The store allowed the rescue I'm a part of, K9EI, to bring our foster dogs, set up in the front of their store and talk to customers.. The store and people working are so nice and helpful!! We had a Great time and the fosters had a Wonderful Day!!! Thank You!!!

Very friendly and great place. Took my dog for self service cleaning, which was a great setup and has everything you need. Not 5 minutes after getting home my pup found a mud pit and I had take her right back to this store. Without question they allowed me to clean her up again without an additional charge. Well run business and will definitely be going back!

What makes this store so awesome is the individuals who work there! I go in the store at least once every two weeks to get food, treats, and necessities for my dog. The personal touch of good conversation, along with their knowledge makes it a very enjoyable experience every time.

We absolutely love the self service dog wash, it is unbelievably convenient. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and helpful, prices are more than reasonable, we are now regulars and would recommend to any dog owners!

The workers here are so friendly that my dog pulls me to this store every time I take him for a walk! The toys here last for lots of time, and my dog loves the treats they sell. I go here many times to get things for my dog.This is probably one of the best pet supply stores that I have been to!

Our 2 dogs and 2 cats are our furry children, so finding the right pet supplies store is extremely important to my wife and me. The folks at PetPeople/Hollywood Feed - Naperville are by far the best in the business! The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They truly go out of their way to make sure that we get all of the food, treats, and random accessories that we need for our crew. This has been our primary pet store for years now, and we hope it will be for many more years to come. Keep up the great work!

Love this pet store! The staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful. I assumed the product pricing was going to be much higher being a "boutique" pet place but was pleasantly surprised their prices were comparable to larger chain pet stores. They offer self dog wash stations and provide everything you need to clean up your pup including towels! Highly recommend! Check it out!

They were so accommodating! We were looking for a dog harness, and Doreen urged us to spend less money to see if the less expensive one worked. It didn’t because our dog pulls too hard. They took it back with no questions asked, and we exchanged it for the more expensive one. We’re hoping this one works!

Walked in and only one other customer. I wasn't even acknowledged. I purchased a litter box from another store and the parts didn't match. Finally an older woman appeared and was nasty. Than a gentleman walked up and said it wasn't their brand.. you can see that is was never used and I had a receipt. Than they proceeded to tell me they couldn't adjust the tax. What a joke. The store stunk and the attire of the employees were inappropriate.

As always, this Naperville location lives up to their 5 stars - I shop here only as the staff is always welcoming and very kind to me and my dog - we often use the dog bath too as they use great products and it’s very clean :)

great store. clean and organized. I came in one day to get food for my cane corso — he’s definitely not a puppy anymore and it’s been hard to find his food in stores. online is tough because people have stolen packages in my apartment lobby. this store location luckily had a huge bulk bag of it and the cashier was kind enough to take it off my hands while I shopped around and got toys for my other cane corso. I think cashiers name was Evalyn? she was wonderful. cant recommend this store enough and will be back

Clean, clean & clean. There are individual glass rooms with doors. The walk up tub and room were super clean & sanitized. The shampoo, towels & apron are provided. There are several shampoos to choose from. The towels are good quality. Bring dog brush & conditioner as these are the only items not provided. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I love this self dog wash & I will be washing my dog there from now on.

I love this place!1st time I ordered for my new husky puppy, they delivered the food for her and my cat within an hour.My dog didn’t like the food that I ordered her, so they let me take the food back and gave me a refund. My cat loved her food, my doggy is pickier.I shopped around the store, the employees are just so kind and knowledgeable. Very cute store btw. They played with Blu (my husky) and even gave her a free lamb toy. I decided to keep with the brand the previous owner had given to me when I got her.The ladies gave me free samples of different dog foods to try, to see if there is anything else Blu might like. Well, turns out I found a food last night she loved. I would rather order from here rather than Walgreens where they only sell 5 of bags of food.Today I’ll be ordering the dog and the cat some food to be delivered. I simply love this place and the people that work there are very nice and enjoyable to talk to.

Awesome Place. Great Products and very knowledgeable friendly staff! This is a very clean store and we use the dog bathing stations all of the time. They have the best and cleanest bathing stations anywhere! My dog loves them because they treat him like a "King".

Good selection of healthier options for dogs and cats. Clean and well presented store with helpful staff ( although there seems to be a lot of turnover). Nice frequent buyer program for some foods, to get a free bag. Some big name brands not available. Not the cheapest.

I was planning on purchasing cat treats until I noticed I was being watched and followed throughout the store. It was a given that I was being profiled and decided to leave and not make a purchase due to that. Train your staff better. Its pretty obvious when you aren’t welcomed there but other people who are among the similar race as the employees there are being treated better.

Great store for animal owners. Love all the options for different treats. Great, fun selection of collars and leashes. I especially LOVE the DIY bath. Having a large labrador, it's so much easier to bath her there, with all supplies available.
