Andre was very knowledgeable and professional. Our puppy chew a hole through our brand new carpet and Andre came out and fixed the problem. He was quick and efficient. The end result was impressive! We couldn’t tell where the hole was after he was finished. Outstanding!!!

Andre with Fix My Carpets did a wonderful job repairing an area of carpet in my master bedroom that was damaged by toilet bowl cleaner. He took the time to explain the process and I could not even locate the damaged area when he was finished. I do not plan to have any more damaged carpel, but if I need additional carpet repair I will certainly call Andre. Highly recommend.

DOG DESTROYED CARPET!!!!We returned home from a night out to find our dog had ripped up almost 5ftx8ft section of carpet as well as the padding below. Since we just adopted a new friend for him we didn’t want to get brand new carpet just for it to happen again. One call to Andre and he put or minds at ease. Quick, courteous, professional, and patient- Andre was able to lay new padding and patch fresh carpet into our existing mess. All while answering my 100 questions. It’s been two weeks and the fix is holding strong! We have already recommend Andre and SpeedyVac Carpet Repair to family and friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to employ his services again in the future!

Andre the carpet doctor was fantastic! After pulling out the threading to our berber carpet with the vacuum, I was so upset with myself. Needed to replace a large patch of carpet matted by a office chair. Dre came by and swapped it out within the hour. I also had some minor pet damage that he managed to fix up during the same visit. Very helpful and calming to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough.
