Ok, but not great. Very clean. Large pot holes caused the bottom of my truck to hit. 11 am. stopped for early lunch. Subway closed on Sunday. No pizza made and very low on roller food. The cashier stated it's been slow, ok, then the food should be stocked ? CAT scale.

Just off I-70, this gas station was a convenient stop for me to get off the highway for a couple of phone calls. Inside, a good selection of snacks and the restroom was clean.There is no shade here if you were planning on taking a quiet nap before getting back on the road. Note that there really isn't much west of here so if you're low on gas, this is the spot.

Incredibly slow pumps. Gigantic deep potholes throughout the truck parking. Tore three out of four mudflaps off my truck. There's another $50 down the hole. Will not stop here again.

This Road Ranger is great! The fuel pumps are super fast! There is water to clean your windshield, the bathrooms are very clean and the people who work here are nice.

I love how the owner keeps telling everyone that writes a poor review , that he is addressing the issue, and is making it a top priority, but months have gone by, and nothing has been done about the potholes. Don't lie. Just tell it how it is. You can care less about your truckers as long as you are profiting off the trucking industry. You are not going to do a thing about the potholes because it takes away from your profits to fix the issue at hand, and any damage that happens to a truck due to potholes is not your concern because you are not liable for those damages. THE FACTS speak loud and clear.

Just left this place and the bathrooms were amazingly clean, something I appreciate for myself and my daughter in the middle of a long road trip! Staff was pleasant as well!

Small station with about 6 truck lanes. A fairly tight 180 degree turn is needed to get to the truck pumps and tight truck parking as well.

One of few locations between Springfield & the Missouri boarder to stop for gas, beer and other supplies. Gas is overpriced. Everything is overpriced. Beer stock is sometimes not rotated due to age & you could get some flat-tasting muck. Good selection of supplies. Bathrooms & showers are handy. Keep driving until the next stop if you can.

One can usually find what they are looking for - although if you are traveling through Illinois, try to fill up before entering the state and keep going to avoid their terrible gas tax. Parking this location has the potential to damage even tactical military vehicles due to deep holes. Be sure you have a local wrecking service on speed dial. Gas prices are higher than anyplace else around - if you are heading west and have enough gas for another 30 miles, keep going till you find Jacksonville. East, keep going till you hit Springfield .

Place is small, parking lot is not paved except for the way towards the fuel pumps, parking for trucks is tricky (U have to do a blind spot backing) if U are in front of the pumps U can do a straight backing or you can enter from the opposite side of the pumps but only it is not to much traffic. Store is small but is well stocked & has a subway restaurant, cleanliness is decent.

Friendly staff. The ladies on days and nights are a real friendly, funny, and fun group to work with. The gentleman on the gas station side are extremely helpful with just about anything you may need assistance with. I have even seen the workers there take someone into town before cause they ran out of fuel. They all work as a team and it shows thru thier actions.

Hey drivers, GOAL, when it comes to parking at this place, pot holes are deeper than you think when it is filled with water, had a driver just backed straight in faster than usual, I think he torn one or two of his mud flaps, so take it easy here guys and gals, so two star for the parking lot full of pot holes, at least the parking is free, and Road Ranger should hire a contractor to pave the gravel lot monthly or they can do it themselves.Other than the above, the store gets 5 stars, I like their selection of meat and cheese snacks which I don't see very often in other places, I rather snack on these than junk foods, heeheehee, and finally, the overall score will be 4 stars, could've be 5 stars, if the parking lot was well lit and not full of one foot deep pot holes, so again drivers, take it easy here, GOAL.

I went into the store wanting a soda. So I got one of there 24 oz cups and filled it up with code red Mountain Dew. I went to put the lid on and gently push on the lid and the bottom FEEL OUT.I was wearing my WHITE converse and got RED SODA on them. You need to fix your cups and make them not so thin and flimsy. STOP BEING CHEAP.

friendly staff and all, but they do not take care of their parking lot, and have holes/ruts a foot deep in places. Too easy to get a semi truck struck, especially in the winter. Road Ranger is unwilling to help with tow bill.

First cashier toldme i cant use my drink credits because its not a pilot its a road ranger. But they have a big sing outside advertising as a pilot. So they charge me for the drink.Second the subway cashier charge me 9 dlls for a single chicken salad.. any other subway charge 7 to 7.50 depending on the tax.cashierd told me its because that subway store its owned by road ranger.Next time i m not stoping here. Or just a quick stop to clear my intestine and thats it.Not friendly staff.No wonder why love's its growing like crazy..

Stopped in around 4 am wanting something hot to eat, hotdog or a slice of pizza. They didn't have anything on the hot dog rollers or even a slice of pizza. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee because they decided to clean all of the coffee machines at once. Waste of trip.

No auto diesel, only 1" nozzles for swift and cr england. Piss poor service everytime ive ever been in there. From an owner-operators point of view fuel is overpriced pilot trash and truck needs an alignment after every time you drive through lot
