This is a great store that has everything that I could ever want such as food, frozen and not frozen, and other stuff like different things you use everyday. This store has things for kids such as toys and candy. This store also has a very friendly staff that can help you if you are looking for something. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The prices are always great as well. I have bought several things from this store that have all been great.

Mostly a nice place. Cashiers are friendly and it’s very convenient to have for Neoga residents. Sometimes some of the aisles can have stuff strung everywhere and not put back on the shelf properly, but otherwise a pleasant store experience!

Called up there to ask about baby formula (due to the shortage circumstances & let’s face it gas prices) , & the lady was ludicrously rude over the phone. She snapped that she had no clue if they had any & she had a line. The tone alone wasn’t necessary by any means. If you’re not going to have a pleasant demeanor then don’t work in a CUSTOMER associate position.

There is a young lady that works here that is just the perfect employee. She is a people person that doesn't act put out to help folk's. Her personality is so very pleasent! Thank you

If I'm being honest when it comes to refunding money for a item. It's horrible for the ones I go too. Customer service could be better but it's still great. Nice people. I still love shopping here with the prices very reasonable.

Great location for travelors. Near the highway. You wont find a similar store as close to the highway as this. Not much else around the area except gas stations. They have tons of items. Non perishable food, frozen food, clothes, water, drinks, shoes, makeup, socks, baby items, lotion, soap, and more. Isles are kind of small because of all of the items they have inside.

It was awful. Had a sign right above cat litter saying $3 off. Get to register and it rings regular price. Cashier says we have to spend $15. We did that and still charged us full price. Truth in pricing people and I'm done with dollar General. Rude!

Friendly service local employees and well stocked shelves. A bit crowded and unorganized it seemed at time but overall was able to get in get what we needed at a reasonable price and get out without frustrations or mishaps.

Rude employees (I get it. I would hate my life if I was working at Dollar General in Neoga too but that's no reason to take it out on the customers).Constantly out of stock of items. I now always call first before going in since they are out of what I go there for about 90% of the time and have to go to Mattoon anyway.

Rude customer service and always charged the wrong price for at least one item I am buying. The employees never apologize and never offer to check the price. Consistently the worst customer service I receive from any store.

Tuscola's $ General is not the best managed. I usually drive 8 miles west to shop their$ General.
