Paws Up always does a really great job. Aside from the grooming, they seem to not be bothered at all by our dog — he is a 95lb adolescent (Czech) German Shepherd, so he can be extremely difficult and also HATES being groomed. I am so thankful that they are so nice and understanding with his anxious temperament.

My 110 lb gentle giant goes in and comes out of his bath without anxiety. Staff understands him and gives him proper, friendly, and professional attention and care.Now I have another furbaby who is currently 50 pounds and will grow to around 95 pounds. Both dogs love the staff and the feelings are reciprocated.4/4/24: now 9 months old and 70 pounds, Adelphi lives the attention she gets. With all the rain both babies were full of mud. EMILY bathes both Watson and Adelphi. Et voila...clean and happy. Look at those clean paws!

I’ve taken my doodle to Paws Up since it opened, and have never had a better experience than we’ve had at Paws Up! My dog LOVES going and is treated like a member of the family when he’s there. He is always super happy (and handsome!) when I pick him up. I have been to many, many groomers in town before Paws Up, and because of their fabulous grooming techniques and customer service, I will never take my doggies anywhere else!!

The staff were extremely nice and listened well to the way we wanted our dog groomed. They reassured us our dog would be in good hands and they would communicate with us if they were any issues since this was our dogs first grooming experience. They stated that they would text when our dog would be ready to pick up. The groomer did an excellent Job and her cut looks amazing, and we will return again in a couple months for another excellent grooming experience.

Paws up always does such a great job with both of my dogs. Doodle always looks amazing and my Brittany looks like a puppy again every time they groom him. Always do exactly as asked and so kind coming in and out. Love this place and the staff!

First appointment for our new rescue pup. We don’t think she’s ever been groomed and wanted a great first experience for her. Everyone was wonderful! Great, and patient, explanation of the options for shih-tzu cuts, taking the time to talk to me until she was comfortable being handed off, and she looked adorable and happy at pick up.

My dog did good with the belly harness on the nail trim table (probably felt more secure). Liked the No Appointment Needed for nail trim...done Fast and the other dogs gathered around like they were watching TV while she got it done. That was Adorable.Booked bath and deshed next. She looked great and everyone was very efficient.

I love Paws Up! I’ve been taking my dogs to Bailey for grooming for a few years now. She’s incredible, precise in her work and she’s so kind! She discusses what kind of haircut/ service you want beforehand. She makes sure you both understand what you want for your pet. The haircuts and grooming are exactly what we’ve talked about. This is the only place that I am comfortable taking my reactive dog, Finn, even though I now live in a different city. The staff are great at working with him and he always comes home clean and smelling great and ready to go back to them next time. On day one they got down on the floor and played with him so he would be more comfortable. Needless to say, my puppy's first groom will be there too!

Rodney at Paws Up was recommended to me when my regular groomer was no longer available. I keep my Goldendoodle on a strict 4-5 week schedule, so I knew I needed to reserve her a spot asap. Rodney was amazing and fit JJ into his schedule so we could keep her on her routine. Emily was lovely and gave JJ special attention during her bath, and Rodney did a great job on her groom! I know my JJ is in great hands with both of them. If you are looking for a groomer, you’ve found the right place with Paws Up!!

Everyone at PawsUp is always welcoming and positive! My dog enjoys going there and always looks great after he’s done. My groomer this last time noticed an ear infection my dog had while cleaning his ears. She notified me personally so I could get him to the vet. They genuinely care about the well-being of your animal and are great groomers! I highly recommend!

I was nervous because not many groomers work with cats. I see mostly dog groomers. The Paws Up Pet Grooming staff was very friendly and reassuring. The shampoo product they used made my cats' coats so shiny and fluffy. It also seemed to cut down the amount of shedding, which is a huge plus. Overall, they did a great job! I'll definitely be going back

My puppy Nysa is very shy around other dogs. Taking her to Paws Up for daycare has helped her socialize with dogs of all sizes.Her first haircut was here and they took her from scruffy to cute again.She is so happy when we pull in the lot, she pulls me all the way to the door. Big change from first time we went.

Rodney did an absolutory amazing job on my pup. First time for my boy going to the groomer and he has some separation anxiety issues in general. When I went to pick him up not only did he look perfectly groomed and all natural how I wanted it, but he was happy, relaxed, and in no rush to leave. We will be back. Absolutely great front desk staff and grooming staff!!
