We arrived 30 minutes prior to them closing. As we walked in there was one of the workers standing there looking at her watch to tell us the store closed in 20 minutes. As we walked around and looked for what we needed we were personally reminded over and over how much time was left as well as everyone else who walked in the door. At 9:45 we were told they were closed and we needed to take our items to the register to check out. We simply put everything down and walked out. As we were leaving another group of people was about to walk in but they were told by the same woman that the store was closed and she would not allow them to come in. We turned to the woman and told her that it was only 9:50 and that they should not be turned away from entering when it wasn’t closing time yet. Employees were definitely the epitome of just here for a paycheck and wanting nothing more than to get off the clock as soon as possible.

They have a very nice variety of items and I mostly have positive experiences. However, this morning the cashier was very unpleasant. He was talking to another group of customers about how the company wants to phase out human cashiers in favor of more self check out machines. The cashier made a remark about how a bunch of merchandise would be stolen, especially in this area. That made me rather uncomfortable, since I just happened to be using a self check out machine. Maybe just bad timing?As I'm continuing to check out, I notice my phone has died. That was a problem since i planned on using Apple Pay. The cashier talked about how it would take forever to cancel all of my items, even as I apologized profusely. Gee thanks for making me feel bad on top of embarrassed!

I come to this store at least once a week because it's close to my house and I always forget something when getting groceries.So this store is pretty much doing the best that it can with what it's got. Some of the employees are pretty rude, some are very friendly. I think there are only like 2 employees on a shift at a time, probably hard to find people to work a job like that. They usually have what I need. There's usually at least one rude customer there everytime I'm in and I feel for the staff having to deal with that.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! The last time I shopped here, I was sold peaches that had expired in JANUARY (it was April when they were purchased). I then went back the next day to check, and sure enough, those other peaches were expired as well! I would not recommend shopping out here for food if you could avoid it!

This store is routinely a mess. Aisled blocked. Went in yesterday was only able to push shopping cart in one aisle. Every other aisle was blocked. Had to move giant racks out of the way to get items. No one manning register so could only use self check out and no cash payment.. this isnt one time this is every time we go in. I generally drive across town to go to the dg on main and avoid this one. I try every couple months at this store on rabb but its always impossible to walk the aisles and shop

Employees are friendly and relatable. Usually have good attitudes considering what they deal with on a daily basis. This is a difficult store in which to manage theft issues, as it's in a more impoverished neighborhood as well as being directly off the interstate exits. None the less, the employees typically come across as cheerful and helpful.

Item prices do not match register price went in for a item that said 12.75 on shelf but rang up 14.95 and manager said they could not change it!! You are playing Russian roulette with price here!!

This place is a joke. Every aisle is filled with carts full of product to be put away. You can't walk down any of them. No employees that are available to help. This is every time I try to shop at this location for the past year. I won't be back.

When you are looking for small household goods, non-refrigerated grocery items, snacks, etc., they don't have the full variety of a Walmart store, but they have the same level of brands and much more convenience than Walmart.The store feels a little crowded with so much stuff in a small space, but the cashier was pleasant and the convenience, stock and price is really nice to have in the neighborhood.

Staff is usually pretty rude. I've never been greeted, or been able to cash out immediately. Always have to wait for them to meander over and then they say nothing, just start ringing me up.

It's nice they have more stuff you can buy and some of is pretty cheap. If you like Snapple they have them for $1 but be quick while supplies last. I just bought the last 3 apple flavored ones lol

Nice place to pick up things I need without going out of town. I must go there a few times a week. But it seems I always catch the cashier in a bad mood. They don't really seem happy. 😟

This I the worst store I have ever seen.Everything was so disorganized, only a few of the isles were labed so I had to go down every isle to find what I was looking for, opened boxes crowding everywhere.Yeah I may have saved a few dollars, but it was not worth the hassle. Whoever owns the place should be ashamed for having a store in such bad shape .

My mom's car broke down and the employee on duty kindly let her keep her car there until she could get a new battery for it. The inside of the store was clean and stocked.

This place is disgusting! Always filthy. The floors are never swept. There is always merchandise laying all over. It is just very poorly ran and I'll never come back. Shame on the manager.

Most disheveled store I have ever been in. Workers acted as if I was a burden. Lady that rang me up was eating a sandwich, talking to other employees with food in her mouth, and only put the sandwich down to give me my change.

Morons who work there dunno how to read coupons. Limit one per purchase means one coupon per purchased item not one coupon per transaction. Then they had the audacity to tell the customer infront of me that another DG doesnt know how to coupon and they need to be retrained..way to shift the blame cause y'all are the ignorant ones. Ive worked for a highshrink DG before..learn to read.

This is some what of a run down location. The store is not very clean and they are usually playing inappropriate music. The employees are usually nice though.

I only go to this location when I have to because it is close by. The employees look like slobs. No matter who is working the register they always have difficulty. The manager at night doesn't know what she is doing. The manager on duty should know how to count.

Just another Dollar General, but the people here are usually nice, and the store has a decent freezer selection considering that it is Dollar General; but beware that it can get a tad bit pricey in here.
