I love Sam's. One day I had to have an order delivered. It was delivered on time. The lady who did the delivery actually even helped me bring one of the large boxes in the house. I have ordered Sam's to pick up. That went great. I have even ordered items to be delivered order came quickly. Nothing but cheers for all delivery types. Items I got were also grea!

Updated to a 5, as the club has made some improvements to the fuel center and the potholes around the store. The gentleman working the fuel center with the mustache is always very friendly and helpful if any problems. The lines are usually long, but they always have a good price for gas. Thanks for listening to feedback and trying to make some improvements!

I have been very agnostic about Sam's club because WalMart!!! But it's a good choice when you have big events/gatherings coming up or like me want to get snacks for classes you teach! Pretty organized store here in Normal, IL. Staff are very friendly!

Left my Sam’s credit card so the girl told me I couldn’t use my Sam’s cash. What she didn’t say is that if I did scan and go I wouldn’t need to have my physical card with me. What a bad employee. She didn’t even try to help me out. Now I’ve paid an additional 15 bucks when I have over 100 bucks in Sam’s cash.

THEY ARE GREAT!!!! The guys over in the Auto department really helped and saved me tons of money. I had a tire that wouldn’t come off. Instead of me having to take it to another mechanic, they did everything in their power to get it off. They saved me at least $400. Everyone was nice and extremely honest, and of course helpful. They were through and through with me on everything and made sure I knew what was going on. In the end, they got the tire off and made me the happiest person ever. DEFINITELY go there for any auto service needs!!! I know I will.

Went in for a couple of items. Found what I needed. The store was stocked well. Checked myself out. Then, they wanted to check my items at the door. If they don't trust me to do it right, they should ring up the items themselves.

I absolutely love Sam’s club. We got there 7 minutes before they opened. There was a huge line behind us at the door. My anxiety wanted to leave but thanks to scan and go in the app and my husband pushing the cart we were in and out in less than 10 minutes with no line! I wish all stores had scan and go since they want us to do self checkout as it is.GREAT JOB SAMS CLUB!!

The staff here is extremely friendly and goes out of their way. I had my first big seizure in this store and I’m so glad that the amazing staff was there to catch me as I fell and to take care of my son when I couldn’t. Thank you all so much. I can not express how much that means to me.

I went to go get a tire patch, a very simple procedure, when I was told I had to make an appointment a week from the day I was there, or I could bring my car in the next day and leave it there all day and they would get around to it when they felt like it. Both people I tried to talk to about this were incredibly rude and dismissive. Horrible customer service. There's no point in offering free tire repair services when you make them practically unavailable for anyone that needs a repair done quickly, so that their tire doesn't have a blow out.

I've always had great experiences at Sam's Club but today was remarkable. Sylina (sp) , the manager at the optometrist's office was outstanding. She managed the walk-in clients well, greeted my kids and I. When it was our turn, she was prompt, informative and extremely helpful. She is a true asset and great human !!

They are running on what I would assume is literally minimum staff at all times. That means you will be hard pressed to get help, or have a human talk to you. From the checkouts to the floor cleaners, they're all automated and don't involve a person. They do have some registers with humans checking people out, but usually 1-3 only. The only attentive people are the ones at the door, scanning your merchandise, treating everyone like their stealing things.

Yes Sam's has some great products and most of the workers are kind and good workers. However, there is one thing I don't understand is why employees have to go through all them ( Cbls ) on the computer about respect and retaliation, but Noone is doing it. My first week there I was accused of changing the receipt paper wrong to a guess and it wasn't me. From then on I was constantly disrespected by a certain Front end lead all in front of a guess. When will it stop Sam's club. By the way ( Mysty) needs training on how to respect and treat employees under her.

Store is clean and well organized. Staff are generally friendly and helpful for a big box store. Great place to shop if you need large quantities or like to stock up. Fresh produce area is kept organized, although once in a great while an item will have fruit flies. Meat selection is good and a good value if you need a lot or don't mind keeping the extras in your freezer.

Sterile wipes available to wipe down carts. Store is clean, aisles nice and wide. Very good selection of items. Employees are helpful and pleasant. If you want to buy in bulk, this is a great place to do that. Produce is usually pretty good. We don't buy much produce as it is too much for the 2 of us to eat before it goes bad. Onions, potatoes, blueberries, apples, carrots are what we usually buy because they last longer. We use the Sam's Club app and scan items as we pick them up. No longer need to wait in line at checkout. There are self check outs. Lines are not long at those when we shop. We shop in the mornings or early afternoon so not sure how checkouts are later in the day. We enjoy shopping here.

I am frequent visitor (once a week at least) to this store. I asked if they can fill up air in my car tires. However person at tire service turned me away asking if i have check tire pressure light on? If yes then only he will fill in air. Was not expecting such rude response.

Store is clean and organized for the most part whenever we visit. It's also nice to see the store manager, Faith, working side by side and where she is needed. A lot of businesses would be a lot better off if they managers were like this, not afraid to get their hands dirty and what's necessary to keep things running as smooth as possible.

I love Sam's Club. The only fault I have is they don't update their markdowns. The price on the sticker say one thing but once you get to the register, the price is different. It's so very frustrating. Oftentimes, I end up leaving without getting the one thing that I really want.

It was very clean, friendly, well stocked with decent prices but the selection isn't quite what I thought it would be. Not as much variety as even Walmart or target BUT it's nice for everyday items and bulk buying household stuff. Also, if you're willing to pay for membership, you get free shipping from their site and that saves a bunch if you bulk order like I do.

When I got checked at the door the lady said “you didn’t pay for one of your hams when you self checked out”. I showed her my receipt that I had in fact paid for both and she then said I needed to “pay for the third ham”. I told her I only had two, she then began to look through my cart, I moved a few things to show her “no third ham”, she then said “you paid for another ham and took this one in its place” (the supposed mystery ham was $1.80 more than the one I had). Each time I proved her incorrect on accusing me of stealing she rolled her eyes at me, very unprofessional, disrespectful and petty. When the manager came up after this lady beckoned her, I quickly explained to her that their system over charged me (again, eye roll by the original accuser). Once the manager saw that it was obvious I didn’t steal a third ham or purposely switch out a third ham to screw myself out of $1.80 she (the manager) offered to take me to the service desk to refund me, I said “it’s not worth my time” and left.The entire time this lady was falsely accusing me of stealing and being rude a line of approximately 15 customers were held up waiting to leave.I know this situation is a liability on Sams for her false accusations and though I’ve never considered suing anyone, I may consult an attorney. Her attempt to degrade me and publicly humiliate me was WRONG!

Sam's is not just a store, It's kind of a hangout for people who care about groceries. They make you feel like you're part of the team. Although I really miss their GM Tom M. I'm glad to see that the employees are still doing an outstanding job. Great meat department, produce & extra customer service & help from Sergi. Thanks for all your hard work. Semper Fi
