Disorganized, small, makeup section is never stocker or oraganized. Every single self checkout lane is closed and there is three people checking people out in checkout lanes with lines. Ridiculous and I do not understand why they would make the shopping experience this uncomfortable for people. Open your self checkout lanes or have more cashiers!

Clean store, wide aisles, good selection of mid- to higher-end consumer goods, excellent produce and meats. Clientele is good-looking mannered, service at cash registers is always great.

I've been so disappointed by Target the last few times I've been. This time was the worst though, with clothes all over the floor, disheveled displays, and cashiers who looked like they would rather be anywhere else. It isn't just this target either: it seems to be across the board. I used to love going there because it was cleaner and friendlier, but that has changed.

Clean store and friendly employees. 4/5 because the dollar spot is the smallest I've ever seen and the line to check out is always long. The line is especially long when college/university is in session. Bloomington Normal could use a bigger target or second location.

Every time I come here there's a 20-minute line for both self-checkout and the two staffed lanes. Seems to be an issue at just about every Target I go to.

Conveniently located, a short distance off College and Veterans Parkway. From men, women and children clothing, to electronics and sporting goods and household and so much more. Plus there are grocery options also. Plenty of parking.

The wait time to use a self checkout or checkout with an employee took me 15 minutes to check out. There needs to be a larger self checkout aisle.

The shoe department was pretty messy but otherwise the store looked good. Didn't really talk to any of the team members. They should fix the Target on the side of the store though. Love the umbrellas near the front door.

Went in and bought some leggings and a t-shirt today at 8:10pm on August 12, 2023. The lady working in women’s clothing yelled at me because I didn’t refold and put away a t-shirt that I didn’t want. She was super rude and ruined the rest of my day honestly. She then commented “I guess it’s my job huh.” Target, please hire respectful people or tell them to keep their mouths to themselves because I don’t go shopping to do their work for them.

I have had consistently great experiences shopping at this Target store. I have made multiple curbside order pickups and the whole process is so smooth and efficient. The store is always clean and has a great selection of contemporary and great quality items for the home. My return experiences have also been consistently simple, efficient, and hassle free.

If you use their curbside pickup option be very careful! We just picked up a bunch of cleaning supplies and the guy putting them in the car took no care in doing so and one of the bottles opened up and completely spilled out into our car. Oh and even better the bags had holes in them and they only single bagged and were overfilled. The staff was also unfriendly and basically just threw the items in the car and left. I wouldn’t recommend them for their pick up service.

Ever since the service has been offered I've used it several times and have been happy every time. What I am looking for is typically in stock and the convenience of making the purchase online and being able to drive up and pick up my items is icing on the cake! I did not shop Target very often before the implementation of this awesome service!

I've been purchasing items from Target online for a couple years now. One of my first orders was brown sugar and white sugar. When they came none of them were in that great of shape, but I ignored it and used what I could. I've bought $100.00s of items since then from them. I unfortunately made the mistake of buying some more food products from them. Some were delivered from the local store and were awesome! The majority were shipped in and were absolutely horrible. The sugar this time was so hard I could NOT get it to its normal granular state. The brown sugar was so hard that I had to slam it on the edge of the counter to get a single piece to break off. Needless to say, the sugar is now in my trash. I also purchased some cookies along with these 2# and 4# bags of sugar. They packed the cookies with the sugar and they came smashed. The 7 packages of cookies had dates on them that were more than 2 months apart. Unfortunately for Target, I guess I'll go back to Wal-Mart, who I hate, but at least they don't ship food that the warehouse should have thrown out months/years ago!!!

Target is awesome. I love the baby the items. I have a 8th old grand girl and they have so many things for her. It's clean in there. But they don't have a lot black cashiers lol.

I bought some 2Lts here on 4/14 and 4/16 and it wasnt til I got home on 4/16 I looked at my recipt and the shelf price didn't match what it was ringing up before tax. I do hope they fix this I am not happy

This was very easy and fast. The app indicated my purchases would be ready within 2 hours, however I was alerted that it was prepared in under 10 minutes! When I arrived at the store I had hardly pulled in to my parking spot when there was an employee at my door with my purchases. I expect there will be times where it takes the full two hours they indicated, but i appreciated that they obviously have someone on top of and expediting the orders.

I was pleasantly surprised that clothes in Target are of good quality for such a good price. I also wanted to buy sleepwear, but there was no sleepwear of my size and the color that I wanted. I will probably order it on website, since I saw the similar one in different color in store in person, and now I know that it will be of good quality. Also I really appreciate the use of recycled materials in the clothes I bought! Awesome! I spent almost two days looking for good quality/good price clothes in the other shopping malls in Bloomington-Normal without a car since I'm international student and unexpectedly found them in Target!Also all the clothes I've seen in Target are actually fashionable unlike in other stores!

Our order included 2 panels of a curtain. By the time our order was filled, only 1 panel was available. Since a PAIR of curtains is needed to cover a window, we tried to return/refuse the single curtain at pickup. Instead we were told that we had to take it and make another trip back inside the store in a few days to do a return. That seems exceptionally unnecessary. If I had shopped for them myself and changed my mind in the parking lot, I could have brought them right back inside for a return.

Every single time I’ve been here there’s a line of 20 people just to get to the self checkout and no lanes open yet 3-4 people standing at customer service watching all the people in line. Why would anyone come here when you can just go three blocks away to Meyer and have the same product for cheaper and not wait in line at all. I’m so confused. My entire relationship with target for I don’t know how many years has been me walking in seeing how many people are in line and how busy it is and turning around and walking right back out. Not to mention they rope you in with Internet only pricing where the market something for 1599 but once you get into the store it’s 1899 and you’re tot sorry that’s the online only pricing. OK so I’m gonna go outside sit in my car and order it online and then you’re gonna bring it out to my car for cheaper than if I were to just do all that myself? Seems like a backwards business plan.

I returned a chromebook I bought yesterday had receipt and my card but had to get gift card I am out 370 and don't know what to do. I don't shop here an now probably never will. Anyone want to buy a gift card I won't use. Still have the gift card can't change rating.

Went to Target Normal, IL for 2 new phones. Worked with Austin for 3 hours straight to get it all done. Required several calls to Consumer Cellular, he had to stay an hour past quit time. He did an Excellent job getting this done, knowledgeable and very helpful with the many aspects of the setup and content transfer. Many Thanks to him and Target.

The store is so well-organized since the renovation and the service has remained efficient and friendly. Still one of my favorite places to go. Love that they now play music on speakers throughout the store and that they price match their website. The customer service here is beyond exceptional.

Fantastic! Was running errands with husband and he isn't a shopper! But he was more than happy for me to just pull up and have someone bring item out to vehicle. I would recommend for everyone!
