Was in town visiting family from Mississippi. I took a wild chance and gave Megan a call to see if our dog could get groomed. It was amazing she could! She had a cancellation that day and I could take that spot. Megan usually doesnt have spots for months , I also stopped a got a lottery ticket or two.

Says they accept all breeds but would not groom my well trained super friendly Akita because of his breed. Mine has never even snarled at a person. It says “all breeds” right on the front door...

I was recommended to Petacular by another grooming shop in the area (they were short staffed and couldn't take on new pets at the time). I can't say enough good things. One of my dogs has refused to be groomed ever by anyone than my husband and I, and honestly we don't do a good job. I brought him into Petacular, and they showed so much patience with him and let them cut his nails the first time. The second time, I was able to drop him off and he allowed them to cut his hair and do a full service. The last groomer I tried to take him to called me to pick him up and said he refused to let them touch him. I came to pick him up at Petacular, and he was giving the groomer kisses on the nose with perfectly groomed hair. My female dog also has anxiety, and I picked her up after being groomed and she was calm (no anxiety) and also looked great. They gained my business and went beyond a basic local pet grooming service.

I have taken my Beagle mix there for years. They are always really good with him...even though he doesn't make it easy...lol. always an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Petacular.

Our entire experience with their team was fantastic! I've got an Australian Shepherd, so I'm a little picky about groomers, and they did a great job with her double coat and trimming her up to look her best. I'm very very happy with their services!!

I went in there today for their $5 dollar nail trimming and they were very kind and could tell my dog (Great Dane) was very scared but the lady helping me gave me a muzzle, so I put it on my dog which I’ve never done before but I could see why since she’s so big but they trimmed her nails in legit 30 seconds and the lady that did it was very patient even when my dog was doing everything to back up. Quick, easy, and a kind hearted group of staff. Highly recommend!

The mom-daughter team was great! First time ever I picked up my dog from a groomer that I can tell he was NOT stressed with his visit!!! He was calm, happy, and his trim was precise, nails clipped nicely (no jagged edges!) This will be our only groomer from now on. And-very affordable❤️

I've been bringing my dogs here for approximately three years now and have always received excellent service and comments regarding my doggos! The staff at this location are wonderful and even my troublesome dog leaves here happy as can be!The grooming is top notch, prices are more than affordable, and the hours the staff offers are perfect for my circumstances and they're always willing to reschedule in case something comes up.I will continue coming here for as long as I'm located in the area.

Came in for an easy trim for a border collie. Ended up trimming him almost to his skin. Potentially ruining his layered coat. No idea who’s idea it was but they do not know dogs.Edited to reply to the owners response:That was my girlfriend who brought him in, she understood what he needed which was a trim and she did confirm with you before she left and when she originally scheduled the appointment 2 weeks prior that it would just be a wash and a trim. We both know what a double coat is and understand cutting/shaving it down isn’t good for his coat or for his health depending on how short it is. I asked her what happened and she did confirm you kept asking for clarification on the trim. She just assumed you were being thorough, she had no idea trim to you meant cutting off over an inch of his coat.She also confirms you showed her the amount you’d cut off and it was hardly the ends of his hair, which is a trim and that’s why she said yes to it. I know she also mentioned to cut the little matted knot out by his ear hair but to leave the rest and he came home with all his ear hair trimmed down.She did in fact pay and tip before you brought out Maverick. You were the only one up front so you were the one to handle the transaction and grab him. She said as soon as she saw him come out she said “come here cute boy” and You fed him some snacks then she just wanted to leave because she has anxiety and became overwhelmed with how short his coat was and didn’t want to make a scene since she saw another customer waiting to come in. She ended up staying in the parking lot and texting me pictures and telling me how upset I would be/she was. We also always tip well because we know he hates baths and don’t want to be THAT pet owner that doesn’t tip when they have a difficult dog but she wasn’t happy with his cut and wouldn’t have tipped half as well, or anything at all if she saw Maverick first. We both know how his hair should be cut, he’s 5-6 years old and have had him for years and I know she wouldn’t have agreed to have his hair cut that way, and even IF she did, I would’ve hoped that if you found the request to be odd(since he has a double coat) that you would’ve informed her of the repercussions of cutting the coat in that way... That way she could’ve clarified and made sure everyone was on the same page about how his hair should’ve been trimmed. If she continued to give the go ahead this would be 100% on her but that’s not the case.It just seems to me that you handled the intake but possibly handed him off to another groomer without telling them what we wanted. So they ended up just doing a generic short cut, that would make sense as to why his baby ear hair was cut too when she mentioned twice not too. He was bathed really well and the bandana was a very nice touch but we both are extremely upset over the “trim” he received since we think it’s fair to assume a groomer would know cutting a double coat to the extent that you and I described isn’t recommended, and if you’re not sure what a customer means or think the request is odd, just please ask for clarification and explain why you find the request to be unusual. As a professional, we all know customers don’t always know everything and it’s our job to help them make informed decisions when we feel they aren’t making the best choices. However, that’s not what happened here and it is quite upsetting.

5$ nail trips, cash only, walk in. Very nice people, and they're very quick. This is where we take our two well behaved pitbulls when ever they need a nail trim. Open on weekends too, which is so clutch

Cannot beat the value that your receive here! $5 nail trim and only $3 more to have them dremmel after trimming. Always accommodating to requested appointment times. They groom in the open so nothing is hidden behind closed doors when you walk in. Won't take my pup anywhere else!

My Kelly has gone to Pet-Tacular for almost 3 years now. Julie is the most accommodating person I know, to my hectic schedule. I can call a couple of days or often the day that I want the appointment scheduled and she squeezes me in. In my opinion, she is the best in town and the most affordable. I have been to Belly Rubs in the past and they charge $10-15 more for a bath and nail trim. In addition, Belly Rubs uses a specific shampoo that makes my Kelly start to stink after 4 or 5 days and they didn't completely dry him. When we go to Pet-Tacular, his nail trim and bath usually lasts about 2 weeks and sometimes more. We are completely satisfied with Pet-Tactular and if for some reason we are not, Julie is more than willing to address the situation.

They charger $10 more than I was told & didn't even call me to tell me about this price change . My puppy had cuts all in her face with dried up blood ! They also had her in cage WAY to small! She had never cried so much before . I wanted to give pet tacular a chance but NEVER WILL I EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! I recommend BELLY RUBS !! I ALWAYS go there it's just you have to book the appointment weeks and sometimes months in advance and she needed a grooming bad so I went to pet tacular !!! WROST MISTAKE EVER !!!!!
