It was our Alvin's first time at Kriser's. Amanda is the BEST! She has a genuine love for her work and does such and amazing job. She is extremely knowledgeable and her love for what she does really shines through. Alvin just loves her and so do we. It's been a week or so since his appointment and he still feels so soft. Chloe did a wonderful job grooming our anxious bernedoodle puppy. Following a bad experience with his first grooming, we were disheartened and nervous about finding someone great for his regular appointments. Chloe recommended a meet-and-greet followed by two shorter grooming appointments to ease our pup into the routine. Her patience and kindness made all of us feel comfortable. Our puppy has never looked better and we are so grateful for Chloe!

I cannot recommend this Kriser’s location enough!! This is the closet place that sells my pup’s food (Farmina) so I am here frequently. All the employees are wonderful and helpful. Linda gave me a great first impression and she’s the reason I kept going back. My pup is 6 months old & I recently took her to this location to get her first groom. Chloe did SUCH an amazing job making her look so fluffy and soft. It’s been about 3 weeks & my pup’s hair is growing out so well, she still looks adorable!! Chloe had amazing customer service and made us feel comfortable leaving our pup with her. Again, I highly recommend this location and will be returning every single time!

We absolutely LOVE our groomer Chloe at Krisers. She is so kind and always does a phenomenal job. Our groom today I asked for Vincent’s tail to be kept fluffy, and she was able to respect that despite it being matted. We got a compliment on his fluffy tail today on a walk as well :) very thankful for our thoughtful groomer!!

Just say the name Kriser's and our dog Finley goes crazy wold excited. Going to this store for him is like a kid going to a candy store. And the groomers here are very comforting to Finlay to get him through a session (typical little boy who doesn't like to have his hair cut). So that's saying a LOT. Can't leave the store with a new toy for the little guy!

Chloe takes GREAT care of Noodles on when she visits. Getting her nails trimmed is her least favorite thing and Chloe and the rest of the staff always calm her down with their care to detail and her feelings. It makes bringing her to Kriser's the right choice every time.

If you are looking for the perfect groomer, look no further! Chloe was an angel sent from heaven. We rescued our adult goldendoodle with a history of attacking multiple groomers. This did not scare Chloe at all. She handled our dog with such care and love and was able to get her completely squared away.

I was referred to Kriser’s by a friend and drove all the way from Chicago as my Yorkshire Terrier was in need of grooming. I always cut his hair shorter than recommended due to excessive growth and timing. Chloe has hands down been the best groomer I have ever worked with. As many know, yorkie’s are terribly anxious and mine is no different. He warmed up right away and let Chloe do her thing. She was so gentle and patient. Definitely worth the drive every time I will come back when Oliver is need of grooming. Pictures don’t do her skills justice. Also, all staff I encountered were absolutely pleasant and I will be back to purchase more items from the store.

Chloe did a great job grooming my pup Lola! Lola is skiddish as she is a rescue it takes her some time to warm up to new people. Chloe was amazing from the start she met us in the lobby greeted Lola and myself prior to taking Lola to the grooming room! Lola smells like an absolute dream and I’m so happy we trusted Chloe !

My family purchased a puppy, but the puppy gradually navigated to me as her "person" Lol. She has a very nice coat. We have other dogs and we took all of them to another place for haircuts and cleanings but the other place just shaves all of the dogs. It was not the right hair cut for this type of dog that I have. So I let her hair grow back. During this time I noticed that Kriser's was not your regular petshop. It seemed like more thought went into the sourcing of their goods and services with regards to healthier and finer options overall. So I brought "Ginger" there for a haircut. I was introduced to Chloe, the puppy hairdresser, who was truly amazing! She said that she has cut professional show dogs and was happy to cut "Ginger". I went to pick up Ginger and was blown away at how nice she looked. She did look like a show dog! Chloe said that she had hand scissor cut her. It was really amazing considering the shape that I brought Ginger in like. If you want your dog to look his/her best, then I wholeheartedly recommend bringing your dog to Chloe for a cut. Well this is now my store for all things that I need for my dogs. They are super helpful, knowledgeable, giving, and truly invested in their clients (and their pets) happiness!

