I usually have a pretty okay experience at this location. Today I ordered a 12 peice and got 10 and 2 crispies that have no meat that can't even be considered 1 if you put them together. I didn't open my food until I got home so I'm not going back to rectify this. If I'm spending almost $30 on fast food I expect it to be right. Do better.

We were on a road trip to the Bloomington Airport and were blown away by the quality of food and service at this location! Our sandwiches were hot and delicious. The staff were not only friendly but efficient and helpful. They were even patient when we tried to go the wrong direction in the drive-through! We tend to go to chick fil a for great food, and this experience was no exception! Awesome job! Thanks so much, and we will come back!

My family and I did not dine in but opted for the drive thru. When we went through the drive thru we were surrounded by many staff members which was annoying. When we reached the drive thru menu, an employee approached us immediately to take down our order. Being in the passenger seat, my view of the menu was completely blocked by this person. After asking them to move, I was finally able to view the menu but felt a slight sense of rush due to the employee's presence. The food was great, I just wish we hadn't had to go through a crowd of employees as we drove through the drive thru and didn't have an employee in our face as we tried to decide what to order.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered a grilled chicken meal. There was no seasoning on the chicken and no salt on the fries. Went home and gave the entire meal to the dogs.If you want bland, disgusting food, eat here. Otherwise go somewhere else.I will NEVER eat here again.

The best fast food I've had in a long time. A whole other class above McDonald's and the rest. I was very impressed with the organized help Outdoors. Probably number 14 in line and got through in less than 3 minutes because they have extra people outside taking orders, money and handing out food. Everything was hot fresh and delicious.

This restaurant has never not been a positive trip for me. Employees there are generally more positive and friendly than people working at, say, McDonald's. (I learned from a friend who works there that this is due to them being payed a good percent more than minimum wage and that they all have friends working there). Food is excellent, they have a good selection of classic chicken sandwiches and the entire restaurant has a good awareness of plastic waste and garbage, so they wrap their products in more environmentally-friendly packaging. :)

AWESOME! It’s easy to write a review on Chil-fil-A but this is about Cory!!! We were in town for a high school basketball tournament. Amidst all the chaos of the added lunch crowd, Cory (Kory?) was phenomenal!!! She was sweet, patient and helpful. She checked us out, offered food options and tossed in an upsell on the Cloudberry Sunjoy. In spite of all the chaos, Cory provided exceptional customer service with a bright, beautiful smile!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR FABULOUS ATTITUDE!! Promote Her!!!!

Update: The food has been spot on the last few times! Extremely fresh and hot and made to order, very pleased! You may want to find another location if inclement weather as the store was a traffic flow nightmare on 7/26 during lunch. Cars backed up to Veterans Parkway and no further help for traffic, took over 30 minutes to get thru drive thru! Just a small sign they posted by the building in the pictures! Typically a good lunch and dinner experience ordering through the Chick-fil-A app and picking it up in the drive thru! The team at this location has it figured out and usually provides outstanding customer service. The chicken sandwiches and waffle fries were all perfectly prepared and hot when received! Great experience and we will certainly be back! The Chick-Fil-A app works great, highly recommend using it when ordering!

The restaurant blocks traffic to other places in and out...like Red Robin...I thought it was too busy to go inside Red Robin to eat because the parking spaces were taken up by your restaurant...I waited for parking and saw everyone coming from again your restaurant...it is so rude and inconsiderate to other businesses. Someone should take this to the city!

Definitely wasn't my best CFA experience. But I do believe the girl who helped us order our carryout was new because she gave us a dine in table topper when our recipe didn't even have the indicators on it only our name. It took about 10 minutes for me to go up there and say something and the guy definitely noticed us waiting but hadn't said something yet. They found our food it hasn't been too long and they got us fresh fries which was nice.Parking: It's a chic fil a pushing lot nothing to brag about. Depends on how busy the drive thru is.

We were there a couple days ago (8/29) and I had such a good experience I had to write a review- Holly was the worker who took our order and she had such an amazing personality and way of making ordering fun. She legit made my girlfriend and I feel awesome after a long Tuesday, and her blend of humor with helpful clarifications and questions as we ordered was super nice and refreshing. Seriously a rockstar, you have to make a point to visit this location to talk to Holly!
