My visit today was a nice experience, everyone is very friendly. It was not very busy in the early hours, I was in and out. I appreciated the fast check out and help I received. Politeness and consideration of being offered a seat while I had a short wait was appreciated. My experience at the store is always a little different with how many customers are there, but the friendliness from staff is always good.

I don't live in Normal but I make the drive because I appreciate the staff. There are products I can buy that are the same and closer to where I live but I'll put the miles on my tires because I appreciate who works there. I've seen their staff have to put up with iffy customers and handle it professionally as well as very appreciative customers who enjoy engaging with the staff. Products have always been solid for me but staff that stick around and hopefully are being paid what they deserve is always nice too.

Every visit to BeyondHello (and I have had quite a few the last several years!) has been an extremely positive experience. Most specifically, each encounter with Jinny (Virginia) is ALWAYS positive and uplifting. She is consistently an absolute joy, and never misses an opportunity to say an encouraging and meaningful affirmation. I just can’t speak highly enough of her and I feel she is such an excellent representative for the company and makes my day every single solitary visit, bar none!

Everyone here is so nice and very helpful. I was intimidated the first time I came here because my knowledge was VERY limited. The person on the floor was very helpful and answered my questions and helped me pick something. Today I placed my order for pickup and Gabrielle helped me. Super friendly. The vape I bought just come in earlier today and he told me a bit about it and how smooth it was. He was right, it’s already my new favorite as far as smoothness of the pull and mouthfeel.

At first this place was very expensive and unorganized, but now this is my favourite dispensary. When the discounts are available they have great prices, and now they're faster. No more 45 minute wait times.Thanks for saving me the hour drive elsewhere 😉Update: This place has only gotten better since my last review. Now my man Adrian works here! Love it.I must say I went to a dispensary in the Chicago area that gave me a medical member card that even has the picture from my medical card on it. Apparently next time I go they simply scan that card and I walk right in. It would be great if Beyond could implement this. Would save you guys a lot of time and therefore money.

I really love and prefer going to this location. I just feel like I’m at home and it’s just like a comfortable feeling. I also enjoy all the employees because they’re really knowledgeable and they really try to help find what’s good for you. Austin was wonderful too! :-)

Beyond Hello? More like beyond manners.I placed my order online at about 5:40 thinking that even though the pick up time said 7 I would be able to walk in and get it sooner like other dispensaries I've been to. The guy at the first desk told me it would be quicker to walk in and do my order in the next room as opposed to waiting for the order I placed online. When I asked why it would take longer when the order would have been placed at about the same time, he immediately became defensive and rude and wanted to know why I thought it should be any different. I asked if he could cancel the online order so I could go in and place one and he said yes he was cancelling it.So I went in, placed my order, and sat down to wait. When my name was called a couple minutes later and I went up to the counter this gentleman proceeded to tell me that if I thought I wanted to place an order with them then I needed to make sure that I was only placing one order because it wastes their time by having two orders in their system for the same person. He had no comment when I stated that the gentleman up front told me he had cancelled my previous online order so that I could walk in and order. His only comment was that if the pick-up time says 7 then I should expect 7.Between the unpleasant experience, the website that doesn't work properly, and the poor choices this is definitely not an experience I would recommend.

Above and beyond politeness, catered to my everyneedIm on disabled...they made sure I didn't have to walk much ... customer service here is always awesome!! I will NEVER go anywhere else. I'm a regular at this dispensary. I always come here. The best across the board.

Such a pleasant and helpful experience! You can place your order online before getting there, or complete your order while in the shop. The inside is so nice and clean and organized! The associates are helpful and very friendly. We had a great experience from start to finish and will be back! Their prices were reasonable too. Overall, the whole experience was great.

Make sure to keep your receipt and packaging got a defective vape pen while on vacation in Illinois had video and pictures of it not working and they were able to look me up and see I purchased it and basically told me too bad

Would be 5 stars but last 2 times ive been in to pick up a medical order they have us all in the main part of the store. Stood in line for 35 min, theres a whole medical area normally used why not use it during busiest time of day come on now.

I usually go to the dispensary in East Peoria, so this place was a little different. They don't do anything special on your birthday (extra points for free gifts) like other dispensaries. The price is a reasonable and the customer service is nice but the facility needs some work. The first room you enter is too tight for too many people and the actual room you go to to get your product. Feels like you're in prison. I'm not too worried about the atmosphere as it doesn't matter that much, but sterile is a great word to describe it. I would honestly always go to East Peoria before here in the future if I had the choice and they're only a half hour apart so I do.

The staff at this dispensary go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I wish I had the name of the lady at the front desk who helped me today. My med card had expired a few days prior and I failed to print off my renewed card, so she went above and beyond to get my new card printed and then she laminated it for me! Wow! Next stop was to get my products and Tyler was so patient and helpful. I ordered online what I thought was a balm for pain and instead it was something totally not. Tyler recognized my mistake and turned me on to a balm that is for pain and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Normal Dispensary!

What's the point of being the only medical store in town with a medical room just to close it when it's the busiest time of day. If there were any other locations that serve medical patients I would never come here. Also, I've lost count of products being not what they described (missing, light, or damaged).

Love the fast process when you pre-order on-line. Living 35 minutes away, my order is filled and ready when I get there. Staff is a mixed review. There is 3 people that are exceptional and the others have no personality to deal with the public and think the are doing you a favor by ringing you up and taking money. The one in normal seems to have friendlier staff and faster! But it's farther away from where I come from I only go if they have a brand I want of Bloomington is out

Giving it 3 stars because half their problems arnt their fault but this place feels less personable than a dentist's office. You walk in, accosted for your ID of which they do something with for no reason other than verifying your age, usually a friendly person but then you're let into a locked room. weird but OK. How many liquor stores have a locked room? Non. Its ridiculous. It's like visiting a person in county jail rather than buying some weed. Then you walk into the locked room and nobody is there other than a few people frantically checking people out and a few people walking back and forth from another locked room looking as if they'd rather be anywhere else at that moment. Then you have to "order" from an iPad. Not a person. An iPad. You dont get to smell. You dont get to see. You dont get to discuss. You just tap some buttons and there you go off to wait in a "line". The whole process feels cold and uninviting. Hell the place doesn't even bother with any bit of decoration. It's just sterile grey inside. About as much personality as a hunk of granite. Feels like a clinic. It sucks but that's buying weed in normal for you. Pathetic.

Beyond Hello has turned into a joke. When they took over for Green Solution they had great customer service, and products to choose from. They are the soul holder of the medical license and they absolutely don’t treat the med patients right. It’s doing nothing but getting worse with time. Please state of Illinois open up your medical licensing to everyone so change happens!!

I love this place better than trinity and especially better than numed/nuera east peoria. Has better prices and always tons of great deals. Get the member app and I always leave a note with my orders to make sure my wax is not in the lid and in the threads. Their staff has always followed my instructions with a smiling perfection. Really fast to get in and out as well. I drive a hour to get here because it's worth it. Check out their prices online if you don't believe me. Thank you team Normal for caring about your customers! We medical users love that.
