Went to pick up prescription on the "Last day" (according to the daily texts) and found they had already returned it to stock. I showed up at 6PM - they close at 8PM. Their explanation for making me wait an extra 15 minutes was "sometimes we return them early". They obviously don't care at all about inconveniencing customers. This is not my first grievance against this staff and I've only been using them for a year. I am now in the process moving my prescriptions to another company.

Longtime Walgreens user. Frustrated with their pharmacy service being horribly understaffed, waiting in the car line for 50 minutes, closed at odd times due to no staff, and then only open M - F 10 to 6. Tried CVS and never looked back. CVS is always well staffed in their pharmacy and gets people in and out fast. They are also super polite. Emphasis on super. Retail equally friendly. Store is clean.

That red head girl and the guy Selman knew my prescription was ready and helped everyone except me because I was African American. Shame on them for being racist and treating the other customers better. Won’t be back here! Disgusting staff !

Pharmacist won’t administer shingles vaccine to anyone under 50, even if you made an appointment online where you entered your DOB, even if you’re eligible, even if you have a doctor’s orders. Said insurance wouldn’t cover it. Go to Walgreens on Oakland — the pharmacist there is actually educated on who is eligible. They even ran it through insurance and insurance covered most of the cost.

They lack any sense of confidentiality and are a walking HIPPA violation. Their pharmacy design lacks any privacy which appears to be the same approach their staff take. You can regularly hear their staff shouting everybody’s prescriptions with no regard to privacy.

picked up a perscription for my son, he has several allergies. I was goven medication with ingredients he is allergic to. It is on his profile. They were unkind and made me return and have another pharmacy call them to transfer the prescription. The pharmacist was rude and unkind. She would not take responsibility. She did not fix the issue but made me do so. Thankful for other pharmacys like walgreens to help me.

Wait in line twenty minutes to have Dave the pharmacist smirk and close the blinds on you as you’re telling him it’s your second time there today to try and get medicine your sick child needed hours earlier. Then proceeds to tell you through the speaker to move so they can tell others they’re closed for lunch. They have GOT to put out cones or something to give people a heads up they’re closing so people who haven’t seen their recent paper on the window don’t wait forever to be laughed at with blinds closing in their face. Rude, careless, and the last straw with a pharmacy with employees who have a God Complex.

On line covid appointment was impossible to navigate.Four attempts resulted in four crashes.Abandoned all hope and tried to schedule with a phone call.Long phone tree with no human contact so I gave up and called again. I got a human (?) on a bad line who I could not understand, so gave up and hung up, again!

Drive thur is very slow! CVS should make it more clear to have people make two lines. People will sit right in the middle so now one can pass them to use the other line.

Always a busy place, but with 2 drive thru windows they can handle a lot of cars. Some people don't know it think they can use the 2nd drive through lane for pickup, but it is one.

The service was very poor. Also, in another experience, when I call the pharmacy phone number, the bot asks me various questions, and then tells me "Sorry I can't help you" and transferred me to the pharmacist. Wasted about 2 minutes.

Bad customer service Pharmacist looked at me while I was asking about a manufacturer of a med. The cashier was trying to explain , but seemed unsure.While the lady Pharmacist didn't say a word just looked at me. Went right to Walmart they didnt have it, but they certainly offered to order it.

I sent my husband in the store to purchase a small box of pseudoephedrine pe while I waited in the car from being I'll. He came out with the wrong box. I went back in as not even two minutes had lapsed as shown on my receipt. They would not allow me to exchange I know the law as I was a RX Tech myself for an independent for 15 years but when he specifically asked for pseudoephedrine pe and they give him pseudoephedrine HCL that is their error!! They should have made it right! This is why I hate chains and I wont be back!

Worst customer service ever. Waited 15 minutes behind 1 customer in Drive Thru. When questioned I was told very snottily that it was questions like that was the delay. Then dhe made us wait while she pointed and talked about us very rude !

The pharmacy is very disorganized!!!! Was told meds were ready for pick up. Showed up and didn't full all meds!! Had to wait 20 extra mins. This place is terrible!!! CVS IS A JOKE!!!
