This is our go to spot and FAVORITE pet store!!! Jaclynn is so sweet and patient! We are big fans of the cheek rolls for a long lasting chew and their lick mat is amazing! Everything we have gotten from here is 10/10. The owners really make you feel like family. We enjoy coming in weekly❤️

We LOVE Pet Wants Naperville! We drive 25-30 minutes to shop at Pet Wants. Not only do they have the best products, but they also hold such fun events! We had pictures with Santa last Christmas season, and I recently participated in their puppy yoga event! If you’re local, or anywhere close I recommend checking them out!

PetWants Naperville is a cozy, well stocked and experienced establishment. We have two corgis, and could not find a groomer we were happy with until Des graciously turned our fluffy monsters into cute peaches. Owner Jaclynn puts her heart and soul into the store and treats every floof as if they were her own. We always find some kind of unique treat or toy and walk out as happy customers. Thank you for being so amazing!!

Found this gem during the Naperville Food Truck days. So glad we did! We switched our dog food over to Pet Wants; much more fresh and our girl loves it! Jaclynn has been awesome to work with as we adjusted the time of delivery/amount of the dog food and scheduling grooming appointments. The prices are very reasonable, both for the store and grooming. Des does such an amazing job grooming our Doodle, and our pup always has a smile on her face after and smells so good! They only have one dog a time scheduled for grooming. Love that it is a nice quite experience when I drop our pup off to be groomed. I have also attended many events they host and always have a positive experience and such a fun time! Can't recommend Pet Wants Naperville enough!

Love this store! The owner is so nice and they have great prices! My dog is a big chewer and loves the cheek rolls which last longer than most other chews. Everything is fresh and natural too. My pup loved picking out some chews today!

We love Pet Wants! My dog has been eating Pet Wants lamb and brown rice for just over a month now and is doing extremely well on it. Every time we come to visit the shop we always have such a great experience and Jaclynn makes it super easy to stock up on kibble every few weeks. My dog loves the variety of natural chews and treats the shop has to offer! Highly recommend!

Pet wants of Naperville is the best!! Jaclyn is highly educated in the nutrition of our pets and has always been an amazing source for the nutrition health of our fur babies... Desiree the groomer is without a doubt the best groomer in all of Naperville. We have four doggies and everyone of them absolutely loves her! They are always excited with joy when they see her!! Not only does she do the most amazing grooms on all of them but her care for them is out of this world. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! Thank you Jaclyn and Des!

I’m very picky who touches my dog when grooming. Not just any groomer can clean your pet properly and handle them as their own. Until I met Desiree at Pet Wants Naperville. I heard about her from another friend and decided to give her a shot. Thank you Jesus for sending me an angel! She is just the best there is!!!! Her passion for dogs does not go unnoticeable. My dog loved her and was calm around her the whole time. The pictures she takes before and after are too adorable. She also makes her own bandanas for them. I got myself a helleva groomer y’all!!! 💕

My 2 small dogs have been expertly groomed at Pet Wants. This is the only place the dogs run to the groomer with tails wagging. They do not itch afterward. And the cuts are perfect. I took my pomsky Moomoo there for the first time today to get groomed. The groomer did such an amazing job. When I picked up my girl, she was so happy and it was easy to tell she was well taken care of. We also got some treats and food. Jacklyn so knowledgeable about what was best for my pup who is a few pounds over weight. Her insight was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be return customers. Thank you guys so much for having my dogs best interests at heart and taking such good care of her!!

the best, so lucky to find this place! jaclynn, the owner is very patient with my questions & helped a lot with transitioning my boys over to their natural kibbles. it worked wonders for my aussie doodles, both with really sensitive stomach. jaclynn not only gave me helpful info, she also helped A TON with tips and tricks during our transition period. i’ve tried lots of other kibble brands & this is the only one that worked for them and one they actually enjoy. des, the groomer was also great, she listened to what we asked for and gave me tips on how to better care for their long, curly coats. i’d give more stars if i could!

My dog was overflowing with joy the second he walked in. They have all his favorite treats. The dog beer is amazing. Since he’s been eating their food, his coat has even gotten softer and shinier! The owners welcome you in like family! The best!

Pet Wants has great options for food and treats for my dogs. My dogs love the pumpkin sticks! They cannot get enough of them! My 13 year old dog has been struggling with aches lately. So today I purchased CBD for hips and joints. My beautiful dog is lying down, sleeping and snoring! I have not seen her that relaxed in quite some time. Thank you!

Big fan of this small dog food store near me. They have an incredible selection of treats, bones, and food, all of which are incredibly healthy for dogs. My dog is absolutely obsessed with pet wants products!! I’ve been giving him IAMS for his whole life, and it was a clear choice between which one he liked better! He sprinted towards the bowl of pet wants lamb food. He also is in love with the peanut butter carob treats! The owners are so helpful and knowledgeable about each product and helped me pick the perfect product for my dog.

It’s been incredibly difficult to find the right kind of dog food and treats for my two puppers that have very sensitive stomachs. So I was pleasantly surprised when we recently tried the petwants pumpkin sticks and not only did both puppers enjoy their new treats but were able to keep them down! I highly recommend petwantsnaperville as they’re true to their word and provide quality food/treats for our animals!
