A longer wait time with the wrong food delivered. We've had good success in the past, but 2 6-piece chicken strip baskets had only 5 strips each, the fries were cold, they forgot to take the tomato and lettuce off one of the sandwiches, and when the food was brought outside, they forgot the drinks. The delay made us think they had forgotten the Blizzards, and when they finally arrived, they added an unordered drink. 2 free sundae coupons don't cover for this mess.

Short staffed? Sign on door says short staff I bet I counted at least 8ppl coming and going. Dirty tables and seats. Bathrooms dirty. 2miles off interstate thought be closer. Not easy access back to main rd.Lady took order very nice. Outside fireplace and patio looks really nice. Nice music inside store.

Updating to a 1 star after another bad experience at this location and won’t be back. The management at this store is horrible! Drive thru lane is around the building with no inside option. Staff standing around and has no idea how to make a sundae. If you are going to make customers wait an extra long time at least provide a good product! I’m sure Warren would be so proud of this horrible DQ! What is going on with this location, with the dining room closed and the drive thru a mile long wrapped around the building and through the parking lot next door? Is it that bad of a place to work they can’t find help? Although the drive thru line can be long, the ice cream has been consistently pretty good. Just be prepared to wait a long time to get it.

I got one of their seasonal blizzards with snickerdoodle which was surprisingly amazing as I had to control myself how good it was without getting a brain freezeParking: It clean parking lot & a lot space to wait for your significant other to go inside to get the food or eat at after getting the meal from the drive thru

We had ordered and paid $9.18 including tax for a 6PC ROTISSERIE CHICKEN BASKET but the protein portion was laughably small. How did six tiny pieces of white chicken meat cost this much?!? I guess I was fooled by the advertisement and stock photos showing the product in a favorable manner. I can understand if the chicken tasted extraordinary but it wasn’t. The cost of those six pieces were equivalent to a entire rotisserie chicken that can be purchased at a grocery store and that chicken would have likely tasted much better and more fresh. Another disappointment was the fact that this location was not able to scan my DQ App to redeem points. Saying that the other location in my area had the only available scanner. We had such a terrible experience.

I didn't go in. But probably clean. Most are. I usually go you drive through. Then sit in the parking lot . Turn my radio on or check my phone.I love ice cream cones ,I also love mini blizzards. They are perfect size if one is watching your calorie intake. I get a burger take half the bun off. It's perfect. Always tasty.It's my go to for a treat..... I live in Pontiac, they are perfect too.

I went in this past Saturday to purchase a cake. I waited in line behind a very confused couple who couldn't figure out their order for about 10 minutes. There were 2 other families dining in the restaurant at the time and while waiting another couple came in line behind me and my kids. The drive thru was not that busy either as several of the workers were just walking around while I was waiting. When it was my turn I asked if someone could write Happy birthday on the cake for me. Mind you, the cake was completely blank. There was only a border. The cashier asked another girl who was walking around and the girl just basically said no, probably not. Then, when I didn't seem satisfied with that answer, she asked what I can only assume was the manager on duty and he says "Not right now." I could maybe see if they were incredibly busy or short staffed but it appeared neither was the issue. No apology either. I was so annoyed at just the absolute absence of any customer service. The staff were rude and I paid $30 for a blank cake.

This is the 3rd time we’ve purchased a blizzard at this location and the fruit (pineapple) has been fermented. It taste absolutely nasty! I question their cleanliness standards now. A total of 6 blizzards in the trash!

Was very sad when we got home with the 10 pack dilly bars. It seems to be the trend at all the DQ restaurants that the made in house dilly bars are so thin the stick is only held on by the outer chocolate coating. It used to be a layer of ice cream then stick then another layer of ice cream to hold in the stick. When u take first bite the stick comes off and ice cream falls on you or the floor. Very sad....

Horrible experience.Got misgendered not once but twice in front of everyone. Besides that my food was extremely cold &’ just messed up because I spent my last little money on the food to feed myself for the night. People need to learn to be respectful you don’t need to address everyone as sir or ma’am.Not returning

Took my kiddo here for lunch after an appointment. The store was very clean, staff were welcoming and friendly. Our food was absolutely amazing and fresh. We would love to come back on a day where the weather is nice to enjoy the outdoor area.

Ordered a blizzard, a pup cup, and a sundae through the drive-thru. Paid for it at first window - didn't get a receipt. At the next window I was handed a blizzard that wasn't made correctly and a pup cup. I told them there was an item missing and the blizzard was wrong. The person at the window said they were sorry but can't ring up food at the second window. I was confused. I repeated the information. You guys messed my order up. What you gave me was incorrect. They asked for a receipt which I didn't get. The third item was never rang up and the first item was rang up incorrectly. They said I had to go through the drive-thru again to reorder the missing food (no mention of the incorrect blizzard). It took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru the first time I'm not waiting again for your mistake. They said hold on while they ask the manager. They came back 3 seconds later and said their manager said no so I drove away with food that I didn't want and $17 poorer. Never coming back here.

The reateruant was busy but they had 10 employees on staff.the manager was running around with a horrible additude (atleast appeared to be the manager,but had an ear bud in with a gray untucked shirt )while the other workers up front were trying to get the orders out.The 4 kitchen cooks were in the back dancing.The other issue was while sitting in the dinning room the manager ran past everyone and locked the dining room at 930pm ,then screams out "we are not taking anymore orders". I understand bussiness doing stuff of this nature when they are short staffed,but wiih 10 employees,i dont understand the managers actions.The worse experience ive had at a restaurant.

Mismanaged, can't keep employees. Ridiculous lines, randomly closes. They advertise false hours.They shut breakfast down early too. As I write the review people are walking to the door, seeing their crooked posted sign explaining that yet again, they're closed early. Customers walking to the door and turning around and leaving.I really hope this place goes out of business and it replaced by something with a legit business model.

don't bother ordering any chicken strips here. They are now only as big as McNuggets when they used to be 6" long, each. The fries were cold, too. I ate two fries and got a refund and left. The owner's should be ashamed of themselves.
