharmacy too slow. I waited in waiting area inside too long for my prescription ( was told 15 min i waited 45 while several cars were being helped in drive thru. There’s gotta be a way to help both drive Thu and inside waiting area

worst managers in the world. I swear they have no common sense. Please if you need to go to walgreens go to the one down main they will definitely be more helpful than these idiots.

Fast friendly curb side pick up. Large choice of soft drinks, cosmetics and seasonal items. Eyeglasses, sunglasses. OTC meds and pharmacy. Wine and liquor and beer. Snacks. Frozen foods.

I dont even know why they have a pharmacy I've been multiple times and a sign in the drive through reads no pharmacist on duty so much for the convenience of it being close to my job

Told 10 minutes for 1 Rx, they somehow forgot about my daughter and I waiting in the lobby! An hour later finally got it. 3 people working, go to Fort Jesse location, this has never happened there!

Brad in the FedEx department is an incompetent employee. Went to pick up a shipment and after asking multiple times if we had every package, had two left at the store.
