Came here today for a water check. My fish tank was cloudy and I told the girl that I thinkI might have a bacteria bloom. She told meto put my water container up on the shelf. It was a mess and very unorganized here. She was wiping the glass on the fish tanks before she tried to help me. She was more interested in wiping the glass aquariums. Then she was trying to find strips and when she found them, she tested my water and then told me to hold on. She left with the strips asking for another employee. I thought if you worked in the fish department you should know a little bit about the fish. Am I wrong? Another employee came by. The girl was telling me, she is guessing that this certain bottle might work. Then her and this other employee went to the other side. I told them I don’t care for brand, but as I picked up a bottle of Aqueon ammonia neutralizer. I told them I can use this since my nitrites and ammonia was high… ?? The guy said yes. Then told me about a pouch that I can put in my filter that will help with the cloudy water. I bought both products. I was so shocked that the girl didn’t know about what product to give me first hand. That she had to call someone else. She didn’t mention to me that she was from a different department or anything. She was busy cleaning the aquariums that I felt that I was a bother to her. I didn’t even get my container back. I was still in shock that I had forgotten my container. Checkout was fine. The girl at checkout was polite but soft spoken.

I looked up puppy pads online. They said they were 13.99 at checkout. When I got to the store they said I could order them online and then pick them up. But then no I had to spend 80 dollars. WOW. What a mess……So I ended up paying 19.99. I just had to give up because it was too much of a hassle…..

Everyone here is fantastic and more than happy to help. They take 'their' departments seriously and are always doing their best. Sam and Caitlin are absolute gems in grooming. I have two large dogs and one of them has allergies, they always take care not to feed him anything that would make him itchy and take the time to make the dogs comfortable with all of the work they do. Dwayne is everywhere doing any and everything to take care of the store and the gentleman in fish knows his stuff and is a wonderful resource for anyone looking to take care of their tank.

I’m a little late but I got my dog groomed here- just a bath because it was her first time- I had Caitlin for the appointment, however all the staff were super friendly. I was a little nervous because my puppy is huge and has anxiety around new people. Not only were they quick, they made her look so pretty and they even put cute little bows in her hair which I was not expecting at all since it was just a bath.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to get to this grooming department because Lauren is the best groomer! She is super patient with my dog who gets a little nervous, like most dogs who are being taken in to be groomed. But Lauren is always so caring and she leaves my puppy looking amazing!

My dog’s hair grew overnight, I swear and was told there’d be a 3 week wait for my usual groomer. With the recent heat wave, waiting wasn’t an option. I was pleased to make an appointment online and be seen within days at our local store and store and was very, very pleased with how Lauren groomed my little guy. 5 stars!

This place has really good options for bearded dragon food. It’s always well stocked and the worms look really healthy. The other pet box store has been performing very poorly in this area. There is a good selection of cat food and necessities as well, from my experience. The staff has been friendly and attentive.

Lauren is by far the best groomer I’ve ever had for my English Bulldog! She has him sparkling white when he leaves there. She treats him like her own and takes her time to make him look perfect! My dog is so calm with her too! I’m impressed every time I pickup my Mac! I recommend Lauren to you all!!! You will not be disappointed! You will be happy you sent your dog to a very talented groomer!

This place literally made a rat out of my poodle and Australian Shepard mix! They have no idea how to groom a dog! What a joke! My husband specifically asked not to trim his eyebrows and they are completely gone! This Mellisa groomer should not even come close to dogs at all. Not sure where she learned how to groom dogs if she learned it anywhere at all, but she should be fired! Do not bring your dogs there for grooming.

We took our dog Kelly to Petco for a grooming appt (bath, nail trim, etc) today. It was our first time there but the reviews are true. Caitlin was wonderful with her. Our dog is extremely nervous about grooming but Caitlin instantly put her at ease. She looks beautiful and smells terrific. The hours and online booking are super convenient which we appreciate. We already booked her next appt. Thank you again.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of supplies and accessories for aquatic, amphibian and reptile pets alongside the more traditional feline, canine and avian pets. Their feeder insects are almost always in stock when I need them and very fresh.

The store itself is fine. Staff sometimes appear to be too busy to help but animal quality is decent as are prices and sales. Only qualm is how close together some of their displays are. There’s hardly any aisle space to walk between🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s truly disgusting there. I went by the leopard gecko cages and there was one in there and in the corner there is about 100 pieces of poo did they did not clean out. They do not take care of their animals at all. Truly inhumane.

Came into the store and spoke with Chris who was very friendly and helpful assisting my fiancé and I regarding the different dog crates that they had in stock. We held off on buying a crate as we needed to go home and get some measurements on what would be the best fit for our dog in our SUV for traveling. I ended up deciding to purchase some of my dog’s favorite cookies and Chris was more than happy to help assist us again at checkout. I highly recommend this store as I do shop here pretty often having 2 dogs of my own and recommend dealing with Chris for all of your needs!! Very professional and easy to talk to :)

Wanted to try Petco to see if we could save some money with the rewards program. Terrible experience with the groomer. No way I’d leave my dog there. Then they sent us the wrong dog food. Went back to PetSmart as usual, should have never even tried to switch.

The selection seems slightly less than their major competitor, but the prices are a little higher, at least on the cat treats I needed for my little dried fish junkie. The store is always clean though and the displays are well organized. I enjoy seeing the pets people bring in with them and I'm sure all of the basic pet needs are available. Today was a dog training day which seemed like a fun event for the people and dogs who were participating. This is a nice store but I only go to this one when I don't have time to go to the competitor, who has a better selection and lower prices.

I do not recommend the grooming dept. Twice I had an appointment...for over a month, and twice it was cancelled when I arrived for my appointment. They sent a text saying they looked forward to the appointment but never a call to cancel. The manager could care less.

I normally love this place; but i working with one cashier, who was very nice, then another very nasty cashier came and finished the order. She was on her phone face timing someone during the transaction. I will speak to the manager. Very disappointed. Normally this is the place I go. And I go weekly.
