No one here wants to work! These pictures takes at 8am all the workers standing outside smoking when there is nothing in the warmers and no baked items eather. Under constant management change. Caseys is the only gas station in town. It has a lot of selection of food, drinks, candy etc. I like to go there to get things because it's one of the only things that is in town that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It also has excellent pizza. It's very quick if you only need a few things. Caseys is the best!

The employees are laze, rude if even see you are there. 4 time tried to order pizza. Either ignored, made wrong or you get someone else's order. Manager from Sullivan said they were training new employees 3 months ago, When do they start?If you can't maintain the business then close it!Will not be back, not even to use the restrooms.

No Diet Coke. No dark roast coffee. No hot breakfast items. No frozen drinks. 3 employees 2 of which were on their electronic devices leaving one cashier with at least 20 people in the store. Volleyball tournament in town. Huge lost sales as most of us left.

I got potato cheese bites. They were deep fries instead of baked. Full of Grease and soo nasty! Had to throe them all out!! I can't do grease so I waste of money!!! Glad other Casey's don't do this!!

Night shift; 9pm 12/17/22I ask lady if I can microwave my food, she said yeah. Cashier chubby guy looking at me like I’m stealing something from the store, as I walk out. I felt judge because of my racial. SMH hope manager shows works how to be welcoming. Lady working kitchen was nice and let me use microwave. It was the fat boy in cashier looking at my meal as if I rob him or something lol smh hopefully gets notifying how to welcome customers!! My friend lol

Ordered a pizza and received a confirmation email saying wait time was 50 minutes. Waited the 50 minutes, went to pick up the pizza, and was told the order hadn't been received. Employee clearly didn't care (he "didn't know what to tell us") and didn't even bother to offer a refund (we had to ask). Extremely unsatisfied with the whole experience and won't be ordering again. Their pizza is mediocre anyways, most frozen brands are better.

They need to hire people that know how to make a pizza or train new employees better. Sometimes the pizza turns out ok. And other times its like seriously? Also they no longer have buffalo chicken pizza. So 2 stars. Also half of the employees are very rude.

Ignored the door about masks. FIGHTING FOR MY RIGHTS! but, they waited till I got coffee and paid for it before reminding me to wear mask. I guess it's about getting your money then telling you what to do.. I'll never go back! There's another gas station in town. It's a quarter mile away out by the interstate, it's older but better food and a Subway. No mask required..... Well, they don't say anything anyways! It's up to you, like it should be!!!

Everytime we go in there, and a certain person is running the kitchen, there is never food in the warmers. It doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week. We ordered a pizza online and told the wait was 30 mins...an hour after the order, this person called to inform us that they didn't have the ingredients to make said pizza....we had been waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes! I am done with this place. I will stop at Domino's on my way home from work!

I wore a mask into Casey’s because I have a weak immune system. i haven’t been getting out but didn’t have a choice so i decided to go in and get a drink. and the manager behind the counter was very rude to me. not to everyone else in line just me and was looking at me like i had 2 heads. some employees are so nice and others and very rude. if you can go somewhere else, i would recommend going there instead of casey’s

My Dad has COPD and they wouldn’t let him in without a mask. This was nearly a year after the vaccine came out as well 🙄 All he wanted to do was prepay for his gas.

Everyone is standing outside smoking. Also the phone will never ring. There is never any right Lids or straws. Please improve that in the future.

Stopped to get gas and a sweet tea asked the cashier if it was fresh she said yes its suppose to be...nope spoiled sour tea thanks for caring about your product and great value for my money it got pitched

We buy all our gasoline, diesel fuel and propane for our grill. They have leasr expensive diesel fuel in downstate illinois.
