Rented a uhaul through this location. They changed my reservation time 45 minutes after I was supposed to pick up because they were not open even though uhaul said they would be. Came back at the opening time and no one was there. Owner walked up five minutes after it should have been open and had to wait 20 min for owner to fully open the store. When we finally got the uhaul, the seats were broken and couldn’t be moved. Very uncomfortable for a 12 hour drive. Would not recommend this location for uhaul.

Can sometimes be less than friendly but I see a lot of rude customers in here and I'm not especially friendly myself so it's no problem.They're always helpful, definitely gotta watch out if it's close to 10pm because they do close early but I expect that from small businesses that are having slow days.

I'm assuming he's the owner. Very nice. I always go for the same thing. He knows what I want everytime. I can go in and purchase and not have to say a word if I don't want too.

I showed up at 9:55 with both doors locked almost all the lights off I even called the store and said are you open she said yes but never came to unlock the doors this place closes early every night the little white girl working doesn't know what she's doing

Let me walk in at 9:50, allowed me to shop, and then was passive aggressive at the register saying that he closes at 9:45. Also too expensive
