Aaron was completely ignorant and rude and did NOT want to assist us at all when trying to purchase chicks and ducks. Entitled lady cuts us in line and it felt like she was intentionally trying to purchase all live birds so we wouldn’t be able to get any. They definitely need to set a limit per customer so it’s fair. When we asked Aaron if he could get someone else to assist us he got snappy and caught an attitude and assumed the greedy woman was there first when she definitely was NOT. He did NOT do anything to help or resolve this issue. He simply could’ve asked a coworker to help us out while he was assisting the greedy lady.

Couple weeks ago my battery in my car stopped working I needed a battery very quickly so I called the New Lenox il store probably 6 times letting the phone ring until it was picked up and then hung back up this was very up setting, this store was only about 5 miles from where I live, earlier I tried to get a propane cylinder refilled at this store, I was told by cashier to drive up to the yard gate I did so and waited 15 minutes no one ever showed up so I left not a good way to treat your customers after all we are the reason you even have jobs so how about doing your job.

My wife recently purchased a shirt for me on Tractor Supply’s app. She used the New Lenox store as the pickup location, and they only give 3 days to pick up the order.She called the New Lenox Tractor Supply on Friday, December 15 to ask if she could get a couple day extension on pick up, and she had the unfortunate interaction with a very rude and unprofessional employee.The employee immediately told my wife, “No” because they don’t have room in their store to hold items. When my wife informed the employee that it was only a t-shirt, and she would be in within another day or so to pickup, he asked what the name was under. My wife told him the name, and he rudely snapped that they didn’t have anything for her.My wife then told the employee that she had the Order #, and he just kept asking for the name. My wife has had multiple name changes, and told the employee that she wasn’t 100% sure what the name on the order was under, but she had the Order #, and the man was just very dismissive, unprofessional, and all-around unpleasant do deal with.I was a very big fan of the Tractor Supply brand until my wife informed me of the level of unprofessionalism that she received over a Christmas gift she was trying to purchase for me.I just wanted to make this issue public so others can avoid dealing with the level of unprofessionalism and anxiety attack that my wife had to deal with, because an employee felt so inconvenienced by my wife’s phone call that he thought it would be best to be rude and completely dismiss her rather than take a couple seconds to be patient and help solve her issue.Very…very bad look for your brand Tractor Supply. I highly suggest training your employees better on handling situations like this, or hiring someone who won’t bring that kind of attitude to work.I will be escalating this issue to corporate, as I think this behavior is totally unacceptable. And I hope someone reaches out to me. Because I don’t want to hold any animosity towards the Tractor Supply brand, but it all depends on how this gets resolved.

Great local feed store. Friendly and welcoming staff, greeted at the door, and everyone is very knowledgeable. I come here weekly/biweekly for my alfalfa pellets and shavings and have never had a bad experience.

I went in this evening to give our puppy a bath and get him used to the process. I was bathing him when a rude man opened the door and said he reserved the pet station. I apologizeed and he was still rude even mean about it. I didn't get the time to spend on our pup I wanted to .. I did not know that you have to pay first and could reserve. There was no one in the other bath. Not sure if I will go back......felt like I had to rush out. My pup was.still wet and slipping on the.floor.

Awesome place. I am there at least once a week. They meet my pet and horse needs very well. Lizz, the tall girl is very helpful when I have a question about what to get for my dog or horse. Everyone is very nice there.

This store is great. All of the employees are helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the dog bath station. There were no aprons,.nohot water, weak water pressure. The harness to keep the dog under control was broken and the steps were missing . Most of the shampoo was gone. I had to use a harsher formula which made my dogs coat very rough. I will be looking for another option.

The people working here are awesome and knowledgeable. The one employee ( younger guy that has a cub cadet zero turn ) answered all of my questions on the mowers they carried here and even told us about the warranties and financing Tractor Supply offers which is helpful and I really appreciate that. He never rushed us once and if he didn't know an answer he even looked it up for us. I bought a few items and our cashier Stephen was also helpful and had us laughing when we chatted with him again never once felt rushed once to have us leave like other places I've shopped. I will definitely be shopping here more cause they have some good employees here and I left feeling like I knew them and it wasn't just a quick sale.

Used the pet wash, good price and nicely setup. They provide brush, comb, nail clippers, shampoo, towels, dryer and grooming tables. First time I used it it was clean, second time I used right after someone who left it a complete mess. Please cleanup after yourself! Staff was very friendly and spoiled my dogs with treats!

Went in for the first time today. Everyone was helpful. Store was clean and stocked and BETH the cashier was extremely kind. I was asked to do a survey and went online to do it for her, but it was one of those 15 minute, 100 question, let me spam you surveys so I stopped doing it. I decided to come on and say it was a good shopping experience, and was able to find the Coat and hat I needed.

