They've been seriously struggling for about a year now with just keeping up the store. There's more things in carts and boxes piled up in every aisle than on the actual shelves and the floors are quite literally never cleaned. The same stains and spills have been there for months. I can't blame the workers, I've never had one be rude or seen them sitting around not working, there's just not enough of them to even tread water with all the work that needs done there and doesn't, from cleaning to freight to price changes.

Nice store, friendly folks, but hours after using my AMEx Card at their self-checkout station I was notified by AMEx that a bogus charge from an Aldi miles away was attempted - I suspect a skimmer was used on the self checkout station to get my card info .. use caution

I like the prices, and the store is clean. But the cashier was very rude. I had forgotten my wallet, and hubby had to drive up with my card. She had to void & re-run my transaction. Her tone of voice and attitude insinuated that I forgot my wallet just to ruin her day, not because I'm a frazzled mom of a 5 year old!

Whoever the woman is that was working on 4/29/18 at 1145 better loose her attitude! I gave my debit card to a family member to.go out and get some itims and the card micheine failed to read my cars 3 times and the lady told my family member to never come into dollar General with a debit card again. So that being said I and along with my whole family will never be in that store again until she is fired and i will be telling everyone I know about the issue as well ..thats the 4th time that lady had been rude to me and other people!!!!!!!!!!

Monday's 10% did not come off charges. Had digital coupons fur Cottonelle which didn't work. Saved money anyway. Told cashier she could put $1 toward St Jude. She didn't do it.

Horrible!!! I was apparently shopping during a clearance event and the products were not ringing up correctly and had to be manually entered into the register. 3 people in line ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to get rung up!

Great place to shop for all kinds of products prices are easy on your wallet. On Saturday they have five dollars off when you purchase twenty five dollars are more. You must have a coupon to get this deal.

The employees are friendly however the stored policy about letting the checkout lines grow and grow while employees walk by and continue stocking shelves is ridiculous....I shouldn't have to stand in a line of 7 customers with one checkout lane open and have to go find help so I can get out if the store and get on with my day....you say something and they aCT like they don't care....horrible customer service

Their is an older woman who works here that is downright hateful and the most condescending person I have eve had the displeasure of meeting I drive 15 miles out of Mt way not to have to interact with her.and 99%of the people I talk yo feel the same how she still has a job is bryonf me called home office in ten.and no help she has a holier that thou attude this D.G. is losing g thousands because of her
