This McDonald's is very clean. The tables were neat and clutter free.The self order kiosk is user-friendly and simple to use.The food came out in a timely manner. Everything was hot and fresh.Definitely recommend if you need something quick.

They pick and choose their hours. Online always says open 24 hours but they close at 1am or 1:30am at times. Tonight it was 0126 when I got to the speaker and they told me they closed. Earlier this week it was 0114 and the same thing happened. The line almost always takes forever and when they pick and choose closing time they don’t put a cone out or let cars know. I say in the line for 15 minutes and I got to the speaker then they turned the lights off and said they were closed. Some of the staff is really nice but this pick and choose and waste my time is extremely frustrating.

I've been eating here late night when there's limited places to choose from and this review has been deserved long ago. Everytime I've ordered here the food has been fresh and delicious. I believe there was a time or two my order was missing something when I got home but this happens everywhere so it's no worse then anywhere else. So Thank you to the night staff for keeping up with the above average service that's becoming harder to get these days! Awesome work!

Would not give us a cup, said they would bring drinks to us, but would not let us order them. Brought 3 cokes. I said the two cokes were OK, but I wanted one root beer ( they kept one coke). We waited 10 minutes and I asked where the root beer was. Finally they brought it after we had finished our meal.Very poor service if they are not going to let us pour our own.

During the night, the outdoor lighting fixtures produce a strobing effect that, at first glance, could be mistaken for a fire alarm activation. This not only affects the visual appeal of the restaurant but also raises unnecessary alarm for passersby.Another issue revolves around a particular night manager whose communication style has been disruptive during my visits. When choosing to dine in and use my laptop for school work, it's disconcerting to witness the manager loudly providing feedback to employees in a manner that seems disrespectful over a McDonald's order. While effective communication is essential, maintaining an appropriate volume level is equally crucial to preserve a positive customer experience.Additionally, I've noticed that this location frequently limits the drive-through to just one lane by placing a cone, causing longer wait times and traffic backup onto the main street. This operational decision can lead to inconvenience for customers and negatively impact the flow of traffic.In light of these concerns, I recommend that McDonald's management pays attention to building maintenance, particularly addressing the malfunctioning lights, and works on improving communication practices within the establishment. Furthermore, reconsidering the frequent use of cones in the drive-through lanes could contribute to a smoother and more efficient customer experience.

I understand the wait, it's 1 in the morning,, so that didn't bug me but they had us waiting at the speaker for a hot minute. Then after we give him our online order number he mistyped or something but we almost got the wrong food. Then after the 15 minutes it took to make the food they still forgot my drink and took 2 more minutes to make it. And I'm not sure what part of plain means yes onions but whatever. Also the manager was kinda rude to us like it was our fault.

Do not order breakfast items unless you get a discount. The cheapest products they make cost more than anything. You will pay over double the amount for breakfast than the dinner menu.

My name is Xander. My order # was 1691 and they were PACKED. The managers and employees were working so hard and made sure all my food was right and correct (including modifications). Which I did not expect. Considering how bus they were. This team truly does live the mcdonlds way and practices it with their incredible customer service and teamwork ! I'm giving 5 stars ! I've been in the food industry for about 2 years I know first hand how hard it can be and this team is PHENOMENAL. They deserve our respect and admiration. Here's to you guys ! ☺️☺️☺️.

After trying two other locations that were having problems this morning, we stopped by here and the team did outstanding!! Our order was prepared perfectly and accurately with everything we ordered. The team members were also very friendly and they had both drive thru lanes open and ready for business! Highly recommend them today for a great breakfast!

I totally forgot the guys name, but he was working this morning, he told me to have a wonderful and amazing day wherever I ended up. he’s probably a few years younger than me. I had just been poked and prodded at the doctors. Honestly a super cute pick me up he didn’t know I needed. Thanks (maybe hunter? Light brown wavy hair, first window with a sweet older lady.) I told him he sold himself a good review!

We used two separate orders so we could both use the app and get points. However it was a great inconvenience for the manager (Kennyah) to put in her number so we could use the same debit card. I was appalled at the fact that she came back by the window and progressed to say ill things about us. Im not mad I’m just disappointed in the lack of professionalism of Kennayah. Oreo frap was bussin tho.
