My fur baby only gets food and treats from here. Why? Our previous fur baby had Cushings and thanks to meds, and good advice from staff here, she lived a long, full life. They even made me a memorial picture of her. Current fur baby is entitled to the same treatment. She is a picky eater, and they have worked with us to find food she will eat most of the time.

Had an awesome experience here today!! The two women behind the counter were extremely knowledgeable on the questions I had, and provided great customer service and some dog treat samples for free! Was cost friendly too! Will definitely be returning!

Amazing staff and amazing customer service!! I've been struggling with my dog's food allergies for several years now. I did the Sensitivity Testing for him bc I've heard amazing things about it. They were so sweet with him when getting samples! We talked a bit about possible issues. I got the results yesterday and FREAKED OUT about all the different things I didn't know!! I called to ask if I could come in and go over the results and they were more than happy to. I came in today with my dog to talk about it all. Nick answered ALL of my questions, helped me find solutions, and helped my find a different food for my baby boy. They even found treats! I feel like I on a great track now thanks to them. Bruzer thanks you too!! On the road to feeling better now!

Great store,nice people, they go out of their way to help you. They carry my favorite brand of dog food in the large bag of N&D grain-free and my dogs love it. They have top brands of dog food which I'm very happy about. Plus if I ever have to change for a special care dog food they'll either have it or they can order it.

I heard about them from a friend, cause my dog is suffering from allergies, So I decided to go and see if they could help. I am sooo happy. The staff was so amazing and knowledgeable, and spent an hour with me trying to narrow down the right foods for her. It's only been two days, but I already see an improvement

I stopped in and met Nick and his team to have my dog allergy tested. I have a rescue whose nervous around new people but he was at ease as soon as we walked in. Everyone is so nice and you can tell there's a chill vibe in the store. Nick is extremely knowledgeable about allergies, foods and canine health and can recommend a lot of holistic options. Highly recommended!

Great staff and customer service. When I walk in, they make an effort to know my name and remember my usual order. The owner is also very nice. I've ran into him outside of the business and he recognized me.•Selection of products is fantastic.•Dogs (and maybe other pets) are allowed inside.•Never had to wait in a long line.•Building is easy to get to/good parking lot.

We moved to the area and got our family's first puppy about the same time Tucker's opened. We have been with them ever since. They have a great staff. If you want something they don't have-- they will order it for you. Everyone is beyond friendly and super knowledgeable. They keep up to date with all the latest health information regarding diets for your pets. Our lab, Sid, would get excited to go visit the store and with Tucker! We can't wait to take our new puppy and introduce her to everyone. You won't get service like this at Petco!

Amazing service and options! My 14 yr old dog was having issues which the vet recommended prescription foods. Talking with the team at Tucker’s, they recommended a few different options and he is doing amazing! I recommend anyone with a cat or dog to shop there!

This place is great. We started feeding our pets better after we lost two to cancer at 10 years old. The staff here is very knowledgeable, and they will help you find what's best for your fur-babies. They have foods and treats that I've never seen anywhere else, and they even have a test to see what your dog is sensitive to. It's a great family run business, and if you go early, Tucker himself might be there.

My 13 yr old 100lb Golden Doodle (Rufus) was slowing down and I stopped in to look at other diet options. Got trial samples and have been on Zignature since. He made it to 15 yrs and I wanted to thank you for your assistance, the diet change really improved his quality of life. If and when I get another pup….I’ll be back!He loved the freeze dried treats at the register. Thanks again!

I've been frequenting Tucker's for over 6 years now. Really the most important thing to know is that they care just as much about the health and wellbeing of your pet as their own. The food and treats carried are the best out there simply because they are always doing their homework on what's the best the industry has to offer. You won't simply get a food suggestion if you come in with questions about dietary needs, you'll get educated answers backed by experience. Also, if there's something you absolutely need that's not on the shelf, they can special order just about anything.

All the employees have been very knowledgeable and helpful. It's obvious they care a great deal about their customers and their pets. I was happy to find out they offer allergy testing for a reasonable price and make food recommendations based on the results. The food I purchase here seems to be priced at or below other pet stores. For anyone hesitant to improve their pet's diet, from experience I feel the little extra money you spend on quality food every month will save you on vets bills in the long run.

Best pet supply store I’ve ever gone to. We tried it the first time when they had photos w/ Santa event. The staff is so friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Now I’m a regular customer and I’m extremely happy. The selection is awesome. For Dogs and Cats everything you could want for teats food toys. They also have a wonderful selection of holistic grooming and supplements. I can’t recommend them enough. Especially the fantastic customer service.

But I do not want bargain basement kind of products. My pets are like family and I want the best for them that is why shop here and not a discount bargain basement product type of store.

I am what you might call a "crazy dog lady," and Tucker's has been the only store I trust to feed my babies for the last three years. My dogs have special dietary needs (grain-free and weight management) and Tucker's carries all the food and treats I need. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly, and nothing beats a sloppy kiss from Tucker the dog when you walk in the door. The owners are also very supportive of local animal rescues and shelters - they even host adoption events and fundraisers - and I love small businesses that give back to their community. I recommend this store to every dog owner I know!

I probably go into Tuckers 4 or 5 times a year. You see I live 40 miles away. They are always been very helpful and have a deep knowledge of their products. It is a family atmosphere that puts a smile on your face. I do purchase my dog food there when I have a need and opportunity. They have been very helpful to rescues.

I can not stress enough how amazing this place is. They carry everything I need for my two collies and I love that my money is going towards a small business instead of a corporate chain. The owners are kind, extremely patient, and knowledgable. You might be able to find some of the products a little cheaper online but you would be missing out on the experience.

I've been a customer since Day 1 and everyone at Tucker's has always been very helpful and they really know what's best for your animal. I have been through digestive issues with a few of my dogs in the past and they've always listened to my troubles and had great suggestions for me. Plus, if they don't have an answer, they call their reps and find out for you. I've also had them pay house calls to feed and let out my dogs and have had no issues with their service. I would totally recommend anyone with an animal to visit Tucker's.

I have been going to Tucker's since they opened. The Customer Service is great. I have a large black lab that chews bones like crazy and Stacey has searched until we have found one that is a little challenging for him. I needed to order special food for my allergic cat and not only did they find it, but Nick kept a case in stock for me so I never ran out! Terry always helps me carry the heavy food bags to the car. and Tucker---what can I say. He loves to give hugs and get belly rubs. Love love love them!
