Two Bostons has become one of my top stores for dog toys and dog treats. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have available. Help is plentiful at this location. Your dogs are welcome in the store, usually with a treat and good recommendations.

All I can say about this location is, WOW!!! The young lady who assisted me was so kind and knowledgeable. I explained how I was looking for a food topper for our puppy since, sharing real chicken with him, he overlooks his dog food while waiting patiently for real chicken! She provided great advice, good insight and healthy food options. I usually just visit to pick up cannolis but today was more educational and I truly appreciate the friendly staff here! Will definitely be back again!

Love this place. Friendly helpful staff.Best customer service ever. They offered to have a product brought in from another store for me and it was done in less than 24 hrs. Manager, Caitlin, is wonderful and they are always very helpful. Highly recommend.

The staff over there are very knowledgeable on their products. We have a Samoyed that has a sensitive stomach and they been very helpful. Definitely recommend this place to go for your dog and cat stuff.

I've come here several times and I love the cute dog treat counter! Unfortunately it's a hit and miss with the quality of dog toys there. I just got my dog a donut squeaker and that is robust! It's also a bit pricey. Overall, customer service is great though!

What a great experience!! The young lady that helped me was so sweet and ended up recommending me a great dog food for my St. Bernard! She acknowledged how she had one too which made her recommendation feel like it was truly going to work. And it did! She showed me sale items, treats that would work well, and even some toys which was so helpful and I ended up coming home with much more than anticipated haha!!! Everyone that works there is so helpful not only with dog food but with creating a fun and memorable conversation! I’ve been to the Geneva location before too and sorry to them but Springbrook is so much better lol! It just seems like they truly care here.

Was in the area and stopped in because my inherited 17y/o cat has been scratching her fur out.They have a smaller cat section but the staff was still able to point me to a solid "hott spot" spray, and made sure to tell me to return if it didn't help.Have not returned it yet.Thank you guys!?!

I love taking my pup to Two Bostons! We are immediately greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We always get a sample of something yummy and have to leave with a new toy strong enough to withstand my rottweiler mix's teeth. Highly recommend for all your pet needs!

Alaina was super helpful during our visit today. We came in to pick out a few treats for our dog’s birthday and she helped us choose a dog cupcake and gave us extra candles for his birthday! Love the attention to detail and customer experience. I always have a good shopping experience with Two Bostons.

We decided to make a tradition after Beauregard created a habit of pulling toys out of baskets and carrying them around the store when he first went to Two Boston’s around six months old. We of course buy anything he drools on... so every time we go in on his birthday I let him look through everything and see what he likes best. This year he found an old friend his “uncle chase” destroyed and a new friend he was excited to meet!!! The employees were nice and understanding and I am sure he can’t wait to go back again sometime soon!!!Jax&Bones and Fluff&Tuff are two brands he picked out this day, but he has stuff from plenty of other brands too!!!

Super super nice people! Love the quality of dog bones they have here. Nice selection. A little pricey, but worth it in the majority of cases. They also always give great recommendations. Ask if you're ever unsure what to buy!

I should have written this review right after I stopped in a few weeks ago, but I got caught up with life and completely forgot.I stopped in because I was putting together a raffle basket for a charity event, and I had decided to do a fur-baby themed basket, because I know how much people love their pets. Mind you, I don’t have any fur-babies, I have a snake, so I was out of my element shopping for dog-related items that were appealing because of their general awesomeness as well as their universality (is that even a word?) for being suitable for multiple breeds and needs. Plus, I only wanted to feature items from local, non-mart shops. It was a tall order, and I went to 4 different pet stores with this in mind.I did feel a bit as though I got the brush-off once it became apparent that I would not be a regular customer. At least, by the first girl I spoke to - the second girl was a bit more accommodating, and even gave me a small tub of their featured dog treat (Puppy Kisses?) which was very nice of them. I opted to spend the remainder of my budget at 3 other stores, since I didn’t feel particularly valued as a customer at Two Boston’s.That being said, if I had been more warmly received, I would have gotten all of my shopping done in one stop. I’m sure this location is a lovely shop for pet-owners looking to treat their pooches to the best. But as far as giving information about best options that would suit any breed, I didn’t find much help. Still, it was a nice shop, with some CBD treats I decided to buy.

Great store, open on Sunday when most of other stores are closed, great dog food selection. Whent there on Sunday around 5pm to get Steve's real raw food for my dogs.

Family. Home.Family and home are not the first words that come to mind when thinking about a typical pet store. This place is not typical. They took the time to get to know us and our puppy, Vegas. They offered next level advice and helpl: like new parents we couldn't figure out how to get the dog car seat set up. So a member of the team, maybe the manager, put on her coat and came to our rescue. Later, I scheduled surgery and a family member who never had a pet was keeping our Vegas. The manager voiced if they have any questions tell them to call. Then she gave me her business card. Yup, our vet and Two Bostons were added to his in case of emergency list. All next level swrvice help. Of course, every time we go into the store they play with or asked about Vegas. What a great store. What a great team. #Home #Family

We've liked Two Bostons, but went to get dog food today and they have raised the price to something that is unsustainable for most people. We feed our dogs Acana, and apparently they have raised the price to $90 for a 25 lb bag. They're blaming it on inflation, but petco has it for cheaper. In fact most bags are capped at $89.99. Guess we won't be returning to buy food here, and I suggest everyone be weary of the pricing going on.

We LOVE our local two bostons store! Every time we come in, the staff immediately recognizes our pup Mochi and gives her all the treats and attention. They also have the best variety of foods, treats, and toys! Caitlin is our favorite and always super helpful!

This was the MOST AMAZING experience ever!!! We were heading back from Edisto Beach to MN (23 hour drive) and were making stops along the way for our miniature beagle and found Two Bostons on the “Bring Fido” app. THIS WAS THE CHERRY ON TOP OF OUR VACATION!! Amazing and outstanding customer service!! Wonderful, healthy and safe food, treats, and toys! Staff is VERY knowledgeable on all of their products! THIS IS A MUST STOP FOR DOG/CAT OWNERS! A lovely woman named Carolyn helped me out, all staff are wonderful though! Wish we lived closer, we would be there all the time! This place was FULL OF LOVE, JOY, and EXCITEMENT!

Such a friendly and knowledgeable staff! When I rescued a puppy they were so helpful with finding the right raw food brand for my puppy and some good training treats for her! Also recommended great bully sticks that my puppy stays busy with for hours!

I love Two Bostons! They have some very nice baked pet treats, and our Corgi loves them. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They have a nice selection and prices are reasonable. They also carry a lavender shampoo that makes our puppy (she's five years old, but I still call her puppy) smell very nice after bath time.

My dog King loves them! They are always so good to my guy and treat him like it's his birthday every time he walks in. Super knowledgeable staff & great products. I can't say enough positives. They even have a big scale so you can weigh your dog (to make sure they are staying trim & healthy!) Great!

My first time going in and wanted to see what they offered. The staff was very nice. Elizabeth helped out so much and provided me with tons of information! 👍🏼 Went back the same day w/ my puppy and she was so caring, genuinely wanted to make sure my puppy liked what she was recommending. This place was fabulous provided us with a lot of samples to make sure my puppy has a good transition in food change.

This has been the only pet store for us for years. They have helped us find the best food for 3 of our dogs, taught us about bullies and helped us custom order a bed. They are super helpful and kind at ALL of their stores. If you have a pet, you MUST visit Two Bostons. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
