This was our first time at EarthWise.We dropped our Golden Retriever off to get a bath. They took great care of her and finished in under an hour. It was a very positive experience. I was happy that our dog did not have to sit in a kennel for several hours like other places. The staff were very professional, caring and the place was very clean. Highly recommended!

A quick and perfect nail trim for my pup, done in 10 minutes. Such nice and gentle staff. My dog will not cooperate with this at home, but they kept him calm and got the job done, so we'll be going to Earthwise from now on!

Walked in to get my dogs nails trimmed. Took me right away and were very accommodating, since my dog isn’t a big fan of other dogs. Extremely happy with how her nails turned out and will be bringing my other dog back this afternoon. thanks so much for your kindness and flexibility!

Brought my dog here for grooming and had a good experience for a while. The last 2 visits have been horrible. Jenn first shaved his neck because of matting. This time she shaved my dog entirely without me asking, and without contacting me first. I did give instructions on what I wanted which is why this is disappointing. I was also charged for de-matting brushing when he was shaved. I paid $160 and tipped 20% for her to shave my dog. I maintain his coat pretty well and spend time brushing through his hair to avoid this. When we picked him up, she did not even address the fact that she had to shave him. incredibly upset on the price for something i could have done at home. will not be coming back. If you have a doodle be careful bringing your dog here, as you know it’s hard to find a good groomer for them.

I’m not one to post a negative review but I’m truly disappointed and upset. I’ve been going here for the past 3-4 years and although I drive 20-25 minutes, I still choose to come to Earthwise because I love how friendly and welcoming the employees are and how cute they leave my dogs after their haircut. Today at 10am I brought in my 2 dogs for a haircut and bath like usual and right as I almost arrived to my house I get a call from Earthwise employees stating I had to come pick up my dogs because they were both coughing and they could no longer provide the services since they didn’t want to risk other dogs getting sick. I TOTALLY understand this (WOULD NOT HAVE RISKED OTHER DOGS AND BROUGHT IN MY 2 DOGS IF THEY HAD A NASTY COUGH LIKE HOW LANA SAID) but the fact that I live with my dogs and I’m around them 24/7, they never once coughed? On the way back home from picking them up, not once did they cough the 25 minutes that we were in the car. I called the vet like how they recommended me to do so and even the Vet said it wasn’t something to bring them in if they had not continued to cough. Fast forward 10 hours later and my dogs have yet to cough! :)This truly made me believe that they didn’t want to service my dogs.These employees should be more educated on how to look for the CORRECT symptoms before jumping to conclusions.I’m furious that I wasted my time going back and forth. It was very annoying and I’m sure anyone could relate how annoying and frustrated it is to have your time be wasted.The groomer, Lana could’ve counted how many times BOTH dogs coughed in a matter of 10 minutes.It’s a shame that I no longer will be bringing my dogs here to Earthwise pet because I always recommended this place to anyone I knew who had pets!

You guys!!Another great local business just opened in north napervilleearthwise pet naperville is in the cress creek shopping plaza near binnysThey're having their grand opening this weekend and I LOVE THIS STORE!!grooming, pet food, self wash stations, treats, wonderful staff and they are doing free nail trims for the grand opening.I took my dogs there and everyone was so loving and respectful to the dogs since my male is wary of strangers. My female got her black nails done and they were AWESOME and quick. I will be getting her nails done there in the future!this store is bright, beautiful and airy. support local business and come on out!!!!

I stopped in to speak with staff about natural alternatives for my dog. Despite the store closing within the hour the rep took his time explaining options including raw diet alternatives. It’s no secret that I love my dogs. I try to provide them with nothing but the best in every way possible. Today at EarthWise Pet Naperville, I found out that they were selling these treats that help support shelter pets. As a huge advocate for adopting or shopping responsibly, it’s important to support both of those in any way that I possibly can.My dogs loved these treats so much! It makes my heart warm that while providing treats for my dogs, I can also provide some for pups awaiting their forever homes at a shelter of the store’s choice.Thanks again Earthwise for being my one stop shop for everything we need!

Went in for the first time looking for somewhere that had reasonably priced walking nail trims for my dog. They exceeded all expectations in both the quality of the trim and the amazing customer service. I signed up for a rewards membership and will be back. I also took the opportunity to walk around and they sold very high quality items and treats/food. I walked in feeling apprehensive because I knew my dogs nails were so overgrown done our old place had changed policies and it had been too long since his last trim but they weren’t judgmental at all and I left feeling happy and having a very happy dog!

Very disappointed. My last groomer for 5 years moved and I had to find a new groomer so I thought I'd give them a try since they were closer to home. It took a long time (one month and many phone calls) to get an appointment so on advice I scheduled her for a mini (face and feet) until she could be fully groomed. It was at noon so my husband cancelled a meeting to bring her. When he got there, they said she did not have an appointment (she did but someone accidentally cancelled it) I rescheduled her for later that day for the mini. The groomer took her in. After 5-7 minutes she came out and said she would not groom her again because she is moves to much and is too old. My dog is 15 and the prior groomer always told me she was very sweet. Maybe she was not used to someone coming at her with scissors so fast? She has cataracts and has vision insecurities. This groomer lacked compassion and did not care. They sent me on my way. I was gutted.

Really clean self-wash stations with soap provided, aprons, etc. The owner/workers were really nice and informative about their products. Reasonably priced bath, and they don't push you to buy other items in the store, which is a pet peeve of mine. We will be back for another bath soon!

I had sent a message to Earthwise pet grooming to have my standard poodle groomed , I sent pictures of what I was looking for. Ben had responded and showed the stylest what I wanted unfortunately they don’t do scissor cuts .I really appreciated all the time he took in answering my questions. I steered to another groomer who does do scissor cuts . I appreciate him helping me out. When I need my dog shaved for summer I will definitely go with Earthwise pet grooming.Thank you Ben for your excellent customer service.
