I wanted to return a 6.00 item I couldn’t fine my receipt he said no receipt no return not even for in store credit. As I was asking about the return everyone stopped talking to stare at me like I was going to throw a fit or something. It’s like grow up people. I didn’t care but I thought it was odd that I couldn’t get store credit.

Amazing deals. My friend told me to go here instead of places like Wal-Mart or other department stores. Everything I got was a fraction of the normal price. You cant beat it.

The younger female employees are lovely.. but the older manager lady is yikes! Gave us attitude and was unclear about the changing rooms since the back ones were closed and they were for some reason closing the front ones too then opening the back. I also overheard her snap rudely "What are you doing?!" at a younger employee who seemed to be organizing things. Managers like that are the reason employees and customers have bad experiences. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

Normally hectic because there's usually only 1-2 cashiers. The last time I visited, about 3 days ago, there was one cashier and 10 people in line. I put back the items that I was going to purchase and left. That isn't the first time I've spent precious time shopping just to have to choose to wait 20+ minutes in line or leave because they can't put or won't hire more staff. I felt sorry for the cashier.Maybe invest in self service kiosk like 5 below and have those 1-2 employees monitor.However, there are some great finds at Ross. I've purchased plenty of nice home items at this location.

It's hit or miss, so you have to be willing to go a few times. But you can't beat the deals! I don't love that they often have the dressing rooms closed but they do have 2 at the front of the store. It's a really good place to shop for kids stuff, especially shoes, because of the great prices.

Low cost clothing store, associates could be more friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to the changing rooms. They shut one of them down and then took almost 15 minutes to open another one up even after I asked if my child could try on a couple of shirts.

Love the clothes, I always find things there, but I am fed up with the dressing room issues. They have a whole bunch of dressing rooms at the back of the store that they always use to use so you never had to wait for one but for quite some time now they have had thisr closed off and all you have is 2 up front and every time I have to wait 10 or 15 minutes to get into one

Good pricing on good products. Got a birthday present here and was able to get quite a bit of nice stuff for a one year old. Was our first visit very pleased. Also got some nice items for our newborn baby away affordable pricing. Highly recommend a visit if you want to save some money.

Would give shopping in Ross a 5 start rating if I had seen restrooms. Their shopping carts are too small to sit an infant car seat all the way down into the basket. They always have fun seasonal items and cute baby stuff.

Extremely limited stock of toddler clothing, men's clothing, children's shoes, and men's shoes. Decent prices and pleased with the few items that I did find. Only downside is that there's a store full of "Karens" every time I'm here. I feel bad for the supervisor.

Was extremely understocked. Came in for 2 items specifically. Mens pants and a pair of women's sandals. Couldn't find either. The shelves were all but bare and the selection of what WAS available was clearly the stuff no one had an interest in. Very disappointing to drive 30 mins out and come back empty handed.

Found 1 item I wanted to buy and ended up just leaving my cart at the front. There was 1 cashier and about 10 people in line. There were 2 employees standing by the front door not doing anything. Neither tried to get to a register to help out. The 1 cashier told us she called for help but they were in the back with the money. They obviously means more than 1. And nobody could bother to help out. Besides the virus running a business to the ground poor customer service does as well!

So at Ross, 🛒 ng with the kiddos n someone broke glass n the staff didn't pick it all up & I didn't see a thick quarter size of glass they missed, caused me to step sideways n fall. AlI I get is a "oh I am sorry". Just wow