Friendly staff and great groomers, our anxious dog has a hard time with people he doesn't know but they are able to get the job done with cooperation. Normally we have to sedate our dog but Chloe was able to effortlessly do his nails without medication and we are so grateful.

Chloe has been so patient and amazing while grooming my anxious rescue dog, Stevie! My pup gets very stressed in new situations (grooming, the vet, etc). Chloe groomed my dog a few months ago and called me within 20 minutes because she didn't want to put Stevie into more distress (she was gnawing at the crate when the dryer was on and generally having a bad time). She didn't charge me for services she wasn't able to complete (the deshedding), and said she wanted to continue to work with Stevie and build her trust and she encouraged me to schedule another appointment a few weeks out. We had our second appointment with Chloe this week, and Chloe modified everything to fit Stevie's needs! She scheduled her at a calm time of the day where there would be very few dogs, she lowered the table when she clipped her nails, and she did most of the grooming on the ground and bonded with Stevie when she was able to. My dog came out of there wagging her tail and was able to be groomed for 40 minutes this time instead of 20! Baby steps! Chloe really went above and beyond to inform me of Stevie's stressors (the table, the crate, and the dryer) and didn't push her too far. I am happy I found such an intuitive groomer who cares about the well-being of my dog. Thanks Chloe!We also have such a great time coming into the store for food, treats, and the staff is always excited to see us and give us great information on products. They even took the time to measure my dog for a winter jacket with a tape measurer to make sure we had the best fitting jacket possible!

Another great grooming for Dunkin by Chloe! He looks like a baby goat again! It’s easy to tell that animals clearly love Chloe. The store is so welcoming and everyone is friendly. I’m so glad I walked in last summer!Just picked my Dunkin up from his first grooming with Chloe. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service Dunkin and I received. Chloe did a great job - she listened to what I requested and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. He looks adorable! Dunkin will have her on his speed dial. Staff is very friendly too.

Chloe is the absolute best groomer ever! Kappy only sees her when we go in to get him groomed and she loves on him as if he was her own. Kap had surgery a month ago and Chloe did an amazing job evening him out after he had been shaved! Always a five-star experience with her and krisers!!

She took time to discuss his needs and called me 10 minutes before he was done so I had time to get there and pick him up and not leave him waiting. Great experience!

I happened to wander into the Naperville location shortly before we brought our new fur-baby home just to look around and I'm so glad I did! I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I visit the store. Maryann couldn't be friendlier or more helpful regarding day to day products. I also have our standard poodle puppy groomed there. I can't speak highly enough of Chloe; we just love her! She is also very friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled as it is not easy to groom a poodle and I'm picky as this is my fifth one. As if all that wasn't enough, the most important set-apart characteristic for me is that I can drop off our puppy for grooming and pick him up in under 3 hours - not the all day exhausting experience that the majority of other groomers require and don't even do as good of a job! If you are interested in a high quality overall experience for you and your family pet, I strongly suggest you visit Kriser's in Naperville.

We have had the best experience at Kriser’s for the grooming of our Australian labradoodle! We have seen both Chloe and Lucy - they are both fantastic. They take the time to listen to what you want and explain things thoroughly. Our dog is still young and timid when at the groomers, but they take the time to make sure she feels okay and looks her best. Highly recommend!

The moment you step into Kriser’s, you can sense that everyone there simply loves animals. We’ve been shopping with them for over a year now for our cat, and after we rescued our springer spaniel/lab mix (Auggie) we knew we’d need to search for a trustworthy & skilled groomer. We stopped in for a simple nail trim a few months ago and met Chloe. She did a fantastic job (especially considering it was his first nail trim) and he was happy as can be. Chloe gave Auggie his first full groom today and unsurprisingly, did fantastic work again. She took care to ask specifically how we wanted him groomed, and delivered.What I often look for in people who work with our animals is the animal’s attitude when they’re around — Auggie loves to hang with Chloe, and for that matter the entire staff there. Even when we bring him in just for a quick food refill, his tail wags the whole time and he gets all the attention a puppy could want.Thanks for being awesome with our animals!
