We came a few times for grooming for our dog. They did a great job and coupons made it cheaper. It was always fast to get in. Staff was always friendly too.BUT, our dog started acting very unlike himself and was VERY RESISTANT to going back for a groom the last time we went. He was literally pushing back against my body. Our dog has never acted like this anywhere else before or since then. That was a huge red flag for me.I would still get treats or supplies here. I would not leave my dog here alone though.

Pet Supplies Plus is always quick and available for doggy grooming. They listen to what I want for my dog and groom her appropriate to her breed while meeting my wishes. Most staff knows and loves Fyrne as we've had her groomed a couple times and my dog is very sweet and easy going. It makes me feel at ease dropping her off for grooming and their estimated times are always accurate. I appreciate the texting feature to notify me when Fyrne's bath and cut are finished. I've had a very bad experience at the Salty Dawg and getting my dog's needs met and her wellbeing kept in mind at Pet Supplies Plus is so reassuring as an owner that I'm going to the right place for my dog. I highly recommend any groomer as I've had multiple groomers take care of Fyrne and do such an amazing job. Thank you @Pet Supplies Plus.

Pricing with coupons tends to make this a great space to shop and get items for your pet. Good selection and quality pet food. Specifically for us, the dog food tends to be priced lower here with couponing. And the dog wash is very convenient. I can’t give them full stars, as we have tried to use grooming services over the years and found it to be a up and down experience. More recently it’s been more a down and disappointing process and experience. Whether it’s related or not, there is a noticeable turnover of staff. In store follow up from management was more placating rather than pro action to address the issue. Again, as a store, it is a good place to get needed supplies. It’s just not consistent for grooming services.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Today I had both my dogs groomed (by Holly). Older dog haircut also. You can tell Holly loves dogs. Reasonably priced.

This place is an amazing Pet store! I’m always drawn to the wall behind the cashiers looking for adoptable ferrets! 🤭🙈 Anything you need for your pets can be found here, with reasonable prices! All the cashiers I’ve dealt with here & staff walking around or stocking shelves, were friendly & helpful. Check out the CBD products! 👌🏻 I highly recommend this store for all your pets needs! 🐾

I drove 60 miles to this pet shop for the first time and was extremely pleased. They had fish come in that I wanted, called me upon arrival, and set them aside until I came. I’m real picky when it comes to fish illness and I saw absolutely none. Very few shops have no traces of illness in their stock, but I saw only healthy fish. Also, the staff was polite, patient, and really wanting to please their customer. I also think their prices are more than fair…..I’d gladly pay more for the nine fish I got today. I will indeed return and wish to thank Alexis for her super great service and superb fish quality and selection.

Our dog, Fritz looovves coming in! He feels like a king after he gets his nails trimmed and his teeth brushed. He loves picking out a toy and he knows we bring him there for just HIM! Everyone who works there is so kind and make us feel so welcome when we come in. Love this place!!

I like the store but the prices aren't the best. They're also missing a lot of the items I frequently purchase for my dog. Not all of the associates are knowledgeable of the inventory and products. I guess I shouldnt expect that but it's still a little annoying.My baby got his first haircut here and it's not what I was hoping for, especially at the cost. But I appreciate anyone who is kind and patient with my "less-than-agreeable" pup. Petco actually turned him away! :(

After learning this week that my Dog groomer would no longer be taking large dogs I was very upset. I looked at the reviews of Pet supplies and decided to call to book a appointment. I was able to get in this week which I was thankful for.I was really satisfied with my Cocos wash and brush. She can be a energetic handful & I was really pleased with how she was handled. They're super nice here! I came in with my dog and he had stepped in some ice melt. He was obviously in discomfort, and an employee came with a clean towel to help me wipe his paws off 🧡 really made our day that someone could be so kind, especially on the clock.They also always have great deals, and if you join the email group they have really good coupons!

I have a blood parrot and convict cichlids in my tank and wanted another colorful fish to add to my tank. I went to 3 other pet stores before coming here and was disappointed in the selections they had. When i got to pet supplies plus they had a great selection. I came in looking for 1 fish to add to my tank and left with 3. I was very happy with their selection of fish and the staff member that helped me was very knowledgeable about the fish. Great experience, this is the second time I’ve bought fish from this store and im going to stick with this place from now on when I’m looking for fish.

This pet supply store was surprisingly nice. The aisles are well laid out and the prices are comparable to prices for pet food and other supplies at other places. It was very quiet in there while I was in the last few times. It seems like this store isn't well known. I would encourage people to at least stop in and see what kind of pet foods and pet supplies they have and just get to know the place. It's a pretty convenient location near a couple of stores like a grocery store. There's plenty of parking too.

Took my dog to the self wash and it was clean and well kept. The dryer wasn’t working so I didn’t get a chance to try it but overall the area was really nice.The prices are great and they carry loads of brands from high end to more affordable household names. The sales associates were fantastic and helpful, and my dog was unusually calm and comfortable within the store (which is unheard of since he’s crazy). I loved the store and I’m excited to see what is to come of it!

Last time I took my dog to get her nails clipped, the groomer made her yelp 3 times. Another employee ended up going back there to ask it everything was okay. Today, I went in to give my dog a bath and give the groomers one more try. Well, I stood back by the groomer for a couple minutes without anyone appearing. I went up front and asked the cashier if there was a groomer and she told me there was, so I let her know that there was no one back there. I went back to the groomer expecting the cashier to tell them they had a customer. No one ever came back to help. So I gave up and just went to get my dog wash. While I was the next person in line the cashier told the manager I was looking for the groomer (after how long she finally told someone?)...the manager treated the entire situation as if it was the most inconvenient thing on planet. She wanted me to follow her but since already waited so long and I was the next one in line, I was doing my transaction first. 45 seconds later I was finished and proceeded back to the groomer (since I thought I was going to get help) no one ever showed up AGAIN. So I just gave my dog a bath and will go else where for a nail clip. But while I was bathing my dog, it sounded like the groomer finally appeared but all the dog was doing was whining and yelping. Yelping indicats pain so I definitely made the right choice to not keep trying to get a nail clip. I will be utilizing the last 3 washes on my punch card but after that I will find somewhere else to go. Pet Supplies doesn't carry my dogs food or anything and the only reason I went way out of my way to go there is that I use to be able to do a bath and nail cut at once. By the way, this was at like 9:30am on a Monday.

Great prices--and they price match! Clean, bright, and well organized. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Excellent selection of toys, treats, and food. Lots of support for local humane society and other domestic animal organizations. Nice, clean facilities for self-grooming at a good price ($10 per groom--OR--5 for $25).
