I love the selection of items at this pet store. The staff were helpful and polite. I found everything I was looking for and more! They also offer a do it yourself dog wash area . They have a public bathroom. You can of course bring your pet inside but be aware if your pet isn't friendly with other pets probably don't bring them in because the day I was there two dogs decided they were not happy seeing each other and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I suggest if you are a pet owner and need items for your pets stop in and take a look.

Tried purchasing eight items. Three of them, once we got to the register, were priced incorrectly. Took 10 minutes to get the problem solved, and the problem solved only in the sense that “they were sorry they miss marked it. Also I know my dogs measurements exactly, purchased a Halloween outfit for the measurements listed and it was at least two sizes short and they won’t return it. And of course the ball, just after one day You can see the big hole in it and of course that’s not returnable either

They need to step up on the customer service and it seems no matter what I want stuff is always out of stock. Otherwise it’s a good place to shop. It’s convenient.

Friendly staff, but the dog bath area could improve. There is a set temp of the water and you can’t change it. We had to ask for towels twice bc they didn’t give us towels to begin with. Then, they only gave us two small towels for our HUGE 110 pound German Shepard. But our boy came out happy and clean!

Always has a great selection in dog treats/ food. I love getting goats milk here for my shepherd. Wide variety of treats for chewing. Most of the time there is a sale especially if you are a member.

this was the 2nd pet store we went this morning for a goldfish! not only did they have a beautiful selection of fish but the guy who helped me and my son was so nice and helpful, full of information. i didn’t get his name but he was very helpful. i’m super happy with our newest additions

Horrible pizza and service! Feel like I wasted my money. The cheese in the pizza seemed old. I see why they didn’t show me the pizza before charging me! I use like jets but now the pizza and service is trash! Don’t believe the fake reviews!

The staff is friendly and the store is well-stocked. I recently had an issue with the corporate end of the store, and this location contacted me to try and resolve it the best they could on their end. They were kind, patient, and so understanding.

Great spot. We use the dog wash here as well as buy our boy high quality dog food.The dog wash is such a good deal at $14 that we don't even bother buying the five for forty dirty dog deal. They have a fantastic facility with multiple wash stations for dogs of all sizes. Shampoos, conditioners and towels are supplied as well as a great warm water shower system and a blow dryer hose at every station.The staff are also fantastic and friendly, and will always go out of their way to help you. I can't speak highly enough of their services.

Having an older dog brings about dietary conditions & this place works out great! Quite the variety in choices and healthy selections all around for a senior pet. I can see myself coming here if I were to have a puppy as well...

I guess this happened after the pandemic(?) but the food I use to buy has been shortened in the area of choice. The wet canned food for Earthborn is hard to find. At this location it isn't sold at all any longer. It's been a while since I've been there so it couldn't happened way before. Anyhoo, I still like the store, the employees are friendly as well. Just short of 5 stars because of the aforementioned canned dog food.

I purchased an item that was on sale. They rang the item up and the price was before sales so I told the clerk. She said she would change it but noticed when I got home she charged the full price. I guess back to petsmart for our family.

I had a coupon so I went to this one instead of Glen Ellyn where I usually go..last time I was here I bought a lot with my coupon,I still have some so I didn't buy as much..it was so funny that the girl remembered me..she got a big bag thinking I was buying a lot..she even said she thought I was buying more since I did last time..friendly staff,lots of things for pets needs.

They have live crickets, and at a good price. They do carry more basic cat and dog food, but it can be hard to find (back / right wall). They have lots of big name nice foods for you animals too. And there was even a small aisle with reptile / frog stuff that had stuff, which we'll make sure to note for the next time a bulb goes out late at night or need something right away.

The workers here are Uber nice hence a 2 , but I mostly quit going her to shop after years of being a loyal good customer because I once was talking to the manager, I said something informing because I’mA researcher, it was a topic he was engaging in and he said OH THATS NOT true and I said yes it and we went back and forth and he asked me to leave. I couldn’t believe it. He’s not customer friendly and actually a jerk . Probably why I’m seeing a high turn over of cashiers

Dog wash area with 4 stations. Four types of shampoo; deodorant, oatmeal, shedding, and sensitive. Blow dry and towels. 🐕, 🐈, and fish supplies. Dog likes to go in and smell the treats until it's shower time.

I go there specifically for the dog bath, they are always clean, they use warm water, and they just love dogs there.And then of course my dog decides she wants to pick out a toy. And I can't say no. Great place. Very clean. And great staff.

Every single empty dog wash stall was dirty & disgusting! Barely lukewarm water with small trickle or strong spray, nothing in between. Dryer wasn't warm either so i had to dry my cold dog with barely warm air also. This self doggie wash simply sucks.Don't waste your money! There were one or two employees working and other couple were standing around. They could have been cleaning up the doggie wash area. There was also dog fur hanging from every shampoo dispenser spout!!

Pet Supplies Plus in north Naperville has been absolutely wonderful during the pandemic. I have used their curbside pick up and it has been so easy to order and convenient. I really appreciate their efforts to not only make it safer for me a senior citizen but for their staff as well. I appreciate that they are still offering this service in the fall of 2022. Thank you to all of the staff.

This place is awesome. They have everything that I need and at great prices. I went in yesterday to get some cat food and feeder fish. At most places I go to it is a real pain to find someone to help me in getting the two dozen feeder fish. As soon as I walked in I saw a guy that worked there and he asked me if I needed help right away. I told him I needed feeder fish and he said no problem and helped me immediately. He was very friendly and got me helped and out quickly. They have a pretty good size selection of cat and dog food that is on clearance. Normally I can't afford the overpriced "special food". But with the clearance prices I can. They also allow my wife to place flyers and business cards for her very successful and busy dog walking walking and pet sitting business (Naperville Pet Sitting). It's a great place for all of your pets needs. I highly highly recommend visiting this Naperville location.