If I could give zero I would. First walking in they don’t enforce their mask mandate. Over half the customers did not have one one. The “manager” or women helping with returns did not keep her mask up. This is the best part. A man in front of me was also doing a return. I waited patiently and listened to the conversation the worker was complaining about having to do returns. Another red flag. The man kept friendly talk with her and she settled down. It was my turn for my return. My husband bought a tool that was complete garbage. He never buys tools at these small stores because he usually needs commercial grade for drywall work. He said he lost the receipt and paid cash. It was a measly $60 but we were returning to get feed for our chickens instead. The women was really rude and sour about the whole transaction. I told her from the beginning when it was purchased. 2 days before. It was only used once and I did not expect cash back. She kept shaking her head NO as if she didn’t believe me. She kept repeating that she didn’t know if she could return it in its condition. It was not beaten up just had some drywall material on it. She picked it up like it had cooties. I truly hate to involve race but if I did not speak proper English and told her I wanted a store credit, she would’ve never accepted the return. I even offered my ID. My husband and I are not criminals and will NOT support a business that makes us feel invaluable. I’m an American with Mexican decent. We work hard for our money and refuse to help pay for that women’s paycheck.

Placed an order on 11/22 for their Black Friday Sale, e-mail stated I had until 11/25 end of business to pick my order up, they proceed to cancel my entire order the morning of 11/25, and the items are no longer in stock… tried to call customer service and they proceeded to tell me I’m SOL, and there is nothing they can do about it. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time…

Picked up a Winchester gun safe tonight, the staff was great and the guys that loaded the safe into my truck were awesome, they were careful to load it up and not damage the product or the vehicle. Great job. I will be back again when I need something else.

We shopped here a few weeks ago to purchase cattle panels and decided to buy a new lawnmower. They mistakenly gave us the wrong one so we returned a week later to get the correct one to find they were all sold out. Zack came through in a huge way and without hesitation he solved the problem. We purchased a toro instead and we love it and our new supply store! Zack I can't thank you enough for your excellent customer service skills (something that is so rare to find lately) You are awesome!

My wife and I purchased a new lawn tractor, The entire staff was very helpful they helped us order the machine on line even though they were very busy at the store, Mgr Steve, James, Zack and later Eugene Worked like a Team, At no fault to Tractor Supply our tractor was sent to the wrong address by the shipping company, The management Team at Tractor Supply acted quickly to resolve the mistake by the shipping company and we are Totally Please and recommend Tractor Supply and their management Team HIGHLY 👍👍👍

The absolute worst company to buy from, Made a purchase online to ship to the store, the package disappeared enroute, Made numerous calls to their customer solutions center to be repeatedly told it was "on a truck delivering tomorrow" yet it never delivered, Then when I wanted to cancel the order they refused to refund me almost $100.00 in shipping charges. Horrible experience, horrible customer service and a complete rip off. This purchase was also to be a gift and that was ruined as well. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Shop at this store often. You guys need to do better with the baby chickens . What happened to the containers with wood chips ? You guys have them on metal shelves. It’s not safe for them. I can’t shop there anymore Sorry.

Unfortunately this store does not enforce the mask mandate. I have been there more than once where customers have no mask at all and cashier has her mask only covering her mouth barely. I'm better off driving to Menards and not supporting this local business.

Horrible service. They have their cleaning carts in the middle. No one is there to help find the supplies. Asked cashier for assistance bc I couldn’t find anyone. She said she’ll come and assist and just stayed there. Drove an hour to get some yard supplies. Rather just go to Home Depot or get stuff online.

And even though they were out of stock, she told me exactly when the truck would come in, offered a raincheck, and also to call me when it was back in stock, as well as hold one. This is my first time dealing with this particular location, and based on Elaine, I will definitely come and also recommend to friends. : D

EDIT: 7 months later and this is still an issue with staff and customers...I have a couple horses, and some chickens that I need to buy feed for. When they opened I was excited to have a place less than 5 minutes from my house to buy feed from.The last two times I've been in the store I've seen multiple employees without masks on. Both times I've talked to the staff, and called the store to let them know that Illinois businesses can be fined up to $2500 for not enforcing the state mask requirement. This current trip to Tractor Supply one employee even said he didn't have his mask with him.This isn't an issue of one employee accidentally forgetting to pull up their mask when they come in from outside. If they don't have their mask with them, it is a case of the business not taking the mask requirement seriously.I called their corporate headquarters and the Illinois Attorneys General office to make the complaint. If anything changes or they contact me I would be happy to edit my review with the new information. Unfortunately, until I know they are taking the IDPH guidelines seriously I will not be spending any more money in their store.The science is very clear about masks. They reduce further COVID-19 infections, we should all be wearing them. Not wearing your mask risks everyone else's health.
