Service is slow, good thing they have a self checkout...when it works. Stocked items are getting low. More so in the food area.

It's about the only place in town to go shop since city council has the population getting less and less ever year and other stores I'm sure not wanting to come into a town like this that has nothing to offer. laundry soap, paper towels, and all your house home items pluss it's got small variety of food items as well.

Much better than Dec 23,workers were setting up for Valentine's Day with only one cashierI realize retail is early for holidays but this was not the day to be putting up whole set-up for a different holiday when their assistance was needed with customers,this was my first bad experience since I started coming to this store

Customer service is very good. Very badly set up. Not in it's own building. There is no sidewalk to get to the store if you have to walk there. We need a new Dollar General Store building.

I end up visiting this store at least once every time I go visit my daughter. The site is always stuffed with products. Great prices on many things especially for a small town store. Staff is courteous and friendly.

I did not use 2 ever hardly go 2 DG before till the last year & A half now thats my go 2 place for they are cheaper than our local little IGA & A lot smaller & they carry some great items at great prices. I like the workers there also so that's a plus. I think you would be surprised at what they have 2 offer if you allow yourself 2 the chance.

Aisle's are way too narrow, you cannot get 2 carts side by side... Unfortunately, nothing has changed from the old store. Still junky and over crowded... Sad, nice bigger building....same old junk !!

Very clean and freindly employees. Sometimes lines are longer than they should be due to employees stocking instead of running registers.

It's a place that I can shop for the competitive and comparative dg brand products and not have to compromise on the quality of the dollar general brand products at much lower prices

Only place to go to shop in Newton so you kinds have to like it and but its great store sometimes there just bad a restocking or the shelve will be to stocked but it's an alright store.

It sucked the app would not open at all and when it does work it is impossible to find something on sale and needs to be updated with a convienent bar code to scan at register.

The coolers are down again! This store is only 6 or 7 months old & the freezers are always breaking down.

Store was very crowded with merchandise and the girl stocking was not very happy, cashier was really helpful and patient
