I can call and someone will answer. I am not transfered. That's nice. The store is small enough that the person I called ran to check whether my item was on the shelf. I was on hold for less than a minute! So happy to work with competent staff in a small store that still has what I want from a hardware store.

I've had mixed experiences at Ace Hardware lately. On the plus side, the associates on the floor have always been friendly and helpful. The last time I went in, I needed a black GFCI outlet and an associate was able to quickly point me in the right direction.Unfortunately, the checkout experience can be a real drag. There's one particular associate who always seems to be working the register, and they've consistently been rude and dismissive. It puts a damper on the whole shopping trip.Overall, Ace Hardware is a decent option for home improvement supplies. The staff on the floor is knowledgeable and helpful, but be prepared for a potentially unpleasant checkout experience.

I come here often to get odds and ends. They have made keys for me, paint, and random tools. I always enjoy coming here. Its amazing such a small looking store could have just about everything you could want inside!

One of the best nuts, bolts, and fastener selections in town. Also have expanded on their grilling item department as of late, and have stopped in twice lately just for that reason.

A great shopping experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They almost always have what I'm looking for and I always have been able to get assistance easily. I made the mistake of going to Home Depot to get a new grill today and after over half an hour trying to get someone to get the grill off a top shelf. While waiting, we found that Ace had the grill we were looking for. I was out with my new grill in probably 10 minutes, 5 of which was us shopping for accessories.

Ace Hardware - The store is fine. However, one thing that erks me aside from the big chain hardware stores...Lack in Customer Service and product knowledge in your store. The whole reason people come to your store, is to get what they need quickly and efficiently and return to their projects. When a customer asks an associate where to find something, and that associate asks another associate where it might be... Only to be returned with an answer of: Aisle 12 & 13 with no assistance in locating the item... I might as well have gone to the hardware warehouses and tried my luck there.This is not the way I remember the Ole Ace Hardware being. Attentive people, knowledgeable people, willing to assist the customer, greeted upon entry. I'm not trying to bust your chops here, just pointing out how to improve your store. Trust me, your not the only store I've dealt with in this issue. It irritates and aggravates a customer when they have to search your store to find an item they are interested in purchasing, and quickly. Still enjoy going to you all for hard to find parts, but the customer service needs improvement. To be continued, until further reviews.

This place has everything you need for your projects and more. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. You may pay less at big box stores, but you get great service and advice.

It's close and convenient when you need to pick something up for a project. The employees are friendly and have always been willing to help me. They might not have everything you need, but they almost do 90% of the time.

I am on a walker due to a much needed surgery. I cripped in the store with a list and asked the cashier who is right by the door where to find the items. As I went down the list she told me which isle they were in. She was correct on every item. I was able to get everything I needed and still had life in my knee! Awesome people there. Everyone knows where merch is located.

Needed help finding a particular piece of hardware. The gentleman at the counter pointed me to the proper aisle, asking me rather than the other way around. While i was in the aisle, another employee approached, offered to help, and found what i needed for me. 5 star visit for sure.

Been in and out of this store for around 10 to 15 years in the blono area, have had ups and downs. Satisfied most of the time but just doesn't have the stock or knowledge that it should being a corporation. Lowe's, home Depot and Menards are better options if you're going to give your money to corporate. You'll get a little lower prices and a better customer experience with the big guys.

Hey if you like to go and get what you want and not be distracted by the vast number of thing you can buy Stay Away!!! It is a store with a large selection of thing so you can get lost. Not because it so big but because it has so much packed into the place. The staff was helpful but allowed tou to shop without crowding. I'd go back.

I wish I knew the gentleman's name that assisted me, he was great. Just purchased a house and had some minor repairs that I needed to complete. He was able to easily explain to me how to do it and how to keep future issues from occurring. Very happy

Wonderful assistants. We had a problem with a lamp and the young assistants took it as a mystery to be solved. I highly recommend this store. The customer service was topnotch!

The only real hardware store left in town with a knowledgeable staff to help you find that nut or bolt that your need to fix something. The store is a little cluttered and not all that big but at least you can find things pretty easy or ask someone for help. Their prices are higher but if you want to support a place where you can have someone who knows something about they sell... you should go there to shop. Yes you can still buy just one bolt... you don't have to buy of bag of them that you will never use.
